Went here with some friends after a football game, food was good and not a long wait. The only bad thing was the service. I ordered the All American Burger, and I got the receipt for what my friend ordered, the cheese curd burger. I told our waitress I had the wrong receipt and she said it was the same amount so it didn’t matter. So the price came to $14.51 and I paid with a $20 bill. I only got $5 back in change and when I asked if she had my 49 cents she got upset and said not to joke around with her when I was just asking for my change. She stormed off and came back and put a dollar on my table and said, “Since you’re so broke here’s a dollar.” I get its 49 cents and it’s not a big deal but it’s just the principle of it. If she were to tell me they didn’t have enough change or something I would’ve been cool with it, but to assume I don’t want my correct change and to insult me is rude. I had every intention of tipping until this. Also why is she talking to me about broke when she’s the one working at Buffalo Wild Wings? Service was terrible, would never visit again.

Came to this location with my family. Service was terrible! I had to grab my own high chair for my child. Took them forever to take our order. Fries were cold. At some point they were having a shift swapped and I was asked to pay. I was also told the new waiter would take over. That did not happen. We wanted to order more wings and some drinks. However our waiter never came by to greet us, did not acknowledge us whatsoever. I had to get up to go to the bar side to get my own drink. Next time I’ll go to a buffet, at least then I’ll know I’m expected to get my own food and drinks. Definitely will NOT be back!

I don't know if it's because of inflation where other workers are moving on to better paying jobs, but I don't like how restaurants are going to the non-service thing where you scan a QR code and then you order your food and all the waiter or waitress does. Is this refill your drink when they get to it? I'm not a big fan and that's what happened here. I mean Buffalo wild wings are good but I just want them to be more attentive especially when they're not busy because I shouldn't have to wait 20 plus minutes to get a drink if my cup is empty.

We usually get it to go as we have more enjoyable experiences at home and eating in watching movies, etc. On our first time eating in at this restaurant in a long time, the tables were not cleared and the floors were filthy with napkins, trash, etc where your feet go. I doubt that is the appeal of the location like a place that encourages peanut shells on the floor. They did clean the seats and table top before seating us. The staff were nice and the food was good, so the points being taken off are for the lack of cleanliness on this visit. There appeared to be plenty of staff and workers and it would have taken less than 30 seconds to clear up the mess. The specials were a good deal and we’d be back, but get it to go.

We had one bad experience at this location last year, but the manager reached out and made everything right. We have been back several times since (sometimes 3-4 times a month) and service has been completely turned around. The happy hour margaritas are amazing. The new bourbon bbq sauce is so good, I hope it becomes a permanent menu item!

Friendly staff. The food was great. There wasn't a long wait time. The music is trendy but family friendly. There are enough TVs in here playing as many games as possible and the staff will find you a seat with a good view to the game you want. The food is delicious. Not very greasy. You can do combos on set numbers of wings or pick your own numbers and flavors. 10/10 will go again.

Burger was absolutely delicious. The fried pickles aren't the same recipe as before.. they're ok, but not what we loved from before. Restaurant was clean, bright, waitress was friendly, food was served quickly. Overall, a great place to grab food!

The food was fantastic the waiter was super nice and really informative. He kept are drinks refilled and was super nice. He was pretty busy to and I felt he was super attentive. Not a long wait on the food really fast services for a Friday evening.

First impression was a dirty table but we got to pick where we sat so we moved. Service is fast but we don't care for the q.r code check out that makes you add your address and other information that I am sure is used to constantly contact you.

I absolutely crave BWs. Wings, fries, and cole slaw. Medium, bone in, & extra crispy!! Delicious!!

We were seated promptly then sat at the table for at least 15 minutes and no one brought us water or menus or anything. It was not busy and the majority of the visible staff were chatting at the front desk. Other customers were getting service. Finally we got up to leave and as we were walking out a young lady picked up menus and asked if we were leaving I said no one ever came to the table and she said "oh well she was now"...ugh! We are in no hurry to go back!

Wonderful experience tonight. Everyone was enjoying the College Football games, the staff was awesome and the food and service were the best I have had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. 10/10 will definitely be going back.

Went there to watch the game. We were not drinking alcohol. But our drinks tea and water was never half empty. We had amazing Waite staff.

Was sat down. Waiter came and take our drink order and asked if we wanted appetizers which we declined... The waiter never came back and took everyone's orders that came in after us. So we put $ 9 down for our beverages and left. The last time we came here was a few years ago and the service was bad then too

Wings and sauces, lots of sauces. Some sauces get pretty spicy, be careful. Good place for small plates to share. Service is quick but may not be quick enough for a lunch hour.

I needed to kill a half hour so I stopped in for a snack. I sat at the bar and was quickly greeted with a smiling face. All I wanted was 10 Buffalo Wings and some ice water. By the time I added a 20% tip it cost me over $18 for 10 wings that didn't even come with celery, carrot sticks or fries. While I got just what I wanted and they were pretty good, I realized I could have gotten an entire dinner for what this appetizer cost.

Employees were very nice and friendly. I ordered wings and what they call pizza, not! My wings were great!!! The thing they called pizza was very dry. The crust was like a cracker!!! I had a 8" very dry cracker. There were enough toppings and their sauce was bomb but just too hard to eat so I had to pitch it. I still love them tho

Our meals came out 3 minutes after our appetizer did. We had to have the waitress take our 30 boneless wing order back to the kitchen due to them being undercooked (she agreed completely). We received the “new” batch & same issue. Gristle, undercooked, & barely any sauce. We told ourselves we wouldn’t be back after the last encounter we had a year ago, but this time we REALLY won’t be back. Manager came over to “apologize” & didn’t offer any sort of discount or solution. Explained to our waitress that we were disappointed in the lack of customer service the manager had to offer, but that it was not her fault whatsoever. We left her a cash tip so it wasn’t divided amongst others.

Since the mask mandate has been lifted here in KC, thought I would help get businesses started back up. Went in, and not many people in there which meant easy seating. My co-worker had his power go out, so was by myself. Alison was my server, and was very courteous. I ordered the pretzel knots to start. By the time she came back with my drink, I decided on the Thai curry boneless wings. She goes to put that order in, bam! Knots are hot and fresh from the kitchen. Delicious! Tastes like an everything bagel, but you get BOTH cheese or mustard to dip it in. I am enjoying those, and out come my wings. Nice blend of spicy with a mellow sweetness. Had to bring half the wings and half the knots home for later.

Ordered the spicy garlic and medium wings and they were just alright. The chicken wings a little hard and dry. The sauce wasn't that great to me. The floor was just messy.

I get Thursday’s are busy but I called roughly 3-4 times with no answer to modify my order as it wasn’t available to do so online. If you get wings here make sure you get extra sauce. Every time I have ordered wings the sauce has been slim to none. Also I ordered onion rings and got cold, hard mozzarella sticks? In my opinion the food quality on Togo orders is very bad. Next time I’ll eat inside that way I can at least make sure I’m getting the right order/ I can see the quality of food.

It’s become a tradition to come here on Thursdays and we are never disappointed. The waitress is always super friendly and accommodating. She is also super quick! The food always hits and the beer on tap is always super tasty.
