I think I just had the best steak of my life. We came in with lower expectations and we're blown away. So tasty!! My ribeye steak was so juicy and loaded with flavor, no extra sauces needed. The sides were delicious and this place is so full of great options. Very clean place and we found the staff helpful and friendly. I'm still thinking about how good that meal was a few days later. Seriously 🔥

My order: outlaw steak medium, loaded baked potato and side salad and the house golden ale. Firstly bread was warm and easy to cut with a steak knife, although serving in a basket isn't the most convenient way to cut and serve it. Second out came my side salad. The salad was almost big enough to be on its own rather than a side. The vegetables and toppings were fresh, crisp and flavorful. Was sad there was no Thousands Islands dressing, so ranch it was. They did not have any IPAs on tap, so just the generic golden American beer nothing special The steak had a consistent cook all the way through. It's was cooked exactly how I prefer it and great seasoning to boot. Very juicy and flavorful throughout. I had a staff member who was in training and she did an excellent job. The team was keeping up with the room and had made time to chat and give some dinner time company.

REALLY enjoyed our last visit to Longhorn Steakhouse! Easily one of the best ribeyes I've had in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Better than some of the $60 steaks from "fancier" restaurants. Everything we ate was great. Took leftovers home and they were just as good two days later. Can't wait to go back.

Sirloins were tender and tasty. Mushrooms good but a bit salty. Brussell sprouts and broccoli good. Bread fresh warm and good. Riesling wine and Dunkel beer good and chilled. Service at the bar was good though she was very busy. Coming back again.

The food was excellent as always. Funny enough my wife tried taking me to the steakhouse at Hollywood Casino down the street, this is for my birthday. But when I saw the prices and had to walk through all the cigarette smoke in the casino I told her I would rather go to Longhorn. We got three times the food for a third the price and a much better environment to dine in.

Had a great time for dads 92nd birthday. The staff was so awesome and accommodating for 15 people. We'll definitely use them again for our next special event

Food was amazing. I had the chicken and ribs. Everyone in my group was very happy. We were seated fast. Waitress was great. I’ll definitely be going back and maybe for a birthday with that kind of service.

We got in and out very quickly. The service was very attentive and the portions are very generous. I love their bread, but I wish they had honey butter. I do think the prices are a bit to go too often, but I enjoy it.

Mixed review. We haven't been to Longhorn for several years but used to be regulars. I think they are understaffed and quality has declined. MANY tables were open and the "10 minute" wait was more than 30. It took a while for our server to check in (she seemed rather timid but was nice), and a long time to even get water. We ordered everything at once to save some time; our server repeated back orders to be sure they were correct. The Caesar salad had a lot of the inedible stalk and some of the green was actually dry/brown. The Wild West Shrimp is like no other- the newbie in our group enjoyed it as much as we do. Some of the appetizer and salad plates were removed before the entrée came, some not, which crowded the table. It again took inordinately long to get our entrees. Our server brought two and some other woman had the others and brusquely leaned across me, then dropped and slid them across the table. Our Renegade steaks were cooked perfectly and we liked the seasoning. The hamburger was well done instead of medium; so-so flavor. Mashed potatoes were creamy but rather tasteless. Fries were average; broccoli was very soft but okay. We didn't expect fast food, but for the price we expect better service and quality. Update 9/2023 Upgraded to 4 stars. BEST: Corey, our server, was pleasant and efficient. Our food was good, cooked to order (and the mashed potatoes were buttery and delicious this time!). OUR FAULT: we didn't read about the corn and were surprised the ears were smothered in a cream sauce and cheese. Didn't care for it although the corn itself was good. WORST: The chicken salad was the size of a side salad and, sadly, had 0 chicken (he did not mention it to Corey), and the 3 Don margarita tasted like water on the rocks - no tequila or lime flavor.

We wanted steak last minute and decided to go to longhorns. I was a little hesitant because we got there at 10:00 pm and they close at 11:00. I was worried the food was not going go be good because it was the end of the day for them, but man they really wowed us. The service was still great and the food came out like they had just opened up. Everything was so good. We ordered the ribeye steak and sides and everything was fresh! Will be back today!!

Mixed Review. Stars are mainly based on my food. We had the Wild Wild West Shrimp as an appetizer added the spicy chili sauce on the side. The appetizer was good. The appetizer came out way before the drinks and bread. Which has us puzzled but we didn’t complain. I had the Salmon and requested it to be medium cooked which came out over cooked, dry, and burned at the bottom. I let the waitress know and without issues she apologized and put in an order for another salmon. Well, everyone was finished eating by the time the Salmon came out and the plate was missing the sides lol. The second salmon was still over cooked. I ate some of my DH ribs and I had a sweet potato (which bith were delicious) that I took off my plate to eat before she took the plate. Glad I did. I didn’t want to asked for the meal to be taken off since it took so long. So, I packed the meal up to go. Everyone else food was good as they stated. Oh yeah, the bread was fresh, soft, and good. Would I come back again? Yes. This could have just been a bad night for the servers. Even though we had to ask for a few things that was missing from almost everyone’s order.

Saturday night, Veterans day. Kinda busy, as you would expect. The floors could've been cleaned during the night, it was full of food under our table. Our server Kylie was wonderful! Food was good, the steak done right.

The 6 oz filet is as tender and as tasty as you would expect. The steamed broccoli is as green as you would expect. The service is what you would expect. The atmosphere is what you would expect. The cleanness in the dining area is what you would expect. The staff is what you would expect. Even the lot outside is as clean as you would expect. The strong urine smell and the uncleanness in the men's restroom is not what you would expect. I rarely leave reviews like this.

Top 5 places to eat at the legends. Worth the wait not very expensive. Compliments to the chef when we went 🥂

Took my Mother and Father here for their 49th Wedding Anniversary and it was good:) Server eas truly top notch and really cared and making sure everyone at the table was happy and full! The draft beer selection at the bar was to be desired and their brand beer on tap was absolute garbage, literally tasked like a dirty sock lol. Otherwise would recommend for sure. I had the bourbon brown sugar Salmon which was a great option if you are not a steak kind person. Would recommend

Waitress was very attentive, appetizers came quickly and were delicious! So full on appetizers and their black wheat bead, I'm glad I only ordered a loaded potato!! Western decor very tasteful, I like the soft lighting, would be a nice mood setter for an evening meal. Call me crazy but I loved the sign in the ladies room, so I snapped a pic of it!! "Cowgirl is an attitude" for sure!!

This is my husband's favorite restaurant, and we come often. I love love love the stuffed mushrooms. And my new favorite is anything topped with a parmesan crust. It added so much extra flavor to the steak, and seemed to help keep the juices in. I had one of those ultra mega margaritas and there was enough to have three full glasses of margaritas for 12$. I always love coming here.
