They have worst staff behaviour in all the MyCar showroom in Kanpur. Their staff attitude is very bad. I had booked my HSRP in this showroom (That was my biggest mistake). They asked me come on Friday, When I go there, they made a excuse of machine is working correctly and asked me come on Monday, they again made the same excuse and asked me to get it fixed outside. When I asked to refund the fitment charges, they asked me to come on Wednesday again. When I reached there, again they made the same excuse and finally I had to get it fix outside the showroom. However, the overall behaviour and sense of responsibility these guys take is worst. Wondering if someone is buying car from this showroom, I doubt if you would get after sale support. I would suggest to check the rating before booking car from this showroom

Pathetic service do not give your vehicle for service here .. staff is bad they even lack basic equipment that are used for service. They even don't wash your vehicle.. strictly not recommend. They call you and offer you 10% Discount but Discount is not on full bill it is on labour's charge that is nothing.

I got my new swift dzire from here and overall service was good but they did some odd with us like the speakers were ordered with Sony bluetooth sound system but they gave us cheap quality speakers.

Worst service. Service done by inexperienced personnel. They charge you for the things they have not fitted in your vehicle. Their washing ramp has been unserviceable for past 4 years. Better get your vehicle serviced at your gali/mohalla because SB cars is not capable of doing better. Never go to this service centre.

Fraud people. They mishandle your vehicle stole parts, don't answer your calls, rude behavior. If they want to sell something to you then you become god for them after that they behave like they don't even know you.

Getting a job done for four to five days without giving it a reason. And they could not give any reasonable reasons, except to listen. One thing to say is that one who is not experienced in the automobile line is hired and one who has experience can take it out for a few days. If you have any other reasons, be sure to bring you out as you meet this friend. We don 't understand this logic. If we're on duty, take some action and do something, nobody can ask... Very Bad.. Let's spend the fare of going to come...

Sb Cars is Worst place for car service.Company and staff is very unprofessional and rude.I have dealt with Mr. Sangram as adviser who is lier while digonisis the problem and only think to make expensive bill for customer. They kill the time and money for customer and many spare parts are not available there. I wish could give them rating in below then 0. Good for nothing.

Don't go there if you want to claim insurance. They take customers for granted, do not pick up calls, behave rudely, and do not provide satisfactory answers. To claim insurance, you have to park your car for at least 25 days. But if they want to sell the insurance, then they will call you every 2 hours.

Worst experience in show room, I will advise do not pay advance money to SB cars or SB Castle hotel ..they will tool your money and they will not refund if car delivery will be delayed or hotel booking cancelled from their side only.. I will give 0 star..very bad service. I advised to all Kanpur people do not buy or book any car from here. My 11000 Rupees money stil not refunded😡 Worst experience ever......

Worst service experience and body shop is like for making money.

They are fraud.. They even not pickup phone and misuse your vehicle.. And stole the original parts of your car.. Don't ever get your car got service or drop the car for accidental damage..

SB cars fazalganj, maruti is the worst experience one can get. I changed my plan to buy maruti brezza instead bought Tata nexon due to severely bad experience at SB cars Fazalganj. I think maruti suzuki should intervene and do something really serious about this.

Servicing was superb. Staff was very good but at the time of leaving the service centre, security staff created problem. Tried to contact owner, he refused to meet. Though Manager tried in every way possible.

Please go to any another service center but not here . I have to claim my car insurance so I went here . They told me my car would be ready in 5-6 days but it took them more than a week to fix thats not the problem . I have a urgency so I called them i asked them for car as I have to leave same evening . My insurance company has not passed the bill so I paid sb cars full amount of service cost and asked them for my car . They said sir you can have your car when the bill is passed by your insurance company we will credit your amount given by you into your account. Its has been 18 days till date I have received my amount I paid them 10k to get my car Cost should be paid my me 1750 Insurance company claim was 8250 I have personally visted them 2 times for my to get my money back Call count would be like more than 15 I think there are lot more good service stations around us Definitely not recommend to anyone
