Bikanervala at Kidwai Nagar is a great place to go with your family and friends. It has a very exhaustive menu to satisfy everyone's palate. Food is delicious and presentation is good. One star less coz of untrained staff and less quantity of Chole with Chole Bhature and less quantity of Bhaji with Pav Bhaji 🙄 They really need to train their staff on how to treat guests and serve. My dinner was on table but no plates and cutlery 🤦🏻‍♂️ Hope it improves soon.

It is not pricey and the food is amazing. The restaurant offers self-service. If you are looking for a clean, safe and cozy place to catch up wih friends or go for a family dinner, Bikanerwala will not disappoint.

Don't belive the fake 5 star reviews. This is not what you will expect from this Bikanervala outlet (if you have tried other outlets in different cities) 1. Out of 50 utensils only 2-3 were cleaned. Every utensil had the food stains 2. Kadhai paneer (0 star) worst. Dal tadka (2 star) , paneer butter masala (2star) . Food not worth what you pay for.

I won't be giving any stars as the service was really pathetic, I ordered mint mojito with other three starters, I was okay with waiting but what was not good is after we were finished with our food, ONLY after asking they started making the drink, that too I can clearly say wasn't mint mojito for which I paid 120 or so. *** Mr. Upendra Singh ( I was told he is the manager, not sure if it is right or wrong), please be informed of the informal service here, this is really not acceptable and this is not the first time either**. I did placed one order one and a half year ago via Zomato, it was literally like total to 700-800, just because they ran out of specific things, they sent the incorrect order, moreover the delivery guy met with an accident and all of it was ruined and delivered to us. I am referring to the incorrect order for this one. Today these guys kept staring at each other instead of preparing the order, only when I asked about it, they realised someone ordered a mojito. This is not how you serve the customer, there was another couple sitting just next to me, they brought half order for them, just dosa without sambhar, sambhar was given to them after they asked for it that too after 20 minutes. Although there's no point in posting a review here, people don't even bother to see it but I am definitely not gonna come back, and would recommend not going here if you wanna spend a happy time with your family and do not want to ruin it. My parents used to love Bikanerwala and I don't want them to be treated like this just the way I was. Best of luck to the brand or whoever is handling it.

Place is neat n clean, management is good... food is good like bikaner in Delhi. We have odered tea sandwiches dosa sambhar, which is very good in taste. On road location, easy to search

Horrible experience about today on a birthday celebration... The taste of food totally disgusting.. and the staff behaviour also not good and take a lot time to order... Such That type of behaviour is not acceptable... And All foods were tasteless totally waste and cold coffe was toooo bitter.😡😡😡

Food was fine. staff service was good but I had noodles with turmeric ( haldi) !!! The manchurian were extremely unappetising and they looked as if veggie balls were thrown haphazardly in a soup and served to us. Idli sambhar was yumm. I could eat more. Desserts were fine. Could use improvement. This fruit thing a big No.

The ambience is going. They do not accept Google pay or paytm only cash or card. Food is good. But I didn't like there crispy chilli potato.

Worst food and high price - reviewing after trying it in three occasions -- 1. Ordered Rabri via Zomato, some stale pink color watery dish arrived, 2. Bought some chocolate pastries, which again were pathetic, stale and tasted bad, 3. Tried golgappe today - the water was simply a jaljira mixture and tasted very ordinary, for a hefty price of 6 golgappas @Rs 53. Avoid this place!!

Then owner or the mangement who handles the outlet needs some etiquettes classes. The brand should take serious actions against them as they are degrading eating experience moreover they can't handle bulk orders. They agree at the time of billing but the owners flips and misguides and charges abruptly and false. Moreover first he should learn what hospitality is else the ratings will go down.

Mithas and kanak are better options for traditional food. Poor service and surprised to see all rayta/chutney are symbolic like a tea spoon quantity , for paneer tika platter for three people.

Good cost and taste but there waiters and service is just below the average. Dont even expect to get a service like other bikanervala food chain. Waiters are just really guys working on 200-300 per day, with whome you can not expect the sence of service. I think management needs to be replaced.

Very bad service as i gave order to birthday party decoration and also deposited the advance amount for the same but when we visited the place with relatives there was no arrangements and decorations even they forgot to decorate the place ... Manager Anil Yadav is very unprofessional and Bikaner team has spoiled my party ... very shameful, will never recommend it to anyone.. Unprofessional, worst management and dirty place ...

I took falahari food. There is a vast variety of falahari food, infact there was a separate menu for it. It is a 2 floors outlet. Nice place.

Bikanerwala in Kidwai Nagar falls short of expectations. The french fries were excessively oily, requiring constant requests for napkins and ketchup. The samosas arrived cold, and the burger was notably the worst I've ever tasted. The tikki seemed to be predominantly made of oil, lacking any discernible flavor. Overall, a disappointing dining experience.

Today I ordered noodles and it was tasteless, not cooked properly, can't eat, I threw it. Money waste. Will never ever order anything from here. Also this is not first time, I thought may be they will improve that's why I ordered, but not. Kidwai Nagar kanpur branch renuiuing the brand. Muje fekna pada isliye gussa aa rha, agr kha leti to pakka bimar pad jati. But I will take it as a lesson.

Rated 2/5. There are few reasons. The food was appetizing but the service was not upto the mark. There was no waiter to attend the customers. Everyone was busy on their phones talking to someone else or some workers made groups in a corner and we're talking. Attention was not paid to the customers. On reminding the waiters again and again, we were given the menu card. No one came to take our orders too. After the order was served, we were not given the appropriate cutlery. We need to ask for the cutlery. In short, the problem was in the way of service. Please sort it out asap.

It's a shame to see pathetic state of Kanpur's Bikanervala. Dirty tables, dirty utensils, unprofessional cashier/manager and no housekeeping staff. Employees not in uniform. Food quality is okay okay. Avoid if you are hygien cautious !!! Cashier will keep chatting with unpleasant friends rather than caring customer. No bill is been provided here. If you ask, he will give you a paper bill.

They are offering so called vrat thali but actually it is a normal thali they actually don't know what to be served in vrat

Worst experience ever. ordered fried rice,Dhokhla and Dosa .Hair was served in fried rice,Dhokla was not fresh and the sambar with Dosa was not hot. Seriously destroying the name of Bikanerwala

Worst service I hv seen ever .Food quality is very bad , unbelievable they are taking a good amount then this type of service n food quality is not accepted at all. Dhokla was not fresh ,I have found hair in rice ,saambhar was not hot. This is totally redicilous.
