Before this past Friday, we’ve had nothing but amazing experiences here. We love Dr Carter and Dianne, and nurse Lori! Speaking of past Friday, we had an instance where a nurse injected my daughter with vaccines without my consent. (I’m not ann annti vaxer, we just wanted to schedule a different anpp due to my daughters temperament at the time.) After contacting the location manager, I got told that I was just an emotional, 20 year old young mother who overreacted. I was also denied access to the name of the nurse who did this because of social media reasons. It’s unfortunate we had this experience because as I said, we loved the place otherwise. Truly sad that the manager was unprofessional in handling this as well. Edit to add after owner response; Your nurse did give my daughter vaccines without consent. I withdrew my consent before she administered them due to my daughters temperament. Your staff ignored my concerns and called me a 20 year old immature mom.

This has been our pediatrician since my son was born in 2019. I have seen both doctors and nurse practitioners and everyone is always so nice and helpful. I love that there are two offices and I am always able to get in when I need too. The walk in hours are so helpful. Plus the rooms are always and we are always greeted with a smile.

As an employee, I have LOVED working for Pediatric Partners! I always feel appreciated and love our patients. I am so thankful I joined the team. Highly recommend working here when positions arise and couldn't imagine sending my future children anywhere else. :)

My daughter has been seeing Jennifer Mellick since birth in 2018. She has been absolutely AMAZING! She always listened to our concerns and was always honest about everything! My daughter is thriving because of Dr Mellick! She wouldn’t be where she is without her! The drs and staff at both locations are phenomenal! Dr Mellick was definitely a favorite and we will miss her and the staff greatly! I can not say enough good things about this practice!

We really enjoyed meeting with Dr. Mellick for our newborn son’s very first appointment.

Great pediatrician office. We found out our pediatrician Dr Stanton was starting here and visited as soon as we could. It's a new facility and awesome to take our kiddos. Happy with the move and highly recommend the team. Very good experience bringing our boys here.

I can't sing the praises of Pediatric Partners enough! The front office staff is extremely friendly and makes an effort to make you feel welcome. The nursing staff is wonderful with my two kids - asks good questions and is super friendly. Dr. Carter knows his stuff, always remembers my kids and takes the time to answer questions and address concerns in a way that lets me know he's taking me seriously and not just giving me a stock response. Right now (Covid times) once you check in with the front desk you go straight to your kiddo's exam room - no waiting around in the front lobby. Our typical wait time in the exam room is less than 10 minutes - which in my experience is light years faster than other offices. Love this office, the staff and our doctor!

Dr Jennifer Mellick is phenomenal! She listens to my teenager closely and takes the time to get to the right treatment options. She then discusses these options with my kiddo and makes sure she is comfortable with what is going to happen for treatment. I think having her own daughters, Dr Mellick fully appreciates what teens are going through today. When we see the littles in the office it is clear that they like going to see the staff their as well. The patient portal is a great way to communicate and get things taken care of efficiently. We drive past many other doctors offices to get to the new practice location. It is totally worth the drive!

We love Pediatric Partners! We regularly see Dr. Mellick, but have seen many other staff members for various urgent care/sick needs. We have been pleased with them all! Starting from birth, Dr. Mellick has taken the time to really get to know our daughter and family. Our 2-year-old actually enjoys seeing her in the office and always remembers the books she receives from her at well visits. We are expecting end of July and we look forward to having our next child start their care with Pediatric Partners!

This and the Overland Park office are great. We've been going there for almost 17 years now with both kids. They've worked hard when we were in time crunches to fit us in, and they keep us safe from icky kid germs with their mask policy. We appreciate all they've done for our family.
