I gotta friend named Prince he recommended this place at first but he did warn me about how frickle the people here are especially the women so I don't plan on coming back here because if I do they are probably just gonna BAN me for no reason 🚫

I've been calling everyday for the last couple of weeks and they will not pick up the phone. I've even had other people try to call. It just rings and rings. I get it if your busy but two weeks straight in a row is blatant disregard.

Buzzard beach makes the best drinks in town so leave your lightweight friends at home 🤣

I like Buzzard Beach. On Sunday's when there's no place else to go, it's open til 3am. Cool laid back atmosphere with a pretty nice crowd, unless they get crowded, then it's crazy but they do have an outdoor part to chill in. Plays different types of genre music, an the drinks are ok, altho they dnt serve much cognac which I like. Overall it's cool but bathrooms aren't well kept...

A great drive bar located in the center of historic Westport. I have no trouble meeting new friends and the bartenders are excellent.

Great dive bar! They have pool tables and arcade games downstairs. Have cigarette vedi machines. Reasonable drinks (5.50 avg.).

Place was absolutely packed for a week night average crowd seemed to be age 21-25 but there were enough old dudes to balance it out. Locals were not thrilled about tourists being there but tolerant, I could agree to the grumpy bar tender statements in other reviews. The patios were nice in the summer time. The skateboards on the wall, although they appear to be well used are not for borrowing for kick flips in the back alley and apparently belong to "regulars" who leave them there for safe keeping.

I hope you take the time to stop in. You won't be disappointed. Excellent DJ outside and live band inside on a Monday night. Great selection of drink choices available at an honestly fair value. Seems like your at home and the regular scene allows you to feel at home.

Cool place. Bartenders were nice. We got there just as they opened so not very busy yet but that changes later in the evening. We would definitely stop back by if we were in the area.

Best tiki cocktails in the city and cleanest bathrooms. A must visit!

Really cool bar with a really cool set up. Upstairs is a bar with a dart board and a covered deck outside. Downstairs is a bar with pool tables, arcade machines, and shuffle board. They have a multicade machine with a ton of different games on it. They also have a galaga and pac man machine combo. There are a few pinball machines as well.

You have to come in and try Odells Brewing's Sippin Pretty sour beer! It's been my beer of choice for 3-4 months! Enjoy 😁

No food service here but fun atmosphere for dive bar. The bartender was very friendly and I liked the music. I used to come here 35 years ago. I was here with a friend before Christmas and we plan to return. I have many fun memories here.

Pilsner Urquell in a bottle and Foosball. Friendly staff and chill clientele.

I come here for the drinks and the pinball! Always a good time. Vegas Bombs are 10 freaking dollars though, no thanks.

It is what it is, and it is a dive bar - as advertised! No food, the place is a little dirty, the bartenders can be likably grumpy, and there is a real possibility of odors. That being said, the drinks are fair pours for a fair price, good selection of beers, and a diverse crowd that is welcoming and lively. Always good people to meet and chat with. Many other people and myself dig it. You will have to form your own opinion!

If it wasn't for this place, I wouldn't be here! They met May of 1981at the Buzzard and are still married! Thank you!

The late night bar where Bad Life Choices™ are made. This is not a bad thing. The staff is friendly and the drinks aren't overpriced. Great spot to play pool or darts on a weeknight.
