I had a bad experience going to kays brihana road branch. They have good collection, I must say, but the staff was not at all helpful and polite. We went to withdraw our token money which was deposited in another branch of Kays. And we were told whenever I feel like withdrawing it, I can visit any branch. Going to birhana road branch was convinient for me. But the lady who attended us made us feel like we did a mistake by visiting them. First of all she was questioning alot about why we want to take our money back even after we told her that we have changed our mind. Secondly she clearly refused to accept our request and said we must go to other branch where we deposited money. Thirdly she said even if you want to take your money back from birhana road branch , you will have to wait for week. And we were ready to come back after a week but her behaviour was not at all helful and said we should reach out to other branch only. I mean what are you even doing at store when you cannot provide your customer with ease and convinience.

This is awesome experience to be here in KAYS.. Super service and costomer support. Mrs Ganga Shah and Mr. Pankaj ji is so helpfull and generous .. Products are awesome... I will love to be here again and again. .!

Changing my review. Bought a nose pin at the store, and asked the salesperson to give me a stopper which fits properly in the nose pin. She found the right one after 5 mins and then gave us a few extra stoppers too. We believed her and didn't check at the time. Came home and tried out the nose pin. Not one stopper fits inside the nose pin. They all are too loose and fall off instantly. I have to visit another jewelry store to find a proper stopper now. Expected better from Kays. It's wrong to lie to a customer's face just to get your sale done.

Ambiance is good, range is excellent and overall all staff behavior is very helpful in selection of right choice........
