You can drive here by two-wheeler and even by a four-wheeler. There is no authorized parking but there is plenty of space to park your vehicle outside the hospital. Timing of the hospital are from 8:00am to 6:00pm. First you have to register yourself at the registration desk. Cost of registration is 300Rs. Cash payment and card payment is accepted. Online payment is not accepted.l The place is clean and sanitized. They have several machines and equipments to test and treat your eye. If you're here for treatment, it would take around 2-3 hours. I would suggest you to come in the morning hours, there are probably less patients in early hours.

Good hospital for eye care. It caters almost all types of eye related disorders. It has a team of excellent professional doctors with back up of good paramedical staff. In the beginning of the treatment it takes a little bit more time but during future visits it eases out. The hospital also runs routine camps outside it's campus in nearby cities and towns on a regular basis.

This is a very bad system, after first diluting the eyes of the patient, after doing a few checks, he is asked to come after 3 months and says that he will not be able to get a doctor before that, if you want, then show him in a private place, there is no such system.

Some years back it was very nice hospital with good doctors and staff. But now it is very bad. It's main aim seems to earn money. . Doctors are forcing for cataract surgery and are not giving even eye site test report and medical prescreption. The doctors in cataract section are forcing the patients for immediate surgery without considering patients condition. It is a harassment..

My mother has glaucoma, so I took her there. Staff and doctors are polite. Patients go through a thorough routine check up. One may have to wait alot because of high no. Of patients. It may take one's whole day due to the long procedure.

Team of doctors is good and also good in behaviour but the rest staff is very rude to patients they don't even want to talk to you and if they answer any of your queries they answer it very rudely. Very disappointed by the staff in such big hospital where patients come from out of city just to see this type of behaviour of staff.

One star because optometrists and staff works hard. But meeting Anjum Mazahari ruined my visit. Also, doctor was greedy and asked me to not come to IGEHRC in future, but rather meet him in clinic owned by him.

Stop is very slow, according to charges. If you have 12 hours of time, then only go here, otherwise you can show yourself in a private hospital for the same amount of money and your time will also be saved. Stop does not take any responsibility towards the patient, just fulfills his duty time.

Excellent services. The hospital is clean, they follow the protocols and provide quick response. Consultants are good at their work and show empathy most of the time. The hospital has a good testing facility as well.

Worst hospital ever. They took whole 2 days just to do a eye test. And again I have been given bill 4000 for the test of glaucoma. My eye condition ia totally normal. I dont have any severe condition. They don't know how to treat patients. Staff is very rude and services are poor. Staff and dr. Don't do there work patient has to wait for long time while they just chill inside there cabins. If you don't have value of your time and money go there.

Registration no 691954 It is one of the pathetic eye hospitals where interns are treating the patient with no idea ,just in village you find the "praticner" who by trail and hit method treating the patient, same you will find here all so young staff and inexperienced, not a single doctor who seems to be exposed for 5 years and they are treating people who thinks like me they will be a good hospital under charitable support but alas! Same poor stuff filled like Rahul and Priyanka totally useless doctors......

Staff named ARCHANA had a very rude, impatient behavior with lot 9f attitude who seems to sit somewhere around Registration counter. Security and other staff was far better than her and tried to help us. Without knowing what the patient went through in the past, this staff named Archana started talking rudely about the registration card inspite of me requesting her that the patient has went through lot of problems in the past and has not the registration details with her. I guess the staff must be polite specially at the front desk.

THIS IS AN IMPORTANT FEEDBACK This organization is not a charitable trust, as they will only treat you if you buy medical supplies from them. They clearly denied that we will not treat you if you guys get your own supplies (injection costing ₹29000). Staffs are very very very rude... Yes some of them are good but most of them are very rude. Never consider this as a charitable trust. Its a private organization woking under name of a charitable trust

An eye hospital run by Rajiv Gandhi trust is a very gud hospital for eye problems it can include all problem related to eye but firstly registration is necessary after that people need to wait there's lacking something that is time management very heavily crowded need much patience for check up here overall treatment is most satisfactory

Good hospital but worst staff. No one picks up the call if you need appointment. Take the patients for granted all the time. You will be treated well but need a lot of patience throughout the process. People working here doesn't make it easy for you!

THIS IS MY 3 DAY EXPERIENCE OF YAHA 1.No management 2. Staff does not guide properly 3.There is no management system 4. All nurses remain restless and talk rudely, this is the biggest problem here, there is a great need for soft skill management. 5.Even after payment is made it says payment has not been made please check the file immediately 6 file did not reach on time if file room is at 7 no then say room is at 106 no. did not arrive on time I had to wait for 2 hours to ask when file is at 7 no then went to room 7 no and from there we went to room 106 no I sent and when the file came on 106 number I said for a second you then go to room 7 and you ran away. 7.No PRO, no management, no system BAS DR SAHI HAI NO TO BAD SYSTEM BEKAAR HAI IS THIS RIGHT TARHA SE IS NEEDED TO BE MANAGED HOSPITAL HAS A BOHAT NAME.

Three months have passed and they are calling again and again saying that next month will come and they are saying that it will come in July. My mummy's eyes were supposed to be fine but by keeping it like this the disease has become like chronic again and it will continue like this and it will be a big problem for us. It will be a big problem if you can't afford the doctor why treatment. you have to do it 😡😡
