poor
reviews.
MAINLY
BECAUSE
I'M
A
BUSINESS
OWNER.
BUT
IN
THIS
CASE...
This
review
is
not
about
the
great
greeter,
our
great
waiter,
the
very
helpful
bar
staff,
or
even
about
management
trying
to
assist
with
my
issue.
This
1
star
review
is
about
the
fact
that
this
restaurant
in
the
renowned
power
and
light
district,
describes
itself
as
upscale
and
even
mentions
a
dress
code,
has
the
nerves
to
allow
us
to
sit
at
a
table
or
in
an
area
that
I
could
not
only
smell
the
dirty
carpet
below
us,
but
This
restaurant
or
at
least
"
our
section"is
infested
with
gnats.
We
had
to
cover
our
food
and
drinks
while
we
watch
flying
bugs
hover
over
and
land
on
our
unfinished
soup
and
appetizers.
As
I
waited
in
disgust,
I
spoke
with
the
manager
to
inform
her
of
this
issue.
Her
reasoning
didn't
necessarily
make
sense,
but
I
heard
her
out
in
efforts
to
not
create
a
scene,
and
to
be
fair
and
give
them
another
chance,
I
moved
to
a
different
section.
A
very
uncomfortable
wood
square
table
and
chairs.
Definitely
not
upscale.
I
was
not
pleased
with
where
I
was
sitting,
and
a
non
intimate
area
where
the
servers
go
in
and
out
of
the
kitchen.
Okay
now
we
have
a
new
wonderful
and
pleasant
waiter,
but
here
comes
the
not
so
wonderful
frozen
dinner
imitation
chicken
breast
that
they
brought
to
the
table..
and
I
won't
even
mention
how
bad
the
Philly
cheese
steak
sushi
was.
Yes
I
will..
first
of
all
where
did
y'all
get
this
steak..
or
is
it
steak..
And
how
long
has
it
been
sitting
wherever
y'all
got
it
from..
And
why
would
you
bring
this
to
me..
Are
you
serious?
You
definitely
would
eat
this
yourself..
stop
playing..
I
could
go
on
about
the
hard
rice
or
even
the
fact
that
my
sushi
felt
like
it's
been
on
display
for
a
couple
of
months.
At
this
point,
I'm
so
done
with
this
place.
They
finally
bring
out
my
rice,
steaming
hot
and
perfect.
I
took
it
to
go,
just
to
be
nice,
And
definitely
was
not
bothered
when
I
left
it
in
the
hotel
fridge,
Because
all
I
could
think
about
was
my
poor
experience.
Well
management
did
take
50%
off
my
bill..
which
was
the
appetizers
that
I
ate
until
I
started
shooing
flies
away..
and
drinks..
eh..
I
definitely
feel
like
as
a
business
owner,
I
would
have
definitely
comped
The
entire
bill
for
my
horrible
experience.
At
this
point
you
owe
me
for
wasting
my
time,
and
now
I'm
still
hungry.
I've
spent
over
2
hours
in
here,
the
first
hour
and
a
half
ordering
through
your
self
ordering
system,
that
took
my
money
five
times
out
of
my
account
and
still
didn't
work,
to
me
waiting
another
45
minutes
as
I
watch
nets
hover
over
my
food.
Needless
to
say
after
I
pay
for
my
food
and
before
I
left.
I
left
all
three
of
my
waiters,
the
first
one,
the
one
at
the
bar,
and
the
second
one,
$5,
$10,
and
$15
tips.
Because
I
can't
knock
their
service.
I
even
appreciated
the
kind
and
warm
greeting
on
my
way
out
of
the
door
from
the
distinguished
gentleman.
I
strongly
suggest
that
you
guys
replace
that
awful
smelling
carpet
under
that
large
table
near
the
bar
area,
and
clear
your
dining
area
of
pestering
flying
insects.
Also
figure
out
you
are
scanning
ordering
system,
and
maybe
assist
so
we
don't
have
to
wait
an
hour
to
order
since
we
have
four
people
that
I
have
to
input
their
order
on
my
phone,
And
maybe
bring
the
food
out
a
little
quicker,
and
you
might
want
to
make
sure
it's
hot,
and
not
stale.
