I visited there on 16-mar-2021 for my ear problem. First of all they just want the money from you. They took 500 rs. to consult the doctor but the doctor is just listening to your problem from 10 feet far. they charge 500 more for ear cleaning. the person who is cleaning my ear with suction machine was in hurry , when i told him that i still feeling water inside the ear ,he started giving me excuses. I paid 500 just to see the doctor (feels like paying for meeting a celebrity ). Such a bad bad experience, I suggest not to go there unless you want to waste your money.

My personal experience is very bad towards the behavior of the doctor, I found the doctor to be very arrogant, the hearing aid worth Rs 40,000 taken from him was not successful, the speaking style of the doctor is very bad.

We called in beforehand to make sure if the doctor would be available. When we reached the hospital. He was not there even though we took a buffer of half an hour. The receptionist was rude and arrogant and said we would have to wait for 45 minutes with a newborn child. The exact scenario we tried to avoid by calling earlier. Then she told us that they were coming, after asking again they said that other patients were being attended. There was only one person sitting in there besides us. They were severely understaffed and tried playing it off as they were very busy. Finally someone came and it was the technician. Asked if the doctor was coming. And they said the technician was the doctor. They must really think that their clients are stupid to blatantly lie to our faces. The technician thankfully did a good job. But other than that the experience was truly woeful. Avoid this place please. Special mention to the receptionist on the first floor in the hearing department who was rude and lied to us.

Mehrotra ENT hospital is one of the best hospital in cochlear implantation. DR .Rohit Mehrotra is very kind hearted person . Excellent staff , satisfactory and reliable services as well cost effective .

This place is full of chaos , untrained staff.Full of show off .With appointment it takes Three hours for just 5 min of ear cleaning and And prescribing medicine procedure. Unnecessary they are doing Pure tone audiometry with untrained staff . In acute fungal ear infection Patient . highly disappointed with Dr. Rohit Malhotra.Not recommended to any one.

I had my nose operation on 24/07/2023 and the operation was very nicely done. But the nursing and other assistance post Operation was horrible and can be said to be one day stay in Hell. All the in-house staffs' can be termed with inhuman attitude towards their patients.

Pathetic and bad.. I had already called the assistant asking her when I could come for the x ray. She told me that I could come before 5:30. When I arrived there and I was standing in the line of patients. When my turn came, the reception man didn't let me in and called the other two people standing behind me. So the two people who stood behind me in the line were called first. I thought no problem that's fine with me. I was the last person left. Secondly when my turn for the x ray finally came the person made me wait for a long time. And then said that he was making the bill for two other people. And then when I asked for my x ray to be done he told in a pathetic tone that the person who takes the x ray has went just now only infront of our eyes. But I never saw anyone go outside except the two patients. I really don't understand what kind of behavior is that. First of all They are literally are so expensive, so much. Not even worth. They're just looting. Secondly they make their patients wait so much. Why take so much money? Biased. "Equality" What a joke. No sense of responsibility Should learn the basic ethics n etiquettes 😡

It is a very expensive hospital, doctors don't tell the reason, what is the problem, just to loot money, they keep treating for years and do ten times more expensive tests without any reason. Branded medicine is given in MRP without any discount. And only infrastructure is visible and there is a huge number of staff.

Hospital have highly experienced doctor and threpist they are also kind hearted .this hospital is good for implantation of cochlear . 😊
