Was here on Sunday at 809pm and the close at 9pm. Went thru drive thru and no one answered. Went around to front of store and 3 girls and 1 guy were just sitting in back and wouldn't answer the drive thru. At 815pm the 3 girls came out and left. Pretty sure they were supposed to be open but were just refusing to serve anyone.

Would NOT recommend this location!! Until today I hadn't had a reason to complain about this Panda Express. I ordered a Bowl with fried rice and orange chicken... Simple enough right? Well when I got back to work to eat my lunch I discovered that the rice was WAY undercooked (more than it usually is) also it had a musty or moldy smell to it, and most of the chicken was either burnt or gone bad because it was so tough my fork couldn't even go through it. I just threw it away. This is unfortunate and I understand these fast food places are short staffed and usually work hard but this was an act of laziness and or just a complete lack of caring. Also I tried to call the store so they could fix the issue and nobody would answer the phone.

Just left P.E, they literally only had 5 entrées. And they were definitely not the best looking. The cashier that rang me up couldn't run to her seat fast enough to get back on her phone. And converse with her seated coworker. Absolutely the worst service I've had In a very long time. The food tastes absolutely horrible, I will not be returning to this establishment ever again.

The food was fresh and HOT! The workers were all busy and working really fast! The bad reviews have kept me away so long but I’m actually impressed! Everything was great! 👍🏼🔥

Respect for the client is completely absent; they have been sitting inside at the planning meeting for half an hour, as after the opening. They can't even go out and say when they open. I drove up on the Big truck and have to wait, Because there is no other parking.

This is how the employee was standing up fooling around in the computer during “Open Hours” Was not even polite to respond on the drive through and say they had no more food available. There was about 5 cars just sitting there waiting smh! I had to get out of my car to bang on the front door to ask what was going on until someone came out and said they had no more food! DURING OPEN HOURS???! Worst Panda Express Ever they should close it. Making people loose their time for nothing

Yeah, it’s a Panda Express so I know what some of you are already thinking. BUT this has always been an exceptionally well run restaurant with good management and friendly employees. It’s always clean and the food is terrific Panda Express quality. Whether it’s lunch or dinner, I get in and out quickly and that’s when I go through the line to see what looks good that day. Like most places now, you can order online and pick it up inside in a convenient spot. I highly recommend this location.

Can someone please explain to me why this restaurant REPEATEDLY FAILS to have food on their menu? They are out of various entrees and/or sides all the time — rather early in the day or later. It is most disturbing to wait in a drive thru line only to find out the item(s) you want is unavailable. Oh and there’s no way out of the line so you’re just stuck and HANGRY! Having given them the benefit of the doubt, I’ve gone back w the same result . At this point, it’s routine. What gives?????

I just ordered here with my mom and had an amazing experience thanks to Annie. As soon as we began our order, we could tell she was very nice and takes her job very seriously. She talked with my mom while taking the order and made us feel welcome and happy to be there. When my mom told her that she'd be rounding her order off for donation, Annie rung the bell and multiple people including herself said thank you at the same time. It was an amazing experience. I'm not sure if she is but Annie deserves to be the manager!

Food was good, drive-through bad. After I got home, I realized I had paid for two eggrolls, but they were not included in my bag please, if you drive through check your order before you leave. I don’t think I’m going back.

Just horrible attitude from staff in all, they have no patience and rush you as you order. Their tone is as if you’re bothering them because there is no customer service at this location at all. They honestly should be out of business with them dry noodles and crunchy rice.

Is management intentionally running this location into the ground? In all the times I've been here, only a fraction of their menu items have been available. This is no exaggeration. How do you have a Chinese fast food venue open for business and NOT have RICE? This is a management issue, not on the employees. It's pretty sad when they have to start a sentence with "do you want to hear what we [actually] have?" Being out of stock on one item occasionally is understandable. Constantly having only a fraction of the menu items available is management failure. Close your doors or change management.

Visiting from out of state and we went through the drive thru. The lady rushed us the entire time and was unhappy we took a brief moment. The crispy sweet chili shrimp was good, but the lo mein was very dry.

This happened a few weeks back. Used the app for the first time, thinking it would be faster. When I arrived there was one older lady handling the take out orders. She was overwhelmed and none of the other 8 employees helped out. More than one person was standing around not doing anything at any given time. All the takeout orders took forever, the line was cleared multiple times and the old lady is the only one working on take out, AND SHE WOULD STILL HELP THE LINE. Don't want to go into details but after waiting over 15 min I just went and stood in line and stood there until my order was made, 3 different employees started it and walked away. In the middle of this the supervisor came from the back, not to work but to talk to a lady that had just walked in, he knew her, they spoke spanish, I speak spanish. He hooked her up with some free food and was completely oblivious to how poorly the place was being run. I know they are probably making a killing just on volume alone but this place is terrible. The food is mediocre at best. The app is terrible and will take you WAY longer to get your food.

DO NOT, DO NOT,DO NOT GO HERE!! I’ve had issues at this location multiple times and this is the last straw. I can’t give zero stars so I have to leave one. I went through the drive through and ordered broccoli beef bowl without the rice and got a tiny carton of mostly broccoli. I Tried to give the small portion back and get a broccoli beef bowl with the rice And the girl told me they don’t sell broccoli beef in a bowl. I told her I had ordered it many times and it’s on the menu. She insisted they didn’t sell broccoli beef in a bowl. I asked how much they charge me for broccoli beef bowl and she said she didn’t understand. I was holding up a long line so I said I’d come in and discuss it but when I got around both sets of doors were locked. 740 on a Friday night and the doors were locked. Seriously…stay away from this location!!!!

The young gentleman that took my order was great. He overheard my granddaughter say that she was allergic to something in the rice, and made sure to plate her order separately. And when I offered him a tip, he thanked me but he wouldn't take it. Great service.

I only eat at two Chinese restaurants Panda Express is one but for some reason today it was horrible the rice was not done the crab rangoon was not done and there was no crab in there the food just tasted off and horrible and you can tell it was rushed I asked for extra teriyaki sauce with my teriyaki chicken meal and did not receive any extra sauce or any sauce on the meal itself it was just plain chicken breast

Never ate there before. We told the staff this and they were not very helpful. I will go back because the food was fresh and tasty. The staff...not so impressive.

On multiple occasions, this chain does not open on time, delayed by 20-30 minutes. And on top of that, the serving size is significantly less than other Panda Express locations I’ve been to. I used to work at a Panda Express, and this one pales in comparison to the one I worked at. I’m quite disappointed in this location. Don’t waste your time.

It was delicious, But my beef broccoli literally had 2 pieces of beef in it, and about 8 pieces of broccoli. Why???? I wonder! The cooks who are scooping the food? Or what? Be generous you're not paying for it.

The honey sesame chicken was tasty. Will try that again. The fried rice didn't have an ounce of flavor. The egg rolls and crab Rangoon were not fresh. If I return I'll ask for fresh appetizers.

Food is always cold and never seems fresh. Service is slow but staff is friendly and they can’t help it they are so short staffed. I think most restaurants are ever since Covid began. The rice is bunched together and burnt. The chicken is cold and thrown together in the container. The food is not what it used to be. Somehow I forget and keep coming back because I’m craving the ragoons.

If you are looking for fast food that is warm and somewhat resembles Chinese, this is the place for you. For a bowl you get enough entrée to barely layer the top of the bland fried rice. Only get the chicken teriyaki if you like medium doneness and the Rangoon if unseasoned fried cream cheese is your jam.

The food tasted old and there were no clean tables to eat at. The floor had a mix of new and days old food on it. Also no soy sauce. 🤷🏻‍♂️
