Dinner at Red lobster was great plus a couple glasses of wine. We enjoyed the laughs as well with the bar tender.

It was really good and our server Zane was super friendly... The food was really fast for red lobster and the calamari was good, the steak was cooked perfectly as requested, everything was just as ordered and our drinks were kept full 😊 We ordered the ultimate surf n turf and the lobster lovers dream... Gotta love lobster fest at red lobster!! Finding the entrance was a little confusing but we got there eventually.

The place was nice, the waitress was excellent. The lobster and the scallops were great. The shrimps scampi are better at Oliver Gardens, the butterfly Shrimps are also better at Oliver Garden . The bisquest are good . The price was reasonable for four portions , if you like Small portions.

We went to Red Lobster for the all you can eat shrimp fest, and it was great! Even though it was full, it was not crowded. I don't know if they rearranged the tables or put more barriers between, but even my hyper vigilant husband was comfortable. The shrimp was spectacular. Perfectly cooked and delicious. I had the only two gluten free options, shrimp scampi and the new red shrimp. They were both wonderful. My husband tried all the others and these. He was not really impressed with the garlic bacon shrimp scampi, he said the bacon tasted fake, like bacon bits, so he won't be getting that again. Some all you care to eat places take forever between servings, but Lacey took wonderful care of us and made sure we never ran out of shrimp until we begged her to stop. I couldn't have asked for more. We walked out quite full and happy

Great food, incredible service! We came here for my birthday lunch, and drove an hour and a half to eat here! Made memories that will last a lifetime!

The salad was absolutely fantastic! The lettuce was fresh and crisp. The ranch dressing was absolutely excellent! The calamari was phenomenal! For the main course I had a 6oz steak, lobster and baked potato. I must admit the steak was really tender and had a nice flavor. The lobster definitely wasn't what I was expecting from a sea food restaurant. It really lacked in flavor and seemed as though it was boiled with a very rubber texture. It also had a very fishy flavor unlike lobster that is prepared properly should. The baked potato was delicious!

Had a party of 11 arrived at 3:50 to avoid dinner rush. Was told they only had 2 waitresses would be 30 minutes for a table. Sat other tables of 2 and 4 and bar seating. After an hour we still were told the same thing. Ended up going to a different restaurant. Why 2 waitresses couldn't handle a half full restaurant is beyond me. Hirer more employees.

Red Lobster on Barry Rd had to be the best Red Lobster I have ever been to. The atmosphere was great, the food was good - especially the Lobster mash potatoes. Everything was fresh and hot. The service was amazing and they made my Grandmother's 92nd Birthday very special. I want to take the time to say Thank you for the attentive care and service❤️🫶🫶🫶💯

We had a great time being together, we always do. Our waitress was terrific, very nice, very attentive a real sweetheart, shout out to Kari...the crab legs were great my salad which we paid extra for was terrible the dressing was horrid, but Kari made sure it was comped. With our Red Lobster points we were eligible for free seafood stuffed mushrooms, but they were terrible also. We make our great time wherever we go it was fun!!

Arrived at 6:15 and we got our food around 7:15. I am not sure, but it seems like it should be illegal for kids to sit at a bar. The manager didn’t say anything and the server waited on them with no issues. A man had to stand because the two kids were taking up a chair for him to sit in. I was better off just grabbing a burger from a fast food joint. Probably will not be back for a while.

If you're reading reviews then you'll notice repeated responses about how sorry Red Lobster is over bad experiences. And yet, they keep coming. I previously complained about wait times and missing food with togo orders. This time my broccoli is missing from my take out. However I'm a bit more concerned because they left the tails on my shrimp in my pasta. Not sure what other steps they missed and the concern brings me no comfort. At the bottom I'm certain I'll get yet another generic response of concern. Honestly I just want them to make orders correctly again. It's hard to prove missing items, but I've got photos of incorrectly made shrimp pasta. Visit at your own peril.

Wait staff was over the top friendly and efficient. She had to deal with some 3 other tables as well. Food was overall excellent except the biscuits they were very dry. I told my wife they probably are cutting corners on the cheese to make meals cheaper. Wish I new our waitress name. Yes we tipped her nicely and she was very appreciative!!!!! Classy lady in these days of poor wait staff at most places. KCMO overall has very nice wait staff.

We went for lunch so it wasn't super busy. The place has really gone downhill. The food was either over salted or no seasoning at all. Mostly, it looks like a dump. I'm borderline OCD on cleanliness so I do take notice. Especially at a place where you eat. I had to ask for clean silverware twice and still received dirty utensils. I ended up washing them myself w the juice from my lemons. There was gnats flying around and the planter above our booth was filthy. Indicating to me that it wasn't cleaned the prior day. The artificial plants were dusty and dirty too. They're nothing but a dirt trap and have to be cleaned regularly or replaced. The service was awesome though! We did stay despite all the above and ate mostly their biscuits which were delicious. I'm thinking this place needs an entire revamp and should employ a cleaning company.

Red Lobster has amazing tasting food! We especially love this location! They always have excellent service! They have endless shrimp right now and it’s worth every penny! It was my daughters 9th birthday and the waitress was so kind and even brought her a phenomenal tasting chocolate wave cake with extra ice cream and a candle!!! We will continue to bring our family back to any Red Lobster time and time again!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this location! We definitely will be back. The staff are so happy and kind. We walked in and were happily greeted. Our server was so quick and efficient. She was helpful in suggestions for our order and got our food and drinks quickly. The food was hot and delicious.

This Red Lobster was pretty good that is much wider and cleaner the server did a find Joe the food was find got plenty to eat had what I normally create your own combo had mostly the fried and scampi shrimp what I normally get. Also popcorn shrimp as my 3rd pick and other then the take home box's won't shut.

A nice lunch was had at this particular locale. Me and my middle come enjoyed the fish and chips while you can see my youngest got the kids Mac and cheese. The fish and chips were fine enough. They were hand breaded and the tartar sauce, while a little busy, was still a delight. The grading was soggy and for that I blame using the imitation newspaper rather than something actually absorbent. My youngest enjoyed their mac and cheese, and I hope they should because it looks like kraft. A dinner experience might be more impressive, but luckily today I read just looking for comfort. The server and host were both very skilled and caring.

We were seated in less than 30 minutes. After being seated for 20, I asked for a waiter and finally got some drinks and biscuits. My salmon was dry, no flavor. The kids got shrimp, it was fried too long. Husband was pleased with his order although we don't remember what it was. I spent less here than we do on a regular basis as El Maguey's. Probably won't be back. Oh. I'm 38 and short, I was offered a kids menu ✌️ ... That's the reason I haven't been here since my 16th birthday when they also, offered me a kids menu 🙄 get your act together red lobster... You're better than that. 2 stars because the server was worth it

Great food. Great service. The booths were so so dang packed in I felt like I was on top of the table and had little space to navigate the meal I ordered. Not much of a complaint though since I still enjoyed it there.

Great Meal it was one the best prepared meals that my wife and I have had in several visits. And the Service was spot on.✋️✋️ Jackson our server was prompt, polite and very professional. After this meal this Red Lobster location has earn more my future business. REGAINED MY CONFIDENCE.

Service was great! Server was Lacey, she's terrific!! Food was awesome! We had the Monday Night special, All-You-Can-Eat Shrimp! Baked Potato and Brocolli were cooked to perfection! Wonderful experience!

Kind of pricey for me but the wife likes it and it was our 25th wedding anniversary.

We arrived around seven pm on Valentine's Day and we're given a wait time of 35 minutes. Less than 15 minutes later we were seated at a table. The service was great and the food was delicious. Will definitely be coming back.
