So this is an interesting story. Today I decided to order for the second time in a week a large stuffed crust pizza from Papa Johns. The first one was great and well it's a lazy Sunday. I placed the order online and about 20minutes later I get a call from the driver not able to find the building entrance. I'm new to the area so I wasn't the best help but within 5 minutes he's in front of me. I add $2 cash to his online tip just cause of the inconvenience. I go inside and look at the pizza and it's well, see the picture. I'm not too thrilled so I call the store and to my utter surprise the manager is up in arms about how he "dealt with me before" and that I "made a similar complaint on April 4th." This is of course news to me. I've never called in nor complained before. So now I guess this was retaliation for the supposed complaint I made prior. I don't know why this happened and I'm not going to bother question it. After a short heated exchange I simply requested a refund, he claimed to oblige, and I'll simply not order from there again. But wow, for such a thing to happen is blowing my mind. Very sad.

08.30.22 In town on business. Didn’t want bar food and didn’t want hotel food. Hmm, try pizza. What a mistake that was! Not only do you charge $4.99 delivery fee, you have the nerve to “request” a tip at checkout. Hindsight being 20/20. I opt in for messaging updates. Email received stated 25-30 minutes. At 29 minutes, I get a text that the delivery is running late. At 30 minutes I received a text that my order is being delivered by Door Dash!! Really?? WTH!! I’m ready to call and cancel, when I walk down stairs to get the order, from in comes my order being held SIDEWAYS and not sealed. The crushed red peppers and cheese were also missing. I didn’t feel safe eating this, since the box was already opened! How do I get a refund??? An hour wasted for cold pizza and a $30 pizza!?!?! #REFUND_REQUESTED

Depending on how desperately hungry you are and how much you don’t want to cook should guide you on whether or not to order here. I will never be that hungry or desperate again. I shall avoid this place forevermore. The dough was raw (except for the edges and very bottom). Like, taste the yeast and feel the squishy texture raw. You can also see that one slice doesn’t even have cheese on it at all. Don’t worry, Papa John’s, I went ahead and finished baking it when I got home. I’ll not trouble you with an order ever again. The time it would have taken to ask them to make it right just wasn’t worth it because I’d already made it home before inspecting. That’s on me. But if you do order from here, go ahead and inspect/taste before you leave the lobby. Trust no one at this location. They can’t get their signature dish (a pizza) right.

We usually always order Papa Johns when getting pizza. They have always taken care of us when we have had problems. Tonight we ordered a large stuff crust sausage pizza. When we called the manager(Mark) he was cool with providing us another pizza. When the driver came with the new one we showed him the picture and he still didn't believe us he said he wasn't going to point fingers and asked to see the pizza. I had already threw it away because wasnt aware of this policy and the manager didn't tell me to keep it. I'm just annoyed that they didn't believe us the pizza came like this and upset how they handled the situation.

Would leave a zero star if I could. This is the worst papa John’s franchise of any of them. If you order from this one, just be prepared for disappointment. Management is awful, as they perpetually over promise and under deliver. Do yourself a favor and just order something from somewhere else. Save yourself the disappointment from this abysmal franchise. There’s awful service. Then there’s they’re guys.

The people who work here don't have any customer service skills nor management skills instead of taking care of the customer after a mix up of an order online, a girl says well you have to order another pizza it's our money in a rude attitude not offering nothing I'm return, then when I gave it to her YES I became a Karen, she got more unprofessional, like really it's clearly not your money it's papa John's and you have no customer service skills at all neither do the two men who also got on the phone, Why didn't yall call the police like you kept saying you would because I called to get Manager names and to give you your pizza back for a refund. You didn't want to help the customer just kept hanging up very unprofessional they need new employees. I will be reporting this to corporate.

Ordered a pizza 2 hours ago. Door dash apparently delivers the pizza now which we were not aware of. Papa Johns got the order wrong and we are still waiting for the correct pizza to arrive. Every time we call they say it's going out the door right now. No offer to refund or discount the order. So frustrating. Do better.

John's artwork has always been something I've had to admire from what seems to be an emotional distance, but with his latest set of sculptures I feel like what he's making and the feelings behind it are coming more into focus for me. I really enjoy these pieces and I wish I had more time to stare at them that night. I think I'll have to revisit them.

Never order from here. I’ve had 3 times now I get no notifications & the pizza literally takes hours to get here. Also had times the pizza showed up that late & been completely made wrong. Talk about mismanagement.

Been waiting 2 hours for our pizza and the estimate was 30-40. I would like a refunded amount for the pizza, I think that’s very reasonable at this point. I could have walked to papas John’s and made my own pizza and walked back by now. Pathetic service. Lady on the phone won’t even speak with you just puts you on endless holds. No way this pizza is warm. Is there was an option for a 0 starts I would have tapped that.

Why don’t you take the time to update your delivery information? If you aren’t able to provide delivery service after midnight, then stop advertising that you’re open until 1am because you’re clearly not. You’re clearly not able to keep delivery drivers employed either so might I suggest that you start paying them a livable wage and maybe you’d have better luck.

Said the order would take 30 minutes. Finally got a hold of someone and said they use DoorDash and nobody picked up the order and it would be another 30. 2nd time this has happened. Will never order from here again.

Cancelled my doordash despite ordering a full hour before close. Judging from other reviews may have dodged a bullet. Terrible Ingridents, Terrible Pizza, Atrocious Employees, Papa John's.

I usually don’t do reviews and even with having horrible services with them I wasn’t going to do a review. I just received a call from a manger who said will stop taking my order if I keep voiding my orders. I can understand that this location have to go through doordash to deliver due to not having any drivers themselves. I live in an apartment downtown where any and everybody comes up and down the street. In my instructions I give them the code to get inside my building and to give it to me. Why did I get a text with a picture after buzzing them in and my food was taking? I went downstairs from where I saw the picture was at and it was gone. I took a break from ordering (a month I used to order once a week) and I order today and the same thing happen. I tip every time and for what, to not get my food? The first person I talked to was nice and understanding and just when I got off the phone with her I got a call back and maybe it was the manager. He was the rudest person and should not be a manager. He told me if I keep having voids on my orders he will stop having orders come to me, “ to stop wasting people time”. After today I will no longer spend my hard cash on this place especially to be talked to like that.

Do not order here. We’ve ordered 3 times. The second time they delivered an order that was not ours. This time, I was told I WAS LYING about my pizza coming in this condition. The “manager” says he “trusts” his driver more than a picture. Why would I ruin a pizza I prepaid for? Complete incompetence from this location.

The papa johns location was <1 mile away from the delivery location and the pizza was still late and cold. The pizza tasted like cardboard and red baron for 3$ from the supermarket would have been better. Not the Papa John’s pizza I remember and I disagree with the company discontinuing permanent, full time drivers to take advantage of pushing costs onto contractors (doordash) with no benefits and little pay. Pass.

Door dasher stole my order and staff could not have been nicer about it. I went and picked up the replacement. They offered free soda and cancelled the order. Really great service

They are better than Pizza Hut and dominos in this area. I don’t typically have any issue with them except they don’t have their own delivery service.

Can’t use a gift card unless it covered the whole balance? So my gift card that still has money on it is useless because I’m not able to create an order for less than the amount left. Can’t use multiple payments on the app? It’s 2023. It also doesn’t say how long it will take for delivery. 30 minutes? 2 hours? Who’s to say. They also don’t know how to use a pizza cutter based on the 2 orders I’ve gotten from them.

Ordered Buffalo wings and this is what I received. Did you guys run out of sauce? This is ridiculous!

Passed me around on hold until they closed and their “ovens turned off” lasted 9 minutes. As a long time papa John’s fan that is poor in all aspects. Hopefully that doesn’t happen more often than just me.

Their carryout has been consistently good over the years. Rarely run into a goofball worker. Considering how hard it is to get good workers in the area. Keep it up! 👍 Sidenote. Get rid of Pepsi products. 🤮
