Our party of 6 went on Fathers Day and my birthday. We were seated in a short time. Our waiter was excellent and had a great personality. The drinks and appetizers came quickly. Our food arrived shorty after the appetizers. The food was excellent. And for my birthday they gave me a free dessert. The prices are reasonable for a great meal.

So glad we came here it was our wedding day we went to Applebee's on 350 and raytown . No one ever greeted us or said hello or anything so we left and was on our way to go to corral then we were on the highway and saw y'all Applebee's said we would give it a try way better service greeted us right when we came in set us down, so even though we travel down the street a little ways we were gladly appreciative for the good service and good food on our wedding day. 😍

Terrible I will be contacting corporate and the health dept in the morning. Waited a long time brought fries separate from the burger. Did not give silverware and when I asked a random waitress for one she brought me this fork with no knife. I asked the first waitress for silverware and she brought a fork then a random knife. Why aren’t these given with the menu wrapped. WE LEFT AND I DID NOT GET TO ENJOY OUR DINNER AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR. They weren’t even busy. SERIOUSLY. Chicken was pink after cutting once home. Don’t eat here unless you like being sick Edit: Spoke with the manager and she is very nice. She apologized and amended this with a credit and is working on the issues. .

I purchased the whiskey burger and the margarita of the month. The burger was better than I expected it to be. The meat, onion rings, cheese, bun, tomato, pickle, and lettuce were just right. The sauce was tasty, but I wish there had been a little bit more of it on the burger. The fries were fresh, crispy, and well seasoned. Nothing unusually special about this meal..... Just a good burger and fries. All for about 10 dollars, including the drink special. 👍🍔

Wonderful waitress! I work a lot so I came here alone for some real food between shifts. Not only was the staff welcoming but the food was spot on. The lemonade is my absolute favorite.

This was the worst Applebees I've ever been to -first of all we waited a long time for someone to appear at the host desk. We didn't get eating utensils till after our food was served. My french onion soup was served luke warm. Service was so slow which I don't understand because the place was pretty empty and they had plenty of staff. Our waitress kept disappearing or going to laugh and chat with co-workers. And the menu isnt appetizing at all. We won't be going to anymore Applebee's

Will never eat here again. I understand understaffed or busy. But this was ridiculous and they were not busy. I could have been fine waiting an hour and a half for my food if someone would have come by with refills or a how are you doing, sorry we are behind… but nothing, we saw our waitress when we ordered and an hour and a half later when she brought the food. I got chicken when I ordered steak, sent it back to have the waitress bring the chicken back to the table and tell me to “munch on this while I get your steak started”. Then brought me my steak wrong as well. And then to top it off she brought me the check with both the chicken and the steak on it. They did take it off when I told them I wasn’t paying for chicken I did not order nor eat. But honestly, just terrible service in a dirty restaurant. Was very disappointed because I love Applebees, just not this one.

I went on Halloween with my bff & it wasn't our best experience at all! We stood at the door for 15, 18 mins waiting to be greeted. Finally I asked the Bartender which turned out to be the greeter as well for the night; for seating. She didn't even see us she was so busy! She finally made her way to our table after another 20 min wait which told me she also was the waitress for the night. Then we waited another 20-30 mins before we finally received our appetizer & drinks. The place was empty, but the bar was full. Only 3 workers in the whole place! We didn't get dinner, we didn't get utensils or napkins & we weren't asked for separate tickets; not to mention we were supposed to get a $10 discount for the inconvenience. We ended up still paying regular amount because the bartender couldn't fix the ticket. Only Highlight was our drinks were good! They should've just been closed🤷!! 🙅Won't be back to this location sadly!🤦

Usually I don't have issues with Applebee's but this was just lack of staff. I get it, most businesses are understaffed but it's no excuse for bad service. We ordered about 20 min into the evening. Then after an hour the waiter came by an asked if anyone had explained to us about what happened to our order. It was "erased from the screen". So we decided to wait for our food, giving the benefit of the doubt. Another 20 min and we are given cold food. It looked like it had been sitting waiting to go out for awhile. Hmmm, wonder who forgot to bring out our food and blamed it on the kitchen. Completely inedible. Needless to say we didn't pay for that meal. Took the kids to McDonald's because they were so hungry.

The service was alittle slow but they were kind of short staffed. We didn't get one of the drinks we ordered because the bar tender was getting super busy but our server was fantastic and the food tasted great. It didn't take to long once the order was put in and the online menu was putting safety in mind with people getting sick. Overall not a bad experience, and again the food tasted great

Kudos to the manager at this restaurant. I ordered the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp & the chicken & mashed potatoes came out dry & crusty on the bottom, & rather smaller portions than I remembered from when I'd gotten it before. I felt bad saying anything, but I talked to the manager & he said "I'll make it perfect for you." He later came back with a fresh plate of food that looked & tasted great & was larger portions too. Great job, manager. 🙂

Worst experience! Don’t go you’ll regret the time and money spent. Couldn’t tell you what was worse the service or food. I have service experience so I’m usually pretty understanding but this wasn’t because they were busy because my server only had 3 tables seated including us. When the host seated us our waitress loudly complained about being seated. We waited for her to come to the table when she finally did it was to say she’d be with us after helping others. We waited longer. By then we had our order ready then she left again bc she wasn’t ready to take our orders. She starts taking our order and gets impatient with my 4 year old who is telling her her order. My daughter was not playing around so I didn’t understand her impatience. We order. We wait and finally get drinks. Then we wait and wait. Again it is a Saturday and not busy at all. Waiting still. Waitress ignores the fact we’re there not stopping by to let us know they are busy or it’ll be up soon - no excuse at all just ignores us. Now we had ordered 3 appetizers none of which were time consuming to make. Still no appetizers so after waiting long enough I finally had to put my hand up to get her attention since she was ignoring us and I asked if she could see how the appetizers were coming along she then brought them out blaming the other servers for not bringing our food out for her. Again she had not been busy and had been walking around talking to other said waitresses. They had been sitting out and was cold. Then she must have seen our food up when she grabbed the appetizers because right after that she dropped off my steak and other food and walked away. My food was barely warm but then we had to wait for her to show back up so we could ask for silverware. Finally asked her and she said yeah then walks around not getting silverware. So while we waited a while we ate the barely warm appetizers. She finally showed up with forks and napkins. I had to call after her to ask for a knife… for my steak she said oh okay I’ll be back. Then she disappeared. Finally shows back up with one and my food is cold not that it was barely warm when she brought it out. I told her to just take it back… with the knife still in her hand she just stared at me then picked up my plate and stomped off. Later she came by left the ticket and said she removed my order like she was doing me a favor. Then we asked for a to go drink since we didn’t get offered or could really ask for any refills while there. I sent everyone to the car and waited for the drink which never came. I asked the manager to get a drink for me since I had waited long enough for it. She knew I had the steak taken off and had been by my table but never stopped by to ask about anything or to at least apologize for anything going wrong. After spending $50 and not receiving anything good I was still hungry so I stopped at McDonald’s and received better service and hot food😂

The place was nearly empty but we were starving and it was there. Our waiter Steven was great, polite, low profile, and intuitive. The food was good as well, even if we hadn’t been so hungry. We got a chicken quesadilla and a lime chicken with rice. Those were the only positives. The floor was sticky, the table was sticky, and the woman running the bar was literally screaming with customers. Because of their hullabaloo we couldn’t even talk to each other and as she went on she got louder and more explicative laden.

Pretty sure they were either understaffed, had new hires or both, but our experience there wasn't the best. Could have been worse, but could have been better. We were a party of 2. Took a bit to get seated... Took a bit to get a waiter, and took longer to get our drinks. They took one of our drinks to a different table, and brought us half of our correct order of food. Brought the other order to me and mine was nice and warm, hers had been sitting and wasn't warm. Also had to ask for silverware after the food was brought out. While the service wasn't good at all, the food (despite one order not being hot) was really good. I got the steak parmesan (a favorite of mine) and the steak was cooked exactly how I ordered it, which is "rare" (in both uses of the word). She ordered the riblets and fries, and besides being cooled off, they were good. Overall, the service was the only thing stopping me from giving them 4 stars. Honestly - may have just been an off night for them, so I will visit in the future and try again, but I cannot in good conscience give any more than 3 stars based off our experience. Not great, but not horrible.

I ordered my to go order at 4:00pm it was supposed to be ready at 4:49pm. I got there at 5pm and didn’t receive my order until 5:51pm. My order was cold but I wasn’t going to complain about it, until I bite into my burger and it’s pink. I was highly upset considering the fact I specifically selected no pink for my burger, also factoring in the wait time plus my food being cold. Honestly this isn’t the first time I had a bad experience here but it is my last.

The only question at this point is which is worse this Applebee’s or the Walmart right next to it. It’s amazingly bad service. After looking around at how slow it was, and how many people were standing around doing nothing I was not even about to risk ordering food. I can only imagine what’s going on in the kitchen. After about 15 minutes of watching the bartender, do nothing but scroll on her phone I asked for a menu. She gave me one, but with a lot of attitude. I was just instantly turned off and done at that point so I walked out. I’m not gonna ramble my story of what happened with detail in a nine paragraph essay, but go at your own risk. I won’t be back. ever.

This Applebee's was just ok. Our food took the longest to come out. Which didn't make sense because we were the only family in the place to be served. We'll be looking into other restaurants in the area that won't have us waiting more than 30 minutes to eat.

This is the second time we’ve been to this Apple bees location, you know, Apple bees on a date night. Well, this is absolutely the place to go if you’re wanting to experience deep connection and meaningful conversation. We waited at the table for ten minutes before being seen, and 40 minutes for our food, and I got so much closer to my significant other during that time. We also had a lot of privacy because no one even checked up on us to interrupt. The food was thoughtful; they left the bacon off my sandwich and left the cheese on, which was the opposite of what I ordered, but that’s okay because I could honestly do with less fat and the cheese just reminded me- hey! It’s okay to live a little. The entire restaurant had a cozy vibe, despite the fact that it was mostly vacant. The hostess was pacing and cleverly deep in thought about things like minimum wage, and how much he loves his job. The two women behind the bar were hardworking, as they clearly communicated while loudly sharing how they were picking up so much slack. The staff should be applauded for their honesty as the waiter ( not even taking our order, mind you), told us that the shrimp bourbon steak was literally the only thing worth ordering on the menu. We did not order it. We should have. This Apple bees told us they had no wait! In a manner of speaking, they didn’t. The French fries were 10/10, the red and gold tinsel, tasteful, and my boyfriend and I had a very good time. We will be returning whenever we want to enjoy food that tastes like what we could have made at home but without the cleanup, and plenty of intimate time to talk!

Service was Top of the line. The food needed some help with the flavors. Edible yes. For the price I paid I should have went elsewhere

This place is phenomenal! Sadly, the majority of night customers take the score down cuz like allot of selfish people...theyre wanting something free! Go to the Dollar Store! Leave good quality and quantity food and drink ALONE! APPLEBEES IS AND SHALL ALWAYS BE THE BEST PLACE for food and mixed drinks and customer service! PERIODT!
