Don't you people think about to book this hotel the hotel is terrible and the person who is sitting in the reception don't know how to talk with guest and he'll ask more money from you for smooth check in and if you do not pay then he'll just denied you to check in hotel. The matter does not end here.Now if I talk about the cleaness You cannot imagine how dirty it was. Please don't go in there.

Worst experience ever. Not recommended at all. No proper cleaning. Mosquito and repellent are moving everywhere. This kind of service is not expected from OYO.

I personally not recommend this hotel when you are booking via oyo talk to them personally. They are not cooperative when it comes to collaboration with oyo. They claim their own booking charges doesn't matter whether you paid already or not, although it was below average experience with the hotel.

I have booked room via Oyo. I have called the hotel regarding early check in .He told there will be extra charge which I need to pay ij cash. When I said okay he told me that I have to pay Oyo payment on cash only. And the payment done in app will not be accepted. Highly unrecommend .

Hotel is not good when I booked the hotel from Oyo it shows amount of 599 for 24 hours but reception staff ask money 1000 for 24 hours and said if any issues talk to Oyo very rude behaviour.hygine is not in hotel also they cut AC and TV is also not working .Room is also smell no one come to clean the room ..very bad experience in hotel ..

Very bad room. I stayed 2 days no one came for cleaning. Bedsheet very dirty. I asked them to chenge but they didn't changed. Towel so dirty. Food to costly . One normal tea 25rs. Receptionist told me that don't book through Oyo,come directly I'll give you same room for 800 which you booked for 1200. He asked me to show booking during checkout. And he gave rating 5 star by himself on app. So please don't book by rating. Full day construction work going on to much sound of tiles cutting. I couldn't able to sleep. Indian style toilets room too small. Bed too old and broken. If you're going with gf please don't go bed sounds too much😀.

Bad experience. Please don't fall in trap. They asked for more money from what shows online. Rude behaviour of receptionist. I give you suggest not to book any hotel online in kanpur. Nearby station or ghantaghar, there are many hotels. First go and check some of hotels and then decide which suits you. I hope it helps you.

I booked 10 days back but when reached hotel, they denied room saying they did not receive any online booking. They gave to other at higher rate due to demand that particular day. They are cheaters. Please do not book at this hotel.

Very bad arrangements, no cleaning staffs, torn bedsheets, no hygiene maintenance at all. Will not recommend anyone to stay here in any circumstances. Yuck

Rooms are good if you have to stay for night. I have stay there for a night @500 INR , For that i can say that price is value for money .

Worst hotel for stay. You can met bedbugs evertime. Staffs are non cooperative. You can't stay pleasantly. They charge additionally in name of gst afterfull payment

They take your phone for some reason such as checking booking and give five star ratings to themselves in Oyo app. Never give your phone to them for any reason.

Bedsheet n kambal is not clean...no towel and soap in bathroom...

The place was not what i expected. The rooms were way too small and the service was okay kinda. The place was way different from the pics...
