Best turkey club I've ever had. This place is awesome, can't wait to come back. Great staff, super cool decor and outstanding whiskey/beer list. Truly a special place in KCMO

Great dive bar with a great selection of bourbon... The medicine cabinet menu is 40% off on Sunday nights.. Medicine cabinet menu included a great selection of bourbon. Make sure you ask for the medicine cabinet menu because it is different than their regular menu. We also bought food so our total order was more than 50 but that's because we also sampled some great bourbons.

Amazing selection of whiskey. I’m a huge connoisseur and I was impressed with their medicine cabinet. The bartender, Kate, was fantastic and friendly. I cannot wait to come visit again.

I’ve been to Harry’s Country Club several times and I have never been disappointed. I’ve been for happy hours, with friends, coworkers & on a date…left happy each time! I highly recommend trying the buffalo wings, French onion dip with chips, or the cheese curds appetizers…yummmm! Their Cuban sandwich is also one of my top favorites. The patio is very spacious and beautiful if you can snag a table outside!

This is me and my boyfriends go to spot! Since I've lived in KC, I've always went to Harry's for a good time. They have solid drinks and food. They also have a great patio with an amazing view of the city. You can't go wrong coming here!

Had a great time with Tate, the bartender. He took great care with my Pendergast and Maple Old Fashioned. Both were delicious and went down very smoothly. Music soundtrack was amazing and the crowd was sparse but seemed enjoyable.

We have loved Harry’s Country Club for years for cocktails but finally made it a date night plan for dinner one recent Wednesday. The service was great and the food was amazing. The Veggie Piccadillo was absolutely delicious, and was so much food it made two more meals with the leftovers. Great location, interesting interior, and a must to at least stop in for a drink.

This place is everything you need and want it to be! I snagged a seat at the bar on a Sunday late afternoon. Enjoyed a few drinks, a delicious patty melt with really good potato salad, and had wonderful conversation with the lovely bartenders working there. This was my first time here and definitely won’t be my last!

Such a good spot to stop for lunch and to spend the day in this neighborhood! Fried cheese curds are always a must and my favorite. The Cobb salad with grilled shrimp was a perfect meal on such a beautiful sunny day after spending the morning at City Market.

I have heard about this place for years and just never seem to make it by. We decided to go right before the Bob Dylan concert, and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was great. I wish I would have snapped some photos of the ladies restroom the photos were great! The decor was spot on with so much to look at and enjoy. The good was truly some of the best "bar" food I have had in a long time. The homemade chips and dip were so tasty and crispy and just cooked perfectly. We also had the city fried chicken, Buffalo chicken mac and cheese and fish and chips. Everything was great. We will be back for sure.

We came here for an employee lunch and Harry did not disappoint us. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful, and she was cute as a button! I normally don't like American food very much, but I highly enjoyed my sandwich and the presentation was immaculate. Harry is goated!

Great spot for big groups with fantastic food and service. I ordered the country fried chicken with a spicy margarita. The spicy margarita has a jalapeno on it which definitely gives it flavor, but isn't that spicy. The country fried chicken came in a large serving along with mashed potatoes underneath and green beans. Service was great and fast. Overall, great dining experience with friends.

Went in around lunch time and ended up getting some brunch items. The horchata french toast was amazing! Didn't realize they had spiked cold brew so I'll definitely be trying that next time. The patio is cute and has a nice aesthetic to it and the staff was super friendly.

A good spot to have a drink. Nice old school vibe. The bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly but not a place that you go solely for the food. Food is nothing special.

We stopped by Harry’s randomly on a Friday night. We were able to be seated immediately which we thought was awesome considering how busy they were at the time. The service was wonderful and our waitress was so attentive to our table. The food was great and portion size was huge. We loved looking around at all of the decor on the walls and you can feel the history of the place around you.

This place is great for tourist and locals great spot. City fired streak is the one of the best things on the menu. The staff is so friendly.

This is our most favorite bar in Kansas City. The drinks are stellar and the menu is filled with all types of food to make everyone happy. We've been going here for 20 years and it's still going strong. Love the patio and the decor is lots of fun. We always look forward to going back. (Note-the mango habanero wings are to die for)

A very eclectic atmosphere. Outright astounding variety of drinks. Music selection is surprisingly good for 90s and early 00s. I spent a quick 20mins here waiting on a reservation elsewhere so can't speak about this place too much but I'd be willing to check it out again for sure.

We started at the bar to wait for a table. The bartender slid us a happy hour menu without looking at us or greeting us. We were seated and our sea hogs we ordered arrived. Disappointing only getting five (5) for that price. My buffalo chicken sandwich with shoestring fries was the highlight, it was very good. However, my wife ordered the French Dip and it was very grissly and tough but she did not want to say anything. Oh well we dropped $75 but the long awaited Elton John concert after was Great!

Good burger, great service, excellent selection in drinks and actually surprised in their good taste in tequilas. Highly recommend for drinks, relaxed environment and food.

Last Friday night a group of us got together for a friend's 50th birthday dinner @harryscountryclub. The food was ok, my Ruben was nice and toasted on one side and soggy on the other. One person ordered a shrimp po boy that had 3 shrimp on the entire sandwich. The service was good but for some reason they like to leave the empty beer cans on the table the entire time. No of us were impressed with the food..ok meal overall.

Old fashioned pub. I feel like I've stepped back in time with old wood paneling, black & white photos, 20-foot old style bar, and a juke box. The menu follows old style with country fried steak, country fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans (w/onions & bacon), chili, and cornbread. Unfortunately, the green beans that accompanied the country fried chicken came from a can. It seems with the abundance of fresh vegetables even in the winter months that they could have included fresh green beans. They have an interesting list of appetizers. I just didn't have tummy room to try them. This is a perfect place to bring a group and share a variety of their appetizers. I'm looking forward to a return visit and trying one of their "Late Breakfast"entrees (see online menu). The servers were all smiles and made me feel welcome.

The place is very cute, decorated in a retro diner sort of style. However, considering the price of everything, I can’t say I was impressed. Don’t get me wrong my Ruben sandwich was good, but not $13 good. If someone asked me to go with them I would have no objections, but otherwise I wouldn’t go back. Again, it’s fine, but that’s all it is… fine.

Very impressed! Great lunch, great happy hour, great staff. I enjoy the chill lighting too, nothing worse than fluorescent lighting in a bar&grill.

The most incredible whiskey selection I've seen in a single bar. More than most liquor stores. Varieties you'll never see again. Wonderful staff. Great atmosphere. I will be back.

Harry's country club has the best food, drinks, and service in town. It's the best spot for a first date or to take your family for lunch. This Kansas City staple is the jewel of the river market.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Waitress checked on us regularly and brought stuff quickly. Amazing selection of bourbons. WORST CUBAN SANDWICH EVER!!! ONE slice of PASTRAMI, MONTEREY JACK cheese, and a bunch of shredded pork. NO MUSTARD, NO MAYO, NO PICKLE.

If you don't like live bands, call ahead, because the acoustics are such that even if the band is playing outside, you'll hear them throughout the bar area. Otherwise, this is probably the best place in KC for whiskey drinks. A gigantic menu of different scotches, ryes, and whiskies of all varieties and ages (including the expensive Medicine Chest selection) is matched by a nearly equally huge selection of tequilas and beers. In addition, they typically have 1-2 staff members in white coats to help you select a drink based on your taste preferences, and who helped me select a trio of peaty, earthy scotches for my birthday flight. I have no idea where they're storing it all. The Reuben, buffalo wings and house chips & dip in particular are tasty! Parking's kinda slim, so arrive early or just park at the City Market lot and hoof it for a block.
