Well maintained Housing Society in Kashipur. Considered a premium housing society in this neighbourhood. Good villas and flats albeit a big issue with the neighbouring poultry farm which causes some stinky air in flats/ villas in the left part of society as you enter the gates.

A nice township with good homes in various sizes depending on one's needs. The best one's are the villas which are done up tastefully. Above what one would expect in a town like Kashipur. Drawback is the professionalism of service providers within the complex once you start living here. One has to call repeatedly and even then things take forever to get done.

Very well built and maintained housing society in Kashipur spacious includes temple park and sports complex duplex and multistoried building too as Nirvana

I live here and it's a pretty cool place to live. Trust me. You won't regret it :)

The township has villas and apartments. Beautiful and tastefully done gardens that are big in size as well. Wide roads enough for car parking and movement... Away from the city traffic and noise. Maintenance is also above average. The minus points are clubhouse not yet constructed and the build quality of the villas is not good.

Premium only in name. Construction quality is worse. Even sewers are better constructed.
