I used to order curbside from here at least a few times a month. But lately, I've consistently received incomplete orders, incorrect orders, cold food.. one time I received a sandwich that still had paper attached to the cheese. That was fun to bite into. My most recent order, I received "chicken tortilla soup" that was nothing but the creamy "broth" with a couple veggie chunks. No chicken whatsoever, and no tortilla chips. I'm not sure what happened, but it sucks because this used to be one of my favorite places to eat, hands down. ETA: Y'all. I tried to give it another shot. More plastic in my food, this time in the baked potato soup. Wtaf. Third photo is what they decided to leave in my salad. Seriously?

This McAlister's location is nice. It's clean, quiet, and right off the highway for easy access. When I went in, it was about lunchtime on a Saturday. Surprisingly few customers were there, but it was fully staffed. They worked quick too. I placed my order and only waited about 5 minutes. My favorite has always been the spud.

McAlister's has a restaurant feel and great service. Very attentive wait staff. Nice environment. The wife has the chose 2 McAlister club and just a spud. I had the Ruben with steamed broccoli. Very tasty and great experience. Thanks guys.

Very good Italian sandwich, and wife had a McAlister Club, turkey ham and bacon. Also the cucumber salad is great.

I ordered the bean chili for pick up this evening. I have ordered and enjoyed this several times before. However, this time I received some type of thick soup which had barley, tomatoes, bell peppers and zucchini (so much zucchini) - the chili I have ordered before did not contain barley, bell peppers or zucchini. And the seasoning was that of a vegetable soup, NOT chili seasoning. It was not tasty by any stretch - I ate one bite. $7 well spent, right? MOST notable however is the fact that my BEAN chili contained exactly ZERO beans. Since it was pick up I am not in a position to go return whatever this concoction is for what I actually ordered. They have my information, it seems perhaps they would simply call to tell me they were out of what I ordered and see if I would like something else. I don't see anything like what I received anywhere on the menu. This is very strange - did they just not have any chili and go buy some soup thinking people wouldn't notice the difference? I have loved and bragged about McAlister's for years, but this has me wondering.

This place has great food! Always my go to for something unique or just a change of pace. It may be a tad pricey but the quality is worth it! They are pretty quick with orders too!

I wish I had read the reviews for this location before I ran my happy butt up there for takeout. Just like so many others, my order was wrong. I ordered Ultimate nachos, got home and there were no chips in the bag. When I called, they gave no apologies and just said, well you can come back up here for a box of chips. I don't think so, not now or ever again!

The only reason I did not give 5s across the board was the wait to get my carry out order. Otherwise good was delicious with good portion sizes

Don’t eat here, clearly employees don’t know how to do there jobs. Whoever answer the phone was rude, when I asked about gluten free bread, he had an attitude, screwed up my whole order which was also my daughters sandwich wasn’t made correctly like it was advertised. If you say there’s avocado on it then PUT IT ON THERE. We paid for a side we should have gotten one. She asked for chips and didn’t get any. Many employees standing around and looking around not doing their job. One employee was breaking food safety y serving people were baggy Jewelry. im surprised the health code hasn’t said anything. The bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere!! I rather drive all the way up north to liberty location and get better service and the correct sandwich.

I ordered a variety of 4 kinds of sandwiches for 18 people for lunch the next day. Alexis took my order the evening before. She was kind, courteous & easy to work with. She offered me suggestions too! When I picked up my order, she greeted me & had the order ready to go. Everyone at the meeting loved the sandwiches. It can't get much better than that!!

My friend treated me there for lunch and the food was delicious 😋. I enjoyed it very much. I had the half sandwich and potato. I'll definitely have it again. I joined the rewards program and got a free tea.

I ordered carryout through the app for the first time. It was quick and easy. I love their tea but only like it slightly sweetened. There was only an option for half and half on the app. When I pulled up to my pickup spot I called to have the tea specially made with only a tiny bit of sweet tea in my unsweetened tea. They accommodated my request in a friendly manner. They have a pretty big menu of fairly healthy food items and the friendliest staff.

We’ve had several McAlister’s Delis and this is by FAR the best one around. Arguably one of the best restaurants between Grandview/Raymore/Belton area. Not only is the food great but we’ve also always had phenomenal customer service. So glad they deliver to Raymore now through doordash.

I thought I'd give them a try over Panara, my usual go to. Ended up with a foot long bun, pile of dry meat with cheese melted over it. This sandwich was a regular menu item. How do you wrap something up without all the vegetables, sauce etc and not notice that?

I love their food, but I've been 2 many times when my order was wrong or incomplete, that gets old. And after mentioning it online to management, they wanted a call to talk about it and their was nothing to talk about, so unfortunately I can't patronize this place anymore, I sat in the car while my mother went in, and she complained her order wasn't correct either. Sometimes it's better to just accept instead of saying anything. Sadly that where we are now. Complaining of mediocre service doesn't improve anything

They are clean and responsive, the food is as advertised and taste great and wrapped properly which is important. You can come in and sit down, they have a small bar too if ya want a drink. Calm environment too. All is welcome☀️👍

Friendly, great staff. The lemonade here is fire. They prepare your meal in a timely manner. The bake potato is a little inconsistent of how much toppings you’ll receive. Food is average.

First experience here was nothing short of amazing. I was in town for my grandfather’s funeral. He used to love to visit this place so I had to give it a try. I see why this was one of grandfather’s favorite places for lunch. I was not disappointed at all from the club sandwich to the broccoli cheddar soup it was 10/10. I will definitely re visit this spot when I get back here.

I can not express how disappointed I am 😒. I just ordered McAlister's Deli through UberEats. My fist grievance is, the bag was unsealed as was the container my salad was delivered in. How does that encourage & confirm safety in reference to my meal? It does not. All the containers should have been sealed and the bag stapled or taped shut. I was also disappointed 😞 by the quality of my food. The 🐔 in the salad were shaved pieces like the kind you find in a deli. The lettuce had a wilted texture and briny flavor. The only tasty parts were the strawberries, pecans, and blueberries. The cheesecake reminded of 🌽 bread muffins not short cake. All-in-all two stars are me being generous😡!

Food is great. I haves enjoyed McAllisters since living in OK. BUT they can’t seem to get an order right. So I would not order delivery/Uber eats/etc - as you can’t check your order.

The last 2 times we've ordered something. We did not receive all of the order. This time it was the cookies. Last time it was the chicken tortilla soup. The soup cost $2.89 and the cookies cost, $ 3.00. These mistakes add up. We like the food very much.

Usually they are pretty good. I guess Im going to have to start checking my food before leaving the store. I ordered two club sandwiches. One was cut the correct way, the other was just a club sandwich, not cut, splintered tooth picks that could have gotten lodged in the sandwich. I ordered broccoli cheese soup and there was a block of cheese, COLD,. It will be a long while before I go back.

We ordered the McAlister's Club Wrap and the French Dip with sweet tea. Almost forgot the mac and cheese- creamy and warm. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and professional. They really care about their customers. It's my new favorite deli!

The food was good, but the staff was not very friendly compared to many other experiences I’ve had at other McAlister’s. They appeared annoyed at all points of contact and ignored me while I was standing at the counter for 5-minutes when I was about to leave and wanted to order a cookie. They also did not assist after ordering so I grabbed the wrong type since they were not excited to help.

Me and my dad chose to eat at McAlister's Because I have a meeting on Friday at that location. I thought the place was neat and The food was the bomb I had the Turkey Jalapeño Crunch. It was not overly big but it was filling with all that came with it and the mac and cheese. My dad had Italian I think and He said it was good but he probably wouldn't not eat it again Because it was really messy but I think he enjoyed it. The bathrooms were clean. The Strawberry lemonade was legit and the employees their were nice and professional. I would eat here again and would recommend this to a friend.
