Such a horrible experience, the staff is so arrogant and would not listen to any of your complaints. The dresses have sale tags on them but are not on sale and when it is brought into notice, they simply refuse and are not of any help. Had a terrible experience

Please don't take it 1 star my rating criteria is not available here , I think rating ratio will be -100000 for this outlet i was regularly visit pantaloons , but this outlet having no manners to deal with customers they treated customers like duffer, customer knows everything, i complaint to the manger two times but he didn't take any action , i feel very uncomfortable this time ,"salesman Vijay " he doesn't have any manner and they don't follow any rules for billing they just followed thier only . They have got a wide range of collection plus the store is now renewed recently. Staff is humble and always ready to help. Since the store is located inside the Rave 3 mall and situated in the most posh area of Kanpur, whenever new collection arrives, it just flies off the shelves. A very good store with effective handling of the rush. Hence recommended!

This store is at ground floor of the Rave 3 mall. There are so many partner brands here to choose clothes from and you can find various styles across the store. The staff here is good and helps you to choose the right outfit for you.

Products are always good here. Sometimes, this place offers special discount like 50% or so. This place is very big and covers most of the variety of clothes of all ages. Staff is very cooperative and well spoken. Overall, this place is very well maintained.

Always packed with fresh arrival cloths, so no more discount. Go there if you have a heavy budget for your shopping. Available in the malls of Kanpur City, Rave 3 & Rave Moti.

Pantaloons has a nice collection of clothing but the offer they are running is not worth. Buy 2 get +1 free or buy 2 get 1000rs. off. I don't find these offere valuable. Becz most of the clothes are over priced. Please wait for a good offer or purchase when no offer. You can get better price.
