Nice tucked away bar and grill. Interesting layout with a nice vibe on the inside for those looking for an array of beer options and sports as they had several TVs. The food generally was ok. Fish and Chips seemed to lack seasoning on the Fish however the dip was good. The fries were reasonably seasoned and crispy and tasted good in the same dip designated for the chips. The Chicken Fried Chicken was good and the portion size was good as well. The Bread Pudding was pretty good. Got it to go and it warmed up quite nicely. Glad I asked for two servings of the Carmel drizzle...made all the difference. I would almost give this place a 3.5 because Phil, our server was very entertaining and nice not only to us but all those around us as well. Seemed to really like his job and the Carrot Cake, spoke about it a lot. 🙂

Excellent employees to accomplish your task at hand! "Andrew" was the best waiter we've had in a very long time! We had to express our opinion to the manager, "Jeremy," which was just as spectacular as Andrew! WHAT A TEAM! Wonderful staff and always helpful! They carried out all the needs for our wonderful dinner and contended with the "special order" as needed! No hiccups! All the employees appeared to be happy working at this location! Wonderful management if an issue ever arises! The food was outstanding, and everybody within our party was complimenting the clean facility, food, drinks, and staff! It's one of the top restaurants in this suburb!👏

Kind of a hidden gem in Liberty. The food and service are really amazing. Get the buffalo chicken dip and ask for the kitchen to drizzle buffalo sauce on the chips so good!

Well made everyday fair as well as unique offerings like the Shortrib grilled cheese. I like the est local offerings also. Well laid out shop that seemed to control the noise very well. I could easily hold a conversation.

Went there for the 1st time and we will be back. Food was good and service was great. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap, it was good and good size.

Great wait staff. Bartering is slow. Food is ok but not like it used to be. Something is off here, it used to be a favorite. UPDATE: Want you all to know that after this post I was contacted by multiple representatives of Conrad's including their President and Co-founder. They all wanted to know what happened and how they could make it better. They offered a gift card to encourage me to return. I refused the gift card. I WILL return just because of their response. Business's could take a lesson from this. I don't want a gift card, I dont need free appetizers I want you to respond personally to my concerns make it right and genuinely invite me back for another try. Thank you Conrad's we will be back and give it another go.

Wait was an hour we left and went somewhere else and 5 minutes later we had a text saying the table was ready after being told an hour. :(

We are from out of town. Got there, and there was a wait. We are party of 2. They immediately direct us to open spots at the bar. The bartenders, John and Lana, were very attentive and helpful. 42 beers on tap, definitely will find at least 3 beers you will like. The food was fantastic, had buffalo chicken dip and the short rib grilled cheese. My girlfriend said she will never eat Buffalo chicken dip from anywhere but here ever again.

We had my son’s rehearsal dinner at Conrad’s and it was wonderful! Chef Dane was so good to work with! They took care of everything. I am not from the area so my son sent me the link and the process began. I think 2 emails and 4 phone calls and the event was planned. We ordered the prime rib meal for everyone. The menu said that it would be served medium rare, I told my husband he would probably have to eat mine later because I am not really a medium rare girl. I ate every bite, it was the best I have ever had, and all the guests agreed. We had an open bar offering only house beer, wine and liquors to help keep costs down. The drinks menu was 2 pages long. The wait staff was so friendly and helpful. Conrad’s made us look really good as the parents of the groom. The venue was very tastefully done. The whole experience was awesome and didn’t break the bank.

42 taps, mostly local, and a range of food from my wife's vegetarian pasta to my deep fried tenderloin with giant onion rings--what's not to like? The parking lot was full and we worried about getting a table on a Friday night, but it's big inside and there was no problem. And seriously, get the onion rings. Excellent breading with enough onion to still taste it. I put my hand in the picture to show how big they are. The food is also very reasonable priced (8.99 for the tenderloin). Drinks are a little more expensive.

My family and I stopped in for a quick snack on Friday afternoon. We had amazing service, we loved our food, and had just a great time. Such a cool bar and badass place to watch sports. Will definitely come back!

What a great place! I had the burgers and fries, the burger was cooked exactly how I requested and was juicy. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Lots of options to eat here. Their onion rings could make a meal all unto themselves with a tasty breading that is more than just flour and water. The staff were very friendly even with a group of 22. Highly recommend.

I love finding places like this. Friendly, Sporty and Clean. The food was yummy, best Burger I've had in a while and of course a 50 count beer list! Great place for watching a game with friends or family.

The server was great he get 5 stars his old fashioned curled mustache reminded me of old movies the barbers with curly mustache he was a young waiter which had me telling him neat. Also he was great checking back with us to see if we wanted more and if we were happy great customer service. The food was ok and I love inside of the restaurant it was different.

Love eating at a local establishment, Conrad's mushrooms are so so yummy! They have so many local (ish) beers on tap; I'm not a beer drinker, have never had a taste for it, BUT, the Raspberry Chickadee from Sandhill Brewery in Hutchinson KS was delightful!

Went here tonight for a good family dinner experience and got nothing of the sort. As regular customers, my wife and I both ordered steaks and drinks. The steak was a bad cut with half of it being a very tough white gristle that you couldn’t even cut with the steak knife. I let the waitress know and she got a manager. He came over and interrogated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. He reluctantly went and got a different plate and had me put the steak on it and took it back to the kitchen while rolling his eyes and shaking his head. When they sent the steak back, it was the same steak just trimmed. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in this restaurant at a time and was willing to keep going back. Not after getting treated like that. Sad that such a nice place is managed so poorly. There’s plenty of other nice places to get a steak. Support someone else’s business.

Food was amazing. Out of my 3 courses I have no complaints. The pretzel bites are to die for. The Bread pudding is OMG delicious, and their seasonal Chilean Sea Bass melts in your mouth. I can't wait to go back and try something else.

I had the Chicken Fried Steak! It was yummy! My husband had a Ruben and the onion rings which were to die for! Our guest had the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich with onion rings and a chicken fried chicken that they said was good also. Service was a little slow but I think she was new.

Conrads - A great restaurant - They have 42 beers in tap that rotate out seasonally and a great menu. They also have a seasonal menu that changes quarterly. Their staff is welcoming and friendly - we haven't had a single visit that wasn't exquisite. Huge shout out to Phil and Dustin (though the entire staff is awesome!). They also offer a "Flight Club" - learn more about it at the restaurant! (If you drink beer, it is well worth it!)

Great service! After 12 hours of driving, Conrad’s definitely hit the spot. The food was very good, the drinks were great and our waiter Phil was outstanding! I will definitely go back the next time I’m traveling through the area.

The positive of the night was our server. She was very nice! We waited about an hour and a half to be sat, then another hour for our food. We planned on eating around 6pm, arrived at 5:40 to put our names in and didn’t get our food until 8:15pm. I understand they were busier than expected, and not the staffs fault. Unfortunately, the manager never came out to resolve the issue, which is why I’m giving 2 stars. Food is good, but I would recommend making reservations beforehand.

Had family in from out of town and wanted to support local restaurant, BIG mistake. We put our names in at 5:45PM on Tuesday and told it would be 40 min wait. Totally understand the whole short staffed crisis going on and don’t mind the wait. But as we waited our 40min we bag an to notice several parties arrive after us and being seated. After 60 min checked in with hostess and she told us it would be two more minutes. So we continued to wait, and we’re FINALLY seated after an additional 15 min. Our server was friendly and attentive with drinks and appetizers. Our food took over another hour to arrive at our table. It apparently had been sitting under the warning lights as the top layer of every dish was shriveled and crusted over. We requested to speak to manager about our 6 o’clock dinner that turned into eating after 8:30. Good menu choice and atmosphere but horrible wait with less than good food. Take your dollars on down the road to an establishment that truly appreciates their customers. What a bad impression of Liberty restaurant to our Denver guests.

Came here on a Monday night, it was slow & yet the food took a very long time to come out. My salads & appetizers came out with the meal instead of before. But my dad's salad & appetizer came out before hand, like it should. Place was clean, nice looking atmosphere, server was nice. Everything is made to order, fresh, even the Alfredo sauce is made to order. Breadsticks were delicious too. Mixed drinks from the bar were half price, so that was good.

This very nice restaurant in the heart of Liberty, has a great selection of 42 beers to choose from. You must start with these giant Conrad’s onion rings, quite big and tasty. The grilled short rib cheese was pretty good and I ended the meal with a delicious homemade chocolate cake. Very friendly staff and our waiter Andrew was extremely helpful!

Went on a Saturday when there were no local sports playing so it wasn't very busy. We were seated right away. Requested a low table and we were given one. I tried the chicken fried chicken. It was good, a decent portion. Service a good, nothing special to mention but everything was tended to in a timely manner. Prices were in line with other restaurants in the area. We will probably return and try some other dishes.

Just a great place in a small town. Atmosphere is terrific. Food is wonderful. Everything we've eaten has been to notch. Love the chicken fingers/ strips, so juicy and flavorful. Service is very good. All in all a top choice.

Great choices on craft beer and a wide variety of menu items, with a great rotating seasonal menu as well. Plenty of TVs make it an ideal place to watch sporting events.

Love this place for the food, drinks and friendly staff. Sometimes I order off the seasonal menu, sometimes the basic one. Love the wine flight - they make those easy to order with the flight prices on the menu. The beer flights are a bit more challenging to order because they offer so many beers! It’s probably the best selection north of the river! Food is plated beautifully and the staff always act as though they like their jobs and want to be there. It’s a date night place for us. And we always order carrot cake - hands down the best!

It was ok, I wish they had a larger menu choice. The waitress was very attentive this time. The last time we never saw our waitress. We meet here regularly for club gatherings, so hopefully, we'll get good waitresses from here on out. The atmosphere is awesome, I will say that. Maybe if the manager checked on the customers, the waitresses would be more attentive. But like I said, this past visit, we were lucky enough to get an outstanding waitress. Thank you.

What a cute local place!!! I love how they are all about supporting local too. They have tvs everywhere so that’s nice if you’re here for a game. The wait was pretty long but it was a holiday weekend. Waiter was attentive! We got the poutine appetizer which was pretty good!! The fries were perfect! 🍟I got the Cajun pasta 🍝 as my meal. It was way too spicy, and I like spicy! 🌶️🥵But damn! Haha however the flavoring was amazing 🤤and worth the spice. We requested no fried onions on the burger and they still put them on. No big deal, probably did it out of habit but just so y’all are aware!! Lol. Anyways. would definitely come back! 👌

Came here for dinner! I got the meatloaf and mashed potatoes. It was very good! I wish they would have had a brown gravy but the beef aju was very good. The carrot cake is the best one in Kansas City!

I've been twice and both times the food and drink have been amazing. Big selection of beer but also huge selection of specialty cocktails. I got the Campfire Rye, which is basically a smoked rye whiskey old fashioned, and it was an amazing drink. My wife enjoyed the sangria. I had the Italian Press, and it was a hard decision because I wanted to try so many of them options. My wife has the Pasta Provencal, a vegan pasta, and said it rivaled the one I make. So I think we'll be back there, especially to try out their happy hour sometime, but even then their normal prices are very reasonable. Also Claire was a great server, and it looked like the service there was great overall.

Customer service at the front was so so, but our waitress was amazing! Food was delicious. Drinks were not great. I had a watermelon margarita and it was definitely odd, just my opinion. Pretty pricey i thought, but would go again!

Tom was our server, and he was absolutely wonderful! He also gave us several food amd beverage suggestions. The manager, Amy, came over to our table and greeted us and made sure that we were having a wonderful first experience. The food and drinks were great! I will definitely be going back!

My brother was coming through town from Dallas. Took him to dinner at Conrad's. Excellent meal! He ordered the special, short rib au jus. It was so tender that it fell off the bone and you really didn't need a knife. Got a taste and the meat was exceptionally seasoned and almost melted in your mouth. He loves dark beer and tried on recommendation of a dark beer with hints of coffee & cinnamon. Was smooth and tasted great. He was very impressed and we left with happy tummies and a bone for the dog! He will definately come back next time he's in town! Of course I'll return sooner!

This places was great hand breaded chicken strip and the biggest hand breaded onion rings I have ever seen ! Staff was friendly and service was amazing with our large family !

This place is the best on our list! The food is great and the beer selection is impressive. It has never disappointed us. Decent service. decently ok food. Wasn't at all worth the $120( after tip) for 3 adults lunch and 1 childs. Huge booze selection, always a plus when I can indulge lol. Love the atmosphere and absolute comfortability Definitely worth a trip. Pssssss.... After reading the reviews folks.... The fact owners and office management take the time to respond at all is worth more than a million dollars! I was a part of this industry many years and this is EXTREMELY RARE. shows accountability, deserves respect, and means they might actually CARE for the customers, never happens anymore. 💜 I salute the rare, clearly unnoticed standards this business is upholding. This place is a great restraunt or hang out.It was very accommodating to the Covid standards but still offered a wonderful menu. The vibe was just right with what my friends and I were looking for. I can't wait to go back to try more of the fantastic food. Come hungry because the portions will fill you up!

Excellent beer list.

A great local pub. Conrads is clean, attractive and inviting. They put heart into the menu and it shows. Also have gone out of their way to find an amazing draft beer selection. I could come here a number of times and have something different on each visit. On this trip for restaurant week, we did lunch and Philip our server, was excellent in providing us a fine level of service. The menu was described well and our beer questions were answered. The salad was full of quality ingredients. The shrimp in the tacos were very lightly battered and perfectly fried, a perfect complement with the other fillings. Phillips mother, apparently make some of the desserts and we had both her carrot cake and chocolate cake. All I can say is wow! I am already thinking about my next visit.
