Good place. I have visited the mall 8-9 times in the last couple of years. Exactly what you expect from a Mall. Variety of stores to buy ethnic, trendy clothes etc. Overall good place with vibes!

I went to this big bazaar first time and this was my worst experience ever. After few minutes only, I'd noticed their rude behavior towards customers and the same happened with me when I asked where is the way for upstairs. The staff was not even listening to the customer queries properly and they do start arguments with the customer. There was also a offer going on at that time that if you shop for more than rs1500, you will get a coupon of worth rs150 to buy veg and fruits. But there were several items (fruits and vegetables only) that they were not considering applicable for coupon. You will get to know this at the time of billing only and then they will make to leave your queue and ask you to bring something else. Still they will not clear what is applicable and what not. Also the staff present there had no idea whether the product is applicable for offer or not. At the time of billing they will resend you to buy something else to avail offer. ALSO IT WAS MANDATORY TO BUY VEG OR FRUITS MIN OF 150RS TO AVAIL OFFER. I SAW SO MANY DISSAPPOINTED AND FRUSTATED CUSTOMERS JUST BECAUSE OF THE RUDE STAFF AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT. NEVER WANT TO VISIT THERE AGAIN.

staff is illiterate, i picked up a body spray (mist) which was skin friendly, and the sales person over there was insisting that it was not for skin.. only for clothes.. then i showed him that its printed on the product that it is skin friendly and we can spray it directly to skin, but he was not ready to accept. infact he said that he cant read...

I don't think there is much to write about big bazaar as it always live up to standards. Whole store is well maintained, clean and supporting staff. Big bazaar introduce few this which I find totally waste as it is only to rob the customer which is insurance, I don't know what I will do of this insurance. Range of products is wide and quite good.

Situated in the heart of kanpur at rawatpur crossing. This mall is really crowded on weekend. It can fullfil all your needs and wants you have for your house or for yourself. Good to visit with the family. I would like to recommend to visit the food court on the second floor which serve really delicious food from different restaurant. Wheelchair accessible and good security system.

The reliance store at Rave Moti mall is a supermarket with affordable prices and economical options. They provide discounts and offers making their price slightly lesser than the market prices. The staff is also friendly, although the place can be crowded on certain occasions

Reliance. Billing is only on ground floor, so I had to come down from second floor to the ground floor. No floor Staff to help me. I bought a belt and I needed an extra hole, they asked me to get it from outside vendors. They don't do it.

Superb, excellent 👌 and amazing experience really excellent place..But on the other hand I mentioned some extra essential thing which is about there billing department the billing boys are so rude and even though the bill checker are also same so want to say that if they are remaining there then your smart Bazaar not going well again it goes to the way of heavy losses..

Big bazaar is just like its name . Having a variety of brand and almost all households and kitchen stuff. It's quite good for groceries and eatables. However fruits and vegetables presented here ruin expectation. It's ground floor is whole for clothes. They have quite long range collections. From baby to adult. Electronic materials here seems to have a need to bring more stuff. You can have top brands of steelware also. Clininess is maintained at okay level. And safety regarding COVID 19 is quite good. However you can have a time issue at payment time. All in one sentence, if you visit it , you will not find it time waste.

Too much crowded. No sequential billing counter. Improper segregation of stocks. Discounts are nice in fmcg section, however apparel section lacked in fresh stocks.

This is one of the most visited shoping mall in Kanpur city. I also visit here many times and feel every time awesome. There is many other types of facilities like Cinema and Resturant. Finally awesome place.

Good store which caters all daily needs and almost all special needs, menand women sections are good, kids section is also good but teenage and section for boys aging 12 to 15 have scanty collection giving u limited choice. Whenever u go for exchange or return a product, get gate pass from luggage section and report to customer service desk to get credit note, if u don't follow this u will be directed from billing section to CSD. So avoid confusion and follow the process.

Good mall if you want to travel less and explore in multi brand stores to buy stuff and a carnival cinemas is one of the best place to watch movie great sound!

You can find here outlets of almost all required brands. Prices are just attractive, and range of products varies over a large scale, a place always crowded for what is known. First recognised hypermarket in the Manchester of northern India. Love it.
