I went to Dance India Dance program with my wife in this hotel.Can't describe the hotel staff as professional and the cleanliness was not that great either.but overall compare in Kanpur then it's cool for engagement and wedding party.

Visited Deep Hotel in Lucknow and had an average experience overall. The hotel is located in a good area and the ambiance is decent. However, I found it to be quite expensive in comparison to the services provided. The room was average in terms of amenities, but the cleanliness was satisfactory. The staff was courteous and prompt in their service, although I did not find them to be very friendly. The food at the hotel restaurant was good, but again, overpriced. I would only recommend staying at Deep Hotel if you have no other options and are willing to pay a premium for the location. Otherwise, there are many other hotels in the same price range with better services and facilities.

Good place for an average party..

This place has great food and ambience. The rooms are soo clean. The staff is polite and courteous.. they ensure that guest dont confront any problem. The owner has great sense of hospitality. Highly recommended.. i had a splendid stay .

Awful hospitality & pathetic food. Buffet had flies & insects in paneer. The buffet staff is so relaxed about the incident & play no heed to the matter. Awful & pathetic is what describes it.

The personnel was outstanding, and the accommodations were spotless and quite comfy. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. I heartily urge anyone travelling to the city to stay at this hotel.

Bad rooms, no cleanliness at all. No room cleaning even after placing requests. Linens are very dirty. Staff is soo careless that they don’t bother to listen to your complaints fully. Very casual approach. Please invest some more money and book a decent 3 or 4 start property.

It's very good and I do recommend strongly, a neat and clean, quick service, very polite and on the centre of Kanpur can be commute to Bus stop and railway station very easily.

Source- Amar Ujala ,Kanpur On 21st July 2021, 16 Year Old Girl of Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur, was attempted to rapped by 7 boys in room no. 412 of Hotel Deep Govind Nagar, It raises a question against hotel management as well, how that 16 y old girl got entry into hotel room without id card, and what the hell staff was doing when such things happened with girl, it shows the poor management system of hotel.

Pathetic staff and extremely poor service. Would nvr go there again.

All basic Amenities were there, some were good some were partially functional. Staff was okay, i would not say very good but still good enough to enjoy your stay. I was a guest so do not know the prices as such, food was ok one time and other two time it was very good(food was not prtnof the package). There is no consistency in there service. Few local shops available near by at walkable distance from the hotel. But very less eatery’s. I would recommend for someone who have to stay for night and all and not spend much time as such. Overall, its a 3 Star hotel and it fully satisfyies the stars i have provided.

This review is about foodie goodie. The food, ambience, lighting was good. My 2 yr old nephew was roaming there with other tables' kids, my family told me to keep him at the table and the staff said not to worry and let him play. All the people who work there were assisting and well mannered.

Very disappointing expereince. Rooms were dirty, no water supply in 1 out of 2 rooms. Had to call more than 3hours to get rooms cleaned and rooms were having very bad smell. Manager's response was very unprofessional that because all rooms are booked to can not provide service on time. Low number of staff . It may be good if low foot fall but check it before booking.

The food provided here is good and the rooms are neat but still not met the expectations.You get your room service and all other stuff like other hotels.At time the service is delayed. To be honest I would recommend you for a stay here.

I am very thankful to hotel for their hospitality and all the arrangements. My baby function was held on and everything is so awesome like food , decoration and etc . I am especially thankful ( sales department) who handled my overall function activities and end to end arrangements. Food is very delicious . You will feel like it is just like awesome .

Service was too slow 40 to 50 minutes these guys were taking to deliver the order. Whenever called them for order status they just replied that "Aap na abhi tho order diya ha time lage ga"

Hotel was good but the washroom was not so good continuously flowing water from tap. Flush was not working. The room was smelly.

Hotel was nice but there was smell in the room. Also toilet was small as compared to the size of the room. Best thing about the hotel is the location. Food was OK.

Everything is too expensive here, the rooms are dirty, some appliances don't work and they charge you upfront for laundry, which has to be paid in cash only and that is too much of a hassle. Their only saving grace is the quality of their food.

The room is not as per the online pictures. However the food is good of the restaurant. Jo hot water available
