Food was fantastic. Wanted to try two types of pizza but they wouldn't let us do half and half. They said it due to having two different sauce. I understand but if the customer is willing to have a bleed of sauce in the middle then they should comply. We ordered the gourmet Hawaiian and oh my was it delicious. The sauce was heavenly. If they bottles it I would buy a few gallons. The cheese combined with the sauce for a delectable texture. The almonds on top added a nice crunch. I do wish though that the almonds were evenly distributed. I had one piece covered completely and another piece without any. The amount of pineapple looked to be way to much but it wasn't. Ended up being the perfect amount. Hands down the best pizza I have had in a very long time.

This pizza was rock star status. GLUTEN FREE crust does not suck. The pizza is perfect

I really enjoyed this place. I had the Jumbo Co.bo pizza. It was fantastic. Service was great. There were many TVs. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very disappointed with the new thinner pizza. I guess your trying to save money but your not passing the savings on to me. I’d rather pay more for the pizza I grew up loving. I’ve been to both the Main Street and Liberty location in the last week and both had this new disappointing thinner pizza.

Minsky's was my favorite pizza when I lived in KC 8 years ago. I finally returned today and got a pie - it was just as delicious! Despite being super busy due to the Superbowl victory celebration for the Chiefs, they provided great service and the pizza was just as good as I remember! Boyfriend loved it so much we ordered more to go 😂 Our server was excellent ( I believe her name was Drea!)

《 Shelby 》was our server and she is a Sweetheart!! Made our experience a wonderful one. Delicious pizza!! Mac & cheese & alfredo sauce on dough?! So good! The breaded cheese raviolis just might be life changing too.. Good beer on tap and caring, efficient service. Can't wait to return. This was a Friday evening.

Pizzas were impeccable. The taste was spot on. Whomever cooked this night followed the recipe to a tee. So many times the flavors will be inconsistent due to interpretation of recipe.... These were the best we have had in months. Thank You

Great selection of specialty pizzas. Loved that you can get every crust option in any size. Being from St Louis I had to try the Louie. Sauce and cheese was on point, but crust could have been crunchier.

Great place. My server was training, but she did a fantastic job! The food was fast-ish (for pizza!) And affordable. They have a great set up inside.

Went here for the gluten free pizza. Honestly it was the best I have had yet in any restaurant. But still not what I'm looking for. Gluten free friends, you know what I'm talking about 😀. I've had other brands in store for less than half the price that were almost just as good. Also, this place was quite pricey. My other half got a non gluten free pepperoni and Italian pizza and bread sticks... Loved the pizza....and said the breadsticks were horrible. And honestly I think we didn't even keep them. Would I go back? If invited, yes. Because I want to? No.

This was the biggest disappointment to our KC trip. We got here just before 8, they are supposed to be open until 11. The host sat us as soon as we walked in. It took a minute for anyone to come by the table and when they did it was the manager who was with the owner at a table behind us. He brough plates, menus and said Shelby would be our server. After a few minutes with still no Shelby the manager came again and got our drink orders, told us they were closing at 8 to have the ovens replaced that night and we got in just in time. We offered to get ours to go but he insisted we were fine. When he brough the drinks we placed our pizza order, General Tsos pizza and fried ravioli. At this point Shelby had walked by several times and was not having any intentions of serving our table, just some looks of disgust. Shelby did flirt with another table in the dining room as she got his order, he had been there when we came in. It seemed she had a few other tables outside. The manager had mentioned she was sat many tables at once, she also seemed to be the only server, which may have been why she blatantly ignored us she had time to be in the corner rolling silverware and being on her phone. The ravioli came and after being constantly ignored we told the manager to make ours to go as we were clearly an inconvenience to them. We could hear the manager talking with the kitchen staff who were also anger as it seems they were all only scheduled to 8 and where still being there working. We could see the front and they seemed to be doing many take out orders and the bar was full. The owner stayed seated at the table behind us and could not have cared what was going on. When our pizza came out the manager had taken off the ravioli for the lack of service we had. It sucks that the management and staff here are so poor, because when we got the pizza back to our hotel it was really good! The crust was delicious and held up to the toppings of General Tso chicken. We got the deep dish which I think helped a lot. This would be a pizza I would get again at a different location.

If you are looking for a great option as a late night snack at your wedding then I highly suggest you book with Minsky's Pizza Truck. The only good part was the delivery driver- real nice guy. The pizza was absolute trash- luke warm, tasted like it had been microwaved, absolutely no sauce, very thin layer of cheese- and for $26+ after a 20% tip. A Jack’s frozen pizza would have been a better option, and for much less. Embarrassingly bad for nearly $30. Minsky’s used to be pretty good- certainly not the case anymore.

Have not been to a Minsky's in a long time that it was pretty good for their pizza that we had the Papa Minsky's that had red peppers that the jumbo wings were okay and the cheese bread had a bit of a onion taste with its cheese.

This was my first time here. My husband, mother in law and I just arrived and this was the first food place we visited! Every piece of food we ate was absolutely delicious! Shelby was our waitress and her energy and customer service was everything! Definitely going to return here in the near future!

So glad we stumbled upon this restaurant ! Not only was the pizza probably one of the best I have ever eaten, but the staff was beyond amazing , and it was super clean and we had the while top level to ourselves! Will definitely be back!

I absolutely love Minsky's! It's my favorite pizza in town! They have the best cheeseburger pizza! The prime cut pizza is great too! And the combo pizza is just as good! However, I wasn't as impressed with the chicken sandwich I had today. It needs a little something. But I was offered a free beer today so that made up for it! Henry did a great job!

Awesome pizza! Great crust with lots of cheese. We got the Super Hawaiian pizza and it was amazing. I wish they bottled and sold the sweet chili sauce. It was delicious! The toasted almonds and cilantro were a unique add on that just added tons of flavor. Pretty pricey but very filling with all the cheese. My husband and I split a medium and barely finished it. Probably could have left 1 piece, but it was so good we didn't want to!
