Purchased a ring recently and the finishing was not upto the mark but the team was happy to refund/remake it. Took the remake option and it came out beautifully well. Such pathetic service. We ordered Men' kada on 15.11.2022. Have gone thrice to receive the same and everytime the kada has some or the other defects in it and they give silly excuses for the defects such as tool defets or machine defect and ask us for another 10-15 days to get it done. However when we visit for receiving everytime they fool us by showing us the same kada telling us we have got it newly made.. now again we are supposed to wait until they inform us. God knows when will we receive it.
