Came here to bowl with the grand kids kids and friends. We had a great time. 5 kids between 4 and 10 . They had a great time. So did the adults. We had 2 lanes and we were their for almost 4 hours. They serve food like fries, nuggets, chicken strips, etc. They also have popcorn, beer soda and mixed drinks. Everything is decent priced give or take. Staff is really friendly.

As a family we love going bowling and most if the time we come here. Last night we had to wait about an hour for leas to finish, which we knew. The staff is always friendly and the lanes are always in great shape.

Customer service needs improvement. The front desk person was clearly annoyed by people coming without reservations during open bowling hours. "Open Bowling Hours" suggests that you don't need a reservation. If they want reservations, they should recommend them. While our group did get to bowl, the rudeness of the staff didn't leave us with a welcome feeling or good impression of the business. The bartender was rude when we had a large order and took a few minutes to complete it. There wasn't anyone waiting, so our group was not holding up the line. The bowling itself was fine - the lanes were clean and functioned the way they should have. One of the women's restrooms was reasonably clean, but the other very much needed a deep cleaning, with sticky dirt all over the edges of the floor. I didn't feel very welcome here and would definitely choose another bowling alley.

Took a chance, after reading some negative reviews that had me concerned... But in the end, had an awesome experience! The gentleman at the front desk explained how the pricing works for a lane + shoes, and took good care of ensuring the bumpers were set for the kids. I didn't order food while here, so can't speak to that--but peeking in, the kitchen did appear clean and well-run. All in all, a great time, and I'll definitely be bringing the family back again!

So far I don't like it because they are having a league but don't say anything about it on the website or in front of the door. Also the gentleman in the front didn't tell us, just stared at us until we waited at the counter for a bit. And then all he said when we asked for two hours was a blunt rude "no". There was no form of respect and he acted as if he just wanted us out immediately. Like we shouldn't have been there in the first place.

Been coming here since I was a a kid. Love this alley. Staff is always kind and the pretzels are amazing! One of the best in the area.

The bowling experience itself isn’t too bad, fun for family. However, think twice about ordering food. Just there recently and the cashier taking food orders was coughing in her hands and moments later touching (with NO gloves) onions, lettuce, pickles, the actual burger itself, and buns along other condiments for a cheeseburger and placing it in a tray for customers to pick up their order. Completely unsanitary. Again…caution when ordering food.

Great place to hang out with friends and family to have a birthday party or just hang out and have fun. There is leagues for the younger ones, not in high school, Saturday mornings during school, there is an instructional league Sunday afternoons during summer then a high school league on Tuesday afternoons during summer. It’s also home to the Olathe bowling teams. Tho don’t prebowl. They don’t oil the lanes unless it’s league night. It’s not the best idea if your trying to keep an average up. It is if you just want to mess around

Nice, fun, friendly place. They accommodate people with disabilities. The owner, Ms. Betty is a jewel. She is the only bowling alley in Olathe that gives special discounts for the handicapped so they can enjoy the bowling experience. Hats off to you, Ms. Betty!

Love going here, when you can get in— but good luck. Have gone two times now during “open bowl” with my kids. Over an hour wait because half of the lanes say “reserved”. We got there 15 minutes after open, plenty of lanes, said hour wait. I thought the point of open bowl was just that— it’s open. Ridiculous. Will find another place.

This place is your classic bowling alley. We have had a couple of our kid’s birthday parties here and you cannot beat the price and fun.

My son and I have been turned away 4 times. We always used to be able to go on Sundays. Wont be back.

Was there for an IGBO bowling tournament. The wait staff and people behind the counter were amazing. We go to this tournament every year in July. Always a great time.
