This place has really tasty falafel and Kabob wraps. They also have really good authentic sides, but the fries are incredible. You might have to wait a minute for your order to be made, but that's because it's real food, not fast food. We love it!

Great Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food place. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is delicious. They have a pretty rich menu with multiple options and the prices are good. If you like Mediterranean or Middle eastern food this is a great option.

I came by for some lunch because it's located very close to my workplace, and was pretty happy with the food I ordered. I ordered the #1 Shawarma and a #7 Shish Tawook meal. The service was good and not quite as slow as other reviews might have you think. The shawarma in pita bread was nicely seasoned and the garlic sauce spread throughout was actually delicious. The Shish Tawook meal was a little bit lackluster; the flavors were good but it tasted on the weaker side, personally I think it could've used more seasoning, especially in the rice. Unfortunately, the chicken in this dish was pretty dry. I do plan on returning here but definitely going to stick to the shawarma instead of getting the Shish Tawook again. The dessert and hot mint tea looked interesting and I intend to try them next time.

We love Mediterranean food and have eaten it often from Coast to Coast. The Falafel Wrap here, along with the hummus and pita are, hands down, the best we've eaten anywhere! We ate comfortably on the shade-filled outdoor patio even in 90 degree temps. The hot mint tea was sublime and my partner gave his primo stamp of approval to the Baklava. We had a very filling meal for under $25. We'll return soon to sample the Shawarma: both chicken and beef. Service was quick and friendly and the place really is in the parking lot of the Midtown Home Depot. Try the food! No regrets!

I’ve been visiting this place since it opened a few years ago, and it’s one of my favorite places to go when I don’t have time to cook, but don’t want the feeling of traditional fast food. The food is filling, with pretty good portions and great flavor. I normally order one of their bowls, and I might spring for a wrap occasionally. The shawarma bowl, and lamb kabob bowl are my favorites. Make sure you get extra tahini sauce for your bowl! (If you’re a person who likes your food semi-drenched) The fries aren’t my favorite, but they pair well with the sauce selection. The sides of hummus, falafel, and dolma are always perfect to start off with as an appetizer, or paired with your meal. Friendly and efficient staff!

This was my first time getting Shawarmar and I placed an order to go for 8 people. The food was hot, made fresh and DELICIOUS! We got Deluxe Falafel Wraps and some Deluxe falafel bowls. The bowls were packed with hummus, eggplant, falafel, fattoush and lettuce on a bed of rice. The falafel was so crispy and delicious and the whole thing was awesome. The wraps were loaded with crispy falafel, fries, eggs, pickles, tomatoes and sauce and were DELICIOUS. And the woman owner couldn't have been nicer. She threw in some free sauces with our order and was so friendly and sweet. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. Fast, delicious, fresh. YUM!!

Love this place ! The staff is always friendly and you can tell the food is made fresh. My favorite entrees are the Shish Tawook Bowl and the Chicken Kabob Bowl. I love that there is a drive through for fast service!

I’m not going to lie. The food here is really good, but every time I give this restaurant a chance. Is the same thing, they always take forever for the food. And the lady that always takes my order, she never understands what I am asking for. Therefore they often mess up my order. I always ask for the garlic sauce on the side, and they always put it on top of it. And the extra on the side. Last time I order two baklavas, and they forgot to put it on the bag. It makes me mad because the food is really good, that’s why I keep coming back. But the service is terrible.

Menu seems OK, but they will only let you order through the drive-through. That means if you want to park there and use the outdoor eating area, they will still make you go through the drive-through to order. There is no indoor dining. I decided it wasn't worth the inconvenience and will take my business elsewhere.

Reasonably priced with good portions. Very well seasoned and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful for our first time here. The only thing to note, is no indoor seating. Not a negative, just passing it on. There is a nice patio area for some limited outdoor seating.

This place is delicious. I got the lamb/beef bowl combo with hummus and pita bread. Pink lemonade is a really good non-carbonated option. Next time I’m going to try one of the salads. My daughter loved her meal as well. My husband comes often and always gets the various wraps/gyros. The customer service is great. The young lady that took my order and served my food was very pleasant. Get a side of garlic sauce trust me.

This is the worst food I’ve had in Kansas City. After a couple bites, we both had to throw a bowl and a wrap into the trash. Our dogs didn’t even touch it. The ingredients were old and musty. Both items were dreadfully dry. Like biting into sawdust is the best description. A strong vinegar flavor permeated both items. What a waste of time. I don’t understand the positive reviews. Were we there on a bad day? So disappointed.

Food is great. Didn't give them a 5 cause they run out of stuff. Beef lamb kebobs are some of best in KC. Service is good but very short handed so it can take a while to get food. Definitely worth it though.

This is a go to quick lunch spot. Drive through or walk up are equally quick. The food is good for a healthier fast food option. Particular favorite is the falafel bowl deluxe. Lots of great flavors and textures.

I ordered at the drive through the Shish Tawook bowl with hummus, pita and for dessert baklava. Everything was DELICIOUS! The time was quick/reasonable. Definitely a better alternative for lunch compared to all the fried fast food in the area.

I like this place. Everyone is courteous and the food is good. The value can lack as I really like their dolmas but they advertise 4 in all photos. Sometimes you only get two, sometimes you get three. But in two years of going there, I've never had 4 as they advertise.

I always get the falafel wrap and it is always 10/10. Great balance of crispy falafel, fresh tomato, and cool tzatziki . I recently tried their hummus and pita and it is also great. I forget that a well made hummus tastes 1000x better than what you can get at the store.

We ordered chicken kebab rice, lamb kebab rice and chicken shawarma! We were so excited and ordered after checking the rating and reviews in the google. But personally I felt that food is not good and it is very cold, rice is not at all fresh and smelling bad. Please don’t visit if you are hungry or otherwise ask them to make it fresh. Thankyou

Awful, awful experience. My girlfriend and I swung by for lunch and ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food. Place wasn't busy at all (Saturday (5/14) around noon). The young woman in the window was rude, short, and totally inconsiderate of our wait. The pandemic has made things abundantly clear, which is why I'm extra extra patient with people working in the service industry. However, 30 minutes for an order of two identical bowls is obnoxious. Just the bowls, nothing else. We were the only car in the drive-thru for ~25 minutes and it wasn't until there was a queue of 3 cars behind us that we saw our food. Strange. She also managed to fulfill a walk-up order well before we ever saw our food, and they walked up after we had been waiting ~15 minutes. After it was all said and done, our order wasn't even correct - we ordered chicken and received lamb and baklava. Also never received a receipt, so I had to check our CC statement to see how much we were actually charged. The experience was legit bad enough that I expected a much higher charge, honestly. Pretty bummed because I've always liked this place. I've eaten here for years because I love the bit of diversity that they bring to a strip overrun with unhealthy fast-food. After this experience, not super interested in returning.
