Pathetic experience. High priced jewelry. Damn rude lady. She doesn't know how to speak with the customer. Just pathetic. Clear your misconceptions - it was not a month, it was just 6 days that i have booked that set. Secondly you didn't tell us about the policy Thirdly we didn't ask for a refund. That was a readjustment we asked for that too in a humble tone. The way you have talked to my mother was very rude and unacceptable. Whatever it is. Of course you will defend yourself and lie on a public platform but that is my personal review and feedback towards your pathetic behavior . Money is secondary.

The jewellery available here is beautiful...me n my mum went there to buy new clothes for laddu gopal for the festival of diwali...even though the prices were a little hight but the quality of the vastra was very nice and the clothes were beautiful... I have been to the dazzles at Lucknow which is also great:)

Loved the store.. not only did I find the exact pieces I was looking for but they were the best in the market... The salesperson were very polite n helpful. They also helped me repair my previously broken pieces that I had bought from else where at a very nominal rate.
