Unprofessional Engineer, bad behaviour. This center is only for making money. My phone is in working condition only combo problem but they are not ready to replace it only blue line are showing. They were saying it's water damage. I said many time plz change combo on my responsibility change only combo but they were not agreed.

Worst service centre ..they misguide people ..unprofessional behavior...they told me that there is prblm in my phone's motherboard ...it was in working condition ..n give estimate of 11000😂...I give that set to local mobile repair shop ...they charged me only 1800 only n chnged display n conecter ...it is working properly....worst service centre

5/5 for customer satisfaction. Personally i was fully satisfied the way i've been served. I ordered the combo for my vivo s1pro set and i was available within 3 days and took only an hour to get my phone fixed. Great work team vivo.

Calling to query about parts availability. Person not attending call and calling rudely asking to visit store for parts availability. What's point visit centre if there's no availability of parts.

Staff was Very nice and polite. My smartphone's screen was damaged and I booked my appointment. They took my phone and repaired it within 20 minutes. Yes it was a bit costly because I paid Rs.5,295 for it.

Value for money hostel. Very nice and polite personnel working there. The area around it is buzzy with a few bars around to visit. If you book early is a good value for money place but if you book last minute is not that value for money. I would propose this hostel for some days. The staff are friendly, very close to metro so great for travelling around. Made a few friends along the way. besides that it has everything you need u can.The workers are very nice. They are Maintaining well hygiene, clean and neat.

Vivo services center chawal market govind nagar is not good by service as vivo claim. My phone does not have any damage customer care told me that your phone is damage so you can't claim warranty on your phone. There floor was very dirty and customer care shouts and talk in very high level.

Service was good. Representatives were good in communication. But for repairing purpose you haave to visit there early by 1 pm. After that it's bit busy.

The owner/manager wasted twice (especially during COVID lockdown) my 40 kilometers drive just for his rule to deposit the handset in morning time and customer service relationship management is pothetic.

i purchase vivo handset 3 day after phone off automaticaly but vivo service centre of update softwre and done no any thing not solve my problem and serivce no is not avliable i know vivo dont take any action for good service
