Pros: Experience Doctors multispeciality hospital Cons: 1. Hygiene condition is not good ,dirty toilets and cafe. Toilets have no tissue paper to wipe seat or to dry hands, so if u happen to use them be ready to get infections and filthy experience of sitting of dirty wet seats. 2. In tower 2 only 2 lifts are there one for patient and doctors, and one for staff and attendants, first lifts are very slow and cafe guys and staff stop lifts anywhere keeping door force open very frequently so wait time is sometimes around 15 mins. 3. Card machine do not work at -2 floor and it makes the experience pathetic with bad lifts. 4. Wheel chair porter are just help u at main gate after that u keep looking for them so most of the time u do have to help the patient on your own. 5. Support staff is very poorly trained on courtesy and manners, they behave like feudal lords, i) one elderly women asked if my husbands supporting reports are available needed for pet scan, she was asked to check them at ground floor , when i asked why dont u use intercoms and check it was found it has to be collected at first floor. ii) janitor at -2 misbehaved with a old women about why she needs help with every hour for washroom who was suffering from kidney issues. iii) I asked certain details at ground floor reception about availability of staff at -2 and procedure further as no one was available there at 7:45 am , when they given me time of 8:00 am and asked to come early if possible. Got a very rude reply please go and check at -2 may be with ghosts as i already told them no one is there. Although staff came at 8:00 am so may be a reply that 8:00 am staff will come please wait there this would not have reduced any hospital bill. 6. 3 receptionists at 1st floor billing are so slow as hell. Too much involved in trash talk no focus work, giggling and friendly fighting to eat chocolate while i am standing waiting for the bill. I am staying in bangalore from last 8 years and visiting hospitals manipal, sakara, CloudNine there is no match while they all are at par in being expensive with regency and even govt dispensary once i visited for covid shot and i can assure u , hygiene conditions are better than this place. Hospital is not doing charity charing really high so please get out of the mindset of feudal lords and start giving some basic facilities. If u plan to visit this hospital please do if its your last option.

Service's at the MRI is very bad no doubts that doctors are good but reception person at the MRI Mr. Krishna is very impolite person and his behaviour and dealing with patient is very bad. I visited their with handicapped patient a senior citizen lady on wheel chair, no priority was given to her just fixed a board at the reception that SICK AND VULNERABLE PATIENT WILL BE GIVEN PREFERENCE KINDLY COPERATE. It is just a marketing strategy I guess . Mr Krishna don't even has a talking sense he shouted on patient and talked very badly that hurts emotionally a lot of one is already sick. It is my request to the concerned person to look into the matter and start some token kind of system just like OPD like First come First serve and must I am saying priority must be given to serious and needed person. One more issue I would like to raise here ECHS and empanelled patient waited from the morning and their marketing offices started after 9:30 am they need to wait till their arrival to get ID Number after that their registration starts so they got late means get appointment for after 5:00 pm that too after coming at 6:00am. It should be properly managed else clearly told to empanelled patients that we r not able to properly serve u.

This fancy hospital located near the bustling Big Bazar Mall will certainly not disappoint in making you feel like you're at a flea market bargaining for your own health. But on a serious note, don't let the glitz and glam fool you, the cost of treatment here is exorbitant and the pressure to undergo unnecessary procedures is not worth it. Save your pennies and find a hospital that actually cares for its patients, not just their wallets.

After visiting hospital if you say I wanna have treatment through they will surely admit you.however if you say you are from CGHS ECHS and TPA they will definitely say bed is not available we will provide you first line treatment. Scam management. Everyone trying to fool you. If you go for rooms they will fool and sell most expensive rooms first or else you would be asked to wait with your patient after operation. If you go through the bills deeply lot of extra and over priced charges are there. If you don’t have insurance don’t go to these hospitals. Also staff behaviour is worst. Rude staff. At the time of leaving everyone will come and beg for tip even if they didn’t show their face any of the day.

After 8 months of my mother demise, I am writing this review. My mother was in ICU and on ventilator for approx 4 weeks along with 20 other people , it was like a general ward . And I surprised to see everyone were receiving the same treatment by some junior doctors completing the MBBS. Everyone knows Regency is minting the money and people are ready to pay if they really save the life but it never happen. I never suggest anyone to visit Regency as mostly you will lose your beloved life , I couldn't able to save my mother but you can . Choose wisely and maybe visit Apollo in Lucknow.

This is the worst hospital ,I had visited. Due to monopoly of this hospital in kanpur , owner and other members of this regency group are robbing innocent patients and their family. Staff is not cooperative , unnecessary treatment is provided, lots of tests are done without any reason just to rob patients.

I had an amazing experience during my brothers treatment at Regency Hospital. The super deluxe room was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. The medical care provided was commendable, and the healthcare professionals were attentive and knowledgeable. However, there was a minor hiccup at the TPA counter, where the staff could have been more helpful. Despite this, the rest of the staff ensured a smooth and efficient experience. I appreciate the excellent care my brother received during his treatment.

I visited to Regency due to injury accident case when I went to reception on 4-02-23 and asked for how to take insurance claim he sent me TPA HOSPITAL... TPA STAFF told me we don't take admissions min for 24 hrs they don't tell me about day care process.. He only told me u can take Rembuirsement later on.... I already intimate to my TPA company... After all process when we filled the option in form B THERE was requirement of hospital signature and seal... I went to marketing department on 13-02-23 at around 4 O clock... He told me you are not admitted as day care admission we can't give seal in your form when I said your TPA team told me you don't take admission as min 24 hrs this is your mistake... He sent me again to TPA CELLS.... I TOLD HIM YOU ALREADY TOLD ME YOU DONT CONSIDERED ME For admission now insurance company asking me for seal and signature for claim... Then he sent me to administration department when i talked to main head he said how did I trust on you , you talked to TPA department when I said call to TPA STAFF AND inquiry whether I am speaking wrong and right he did not call and making me i am lier I told him if I am speaking lies please clarify first.. TPA department sent me here... Then his rejection was you are telling lie TPA Department did not send you... I said you have a very poor management team and after that i will never suggest to come here.... Administration head has no manners how to talk with customers he is making us lier .. He was totally foolish, cheap and no manners..... I will suggest to hospital kindly recruit proper educated person on respected post..... Otherwise your hospital name will spoil... Worst hospital I have ever seen.. this hospital wants just money ..they won't save your loved ones..this is another murdaghat..every day 4-5 deaths happens here.. Initially the doctors show some relief and after 1-2 days again they will put patient in ICU and ventilator.. I have lost my father here ...In 10-12 days of time I have not seen even single patient going happy from here who admitted in ICU.Either they are being died in the hospital or taking discharge on the ventilator itself.. I request every one if you are really want to save your loved one ..then please don't even think about admitting the patient in this hospital.. they will loot 10-15 lakhs from you AND will say sorry could not save ..

The worst kind of management a hospital can have. No sequence or programming. They have a gold mine of few of the best doctors in the city but the system is led by such incompetent managers that it makes sure to motivate patients to stay fit. Otherwise you will have to spend 3 hours plus travel time for a single consultation with a doc. There are way more efficient ways to handle patients and optimising workflows if these so called consultants care to consult an expert Architect/designer in the field. No UPI payment option only either card or cash , such a big name but no such facility available , Also billing staff talks rude that this is our fault that we don't bring cash or card but mobile . Kind of etiquette training to be given . Dr service is nice but staff I must say needs customers handling training . No basic infra . Traffic jammed , unhygienic hospital. My mother got admitted in the Regency hospital. We were much satisfied with the doctor and the staff. Dr Nirmal pandey is a perfect doctor and a very gentle person. Even the staff is very helpful and very polite to talk.

The services that I receive from emergency staff is excellent. Dr. Pawan Singh and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

Pathetic staff. If you are having CGHS card then they will never give you room. It's full of currupt and money oriented staff. They return emergency patient after hearing CGHS, earlier to that room was available but suddenly after knowing CGHS, they act like they just got to know that the rooms are full. Highly disappointed because of such money minded businesses. These are not hospital. These are looters in white collar. Shame on these people.

As a doctor myself, getting my delivery in this hospital was the worst decision ever, the residents, the obg doctors, nurses, no decency to ask and describe what theyre going to do with me, they used to enter the room without introducing themselves, without telling what theyre gonna do with me or the baby, and if i would ask , then they would reply back rudely, ; None of the staff came up to help me in standing up from the bed , until i asked for! Nurses there dont follow any protocol post op . Surgery was great, anesthetist best,, post op care is the worst. taking consent from a patient and being soft in their maneuvers wasnt in their dictionary. After paying a hefty amount of 1 plus laks , one doesnt expect such kind of ill mannerism. Highly discommend.

Highly unorganized staff. All departments are not in sync. They don't know where to send the patient and force them to do round and round. That is very much inconvenience for patients in time of distress. They charge likes of medanta, Max, Appolo but services are mere better than government hospital. Lot of improvement needed in operation of hospital. Single lift is huge lack in facilities.

Full of badtameez staff. Before admission of patients, they are very courteous. But after admitting, they are merciless. The time passed at hospital was full of stress and mental trauma. No one bothers the grievance of customer. They claim to have parking for customers but they don't provide. Charges are quite high than doctors person clinics. No clear communication. Always avoid such place. Other hospitals nearby are doing better.

Only good thing is behavior of doctors. worst experience in usg examination. Inspite of highest charges, worst crowd management. Usg token numbers shifting in more than an hour. When asked with staff very rude answers were given to wait and watch because they are performing scans of indoor patients, inspite of having infrastructure for scans separately.

Management is very poor. I went to consult Dr. Ajmal Hassan and I sat for 4 hrs as there is no management. There is no queue system, no token system…behavioural issues..people working over there are not helpful and there is no proper system.

Room 410 Doctors and staff are very polite and everyone in the hospital is best in their job. The hospital takes care of neatness and cleanliness. The facilities and comfort they provide to the patient is what a patient needs to recover fast. The hospital is costly but worth it. A special appreciation to the canteen staff. I admitted my wife in Regency Hospital Tower-1 Kanpur for TLH & BSO surgery for period 06.09.22 to 09.09.22. Procedure done very well and from starting all wings of hospital like Marketing, Emergency, OT fellows, Room no. 402 Nursing care, Housekeeping & cleaning staff and room food service was excellent. I am fully satisfied and my thanks to all concerned.

My experience (Bed-805) has been very good in hospital,nursing staff was very supportive especially Muskan, Pratibha & Imla ji are very hospitble, hospital is neat & clean though ground floor corner bathroom should be little more spacious & hygienic, staff should be appreciated/benefited for their hard work ...

Overall an excellent and professional hospital of high quality. The Doctors' visits n advices are timely and very genuine. Never had a feel that something was done unnecessarily to enhance the bill. Few suggestions for continual improvement. 1. The lifts may be earmarked separately as one for patients shifting and one for other purposes. 2. The nursing staff at day care need to be sensitised to behave like care takers not like some immature teenagers. Pinching, laughing n shouting scenes could be seen on 8 sep afternoon, specially once one of the male nurse arrived to takeover the duty. 3. Also the shifting process from day care to ward once the room is allotted is too sluggish. Staff were quoting some reason of shift change and paper work for the delay leaving the patient in day care for long.

OPD don't answer the phone calls. Washrooms are like public toilets. A hospital should maintain high standard when it comes to cleaning and hygiene.

Prises of treatment are very high out of comman man reach. Doctor in opd are changeable.they left the hospital opd in 1 or 2 year and new one join

Pathetic hospital. They charge for 60 k daily but no one is taking care of patients. Dr. Are rude and even peon passes comments that "bhagwan ko jaake Prasad chda dena" to our patient. Fully corrupted place . Dr. Are interested in making money ...no one responsible enough to guide correct. They keep patient on sleeping pills always.
