We ordered online which was awful. The website is not user friendly at all. If you hit the back button it erases everything you've done instead of just taking you back to the previous selection. When I arrived, i went through the drive through and was told that i would have to come inside to pick up. The whole experience was very inconvenient. I went inside and the order wasn't ready yet. When I received the food I went to my car to make sure everything was correct and the food was cold and slopply thrown together. The food was okay after it was microwaved at home. The other sandwich we had was not correct but wasn't realized until we were already home. Probably won't be back, sticking to Panera instead.

Had the Avocado Turkey, ordered straight off the menu no changes or customizing. Bread was delicious really enjoyed the crunch, texture and overall delightful quality of the bread. Very full flavored and well rounded bread can definitely stand on its own without detracting from the rest of the sandwich. Avocado was ripe, all around creamy and just the right amount to balance each bite. I wasn't overly impressed with the turkey but will look forward to trying other sandwiches before I form an opinion of the meat quality as I only tried one item. The other items added to the overall taste profile of the sandwich nicely I would definitely look forward to trying it again and adding or customizing to see the full experience this sandwich has to offer. All and all I would rate the food quality as well above average and generally delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ‘. The service was something else, I have never visited a Schlotzsky's before and would of appreciated a moment to look over the menu . I went through the drive thru and felt very rushed by the staff. They were friendly enough but asked me 3 times in as many minutes if I was ready to order when I had asked for time to review the menu. I would have had ordered a combo but as the staff kept pressuring me to order I did not have time to look over the side or drink options. As it was my first time, I would have been receptive to suggestions and options if the staff had offered, they did not. Like I said they were friendly enough but I felt rushed and that I was inconveniencing the staff by not already knowing the menu and what I wanted. If I go back to try more food options I will go inside so I don't have to deal with the attitude over the drive thru speaker. I am a big fan of sandwich joints in general, Subway, Jimmy Johns, Firehouse, and McAlister's, are all places I frequent on the reg. If you can sell me a good sandwich you will have a return customer for life, if you make me feel pressured and that I am an inconvenience to you I can get good sandwiches just up the road. Overall I would rate my experience as a ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ out of ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ for the food and would love to try more of the menu items. Service ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ out of ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ like I said they were not outright rude but I did not care for the attitude and pressuring from the staff I interacted with. Food, Great! Service, do better!

Amazing! Best Schlotzskys I have ever been too. Huge menu, easy to read and meduim priced. Great staff and food brought to your table. Huge clean bathroom and the dining area is spotless. With extras, like pizza and cinnamon buns. Make it a must stop. Outdoor seating and lots of seating inside. Lots of parking and two entrances. Great music to listen to. Free pickles and banana peppers. Big napkins rolls on every table. Drive through as well. Highly recommended this place. Kid friendly and great art on the walls

It wasn't bad. Girl behind counter was pretty nice. A little bit pricey for what we ordered. Eating out shouldn't cost what I put down on my house to buy it.

People really need to know the job they signed up for. I ordered soup and they argued with me over if it comes with breadsticks. Menu says it comes with them. Then at 7pm at night they took the tea away which is all I can drink after surgery. Tea police apparently come in after 7pm to verify its put away. Why in the world would you put the tea away. Even behind the counter they put it away. They appeared to be closing early at 7pm when the sign says 10pm. Wont be back again.

Iโ€™ve ordered several times, this is the first with delivery. The staff in the drive-thru are friendly but the sandwiches havenโ€™t been great. Twice Iโ€™ve ordered broccoli cheese soup and both tasted burnt. I ordered an Italian calzone this time and it was completely devoid of marinara, missing a side of marinara for dipping as described and the crust was soft. Pretty disappointing and too expensive for being less than mediocre.

The place was a mess, including the employees. They were out of several sodas in the machine, the station where you get the straws and lids was disgusting and out of lids, dirty tables, went to ask for a to go box and the girl was just sitting on the floor behind the counter. Gross.

Revised review! My first trip was less than 5 stars but I have to say my most recent experience was excellent one of the better French dip sammy's I've had anywhere fast food or sit down dining. 5 stars

Ordered new chicken bacon calzone with extra meat and all I got was two thin slices of turkey & a chopped up piece of bacon on a massive amount of soggy ranch bread. Disgusting. Wonโ€™t be back.

Iโ€™ve been here twice in two years and both times horrible, horrible service and horrible food quality. The first time I ordered a sandwich and side ceasar and ended up receiving a full size large ceasar salad with chicken. And it was over $20, when I went back in to let them know my order was wrong it took over 20 mins for them to make a sandwich and still ended up being wrong. A year later I went again since I thought it may be better with better staff, I ordered the avocado turkey and after waiting close to 20 mins in the drive through it came out with zero avocado, a few sprigs of lettuce no mayo or sauce and a couple pieces of dried out turkey. The lees summit location is good. Never go to blue springs.

We had them cater a lunch meeting for some of our employees and clients. The delivery driver was super friendly and arrived a few minutes early. He even helped us set everything up! The food was delicious. We will definitely be using them again ASAP!

Single worst sandwich I've ever had... to start with, the entire staff was hanging out somewhere in the back, no service at the counter for over 5 minutes. Said hello a few times, no response. Eventually a baker came out and got the kitchen crew. DRY, crusty bread, no dressing on the sandwiches, and so sparse of toppings it was pretty humorous in fact. I know times are tough, but this place needs a manager.

I normally love Schlotskyโ€™s their food is great but this was a terrible experience.. our order was entered on the computer, but it didnโ€™t print out to be made, so our order was then put together from memory with everything absolutely wrong. We got completely wrong sandwiches, a wrong flatbread, and didnโ€™t get our salad. We did say this and all that was remedied was we were brought a salad To top it off the soda machines nozzle was missing so we also left covered in soda droplets all over our clothesโ€ฆ .. I mean the manager/clerk did try, but multiple things were wrong and was overall a terrible (and sticky) experience. With prices being what they are, we only eat out once a week, so Iโ€™m bummed this is what we spent money on and we didnโ€™t even get what we ordered.

I love their original, I actually have never tried anything else on the menu and I aim to rectify that soon. I love the meat and bread quality, just top notch all around. I've never had a bad experience at a Schlotzsky's, love them!

One of the best Reubens I've ever had. As a traveler, and a critic it is in the top 5 including specialty delis and small town brew pubs from St. Louis to Kansas city to Colorado.

I ordered several items online, I went to the restaurant and they did not have my order, then I went online to check my account they took out the money. When I asked the employee at Schlotzsky's in Blue Springs where my order was and they said they didn't have my order. I have NO idea who to contact to make this right. So I paid $16 for nothing.

We purchased 2 regular sized original sandwiches today at 4:30 pm we took them home to eat at 5:00pm when we opened them and began eating the bread was hard, tasted stale and was tough to chew . My wife said it makes her not want to get Schlotskys again. I love the flavor but I have to agree with her. It wasn't as pleasant experience as we have had in the past with Schlotskys. If you have other locations near by they might better. Please let us know. Update. The owners contacted and apologized for the sandwiches. They were going through some reorganization and assured me that they are doing everything to keep that from happening again. Their sandwiches are incredibly good so I will be returning.

This used to be a good place to eat at. Over the past year, the food quality and service have gone downhill quickly. I gave them three chances in the last 2 months to improve. They continue to disappoint. I will not be purchasing anything from this restaurant ever again.
