Only the apartments are nice. Worst possible Maintenance team. No waste collection. The only solution they offer is to talk to KDA as nothing falls under their job description. KDA doesn't respond to emails or calls.

This has to be the worst complex not just because the construction is extremely poor but also the staffs there are dishonest and will often steal your belongings. One of car cleaner stole my husband s shoes the very 1st day from inside the car. Worst is that they don't have an ounce of shame even after doing that. And the authority incharge does nothing to help you.

Out of the 2 lifts in H Block, Signature Green Residential Flats One is out of order for more than 15 days and the other is out of order since morning today. No attention is paid by the concerning authorities.

It's a very good residential society located near kanpur zoo. There are good schools, hospitals and public spots nearby. Also their is section of apartments which have balcony facing kanpur zoo, it provides really great viewing experience.

Nearby places are Zoo and Ganga Bairaag. 24x7 power backup, 10 to 12 floors in each tower. Central garden with fountain. Kids playground; cricket, volleyball, visitor parking, basement and open owner parking. RWA isn't formed yet.

Still under KDA maintenance so not well maintained. Lot of issues. Once RWA is formed, hoping for those to get resolved
