I don’t really remember the name of that lady who called me up late at night, when I was in the party after getting everything done from the salon in November. She was asking about things I got done and price and all. I literally had paid the amount they asked for in the salon, that too after confirming twice and she asked me to pay more. That’s very unprofessional and unjustified as I had already paid them the amount then and there at salon, that too after confirming the price twice. How come they can call the customer at midnight and ask them to pay some extra, when they agreed themselves at the salon about the amount to be paid. Very unprofessional and unethical.

Services at Lakme Govind nagar are very good. Senior expert Urmila singh was very good and she gave service very fast. Highly recommended and I will for sure services from her in future. :)
