    First off I need to say that we have been coming here for years and have always loved this restaurant. The food and experience have always been stellar...until this time. The good thing for me is they have a lot of Gluten Free options and they do a good job ensuring the food served really is gluten free. The issue this time was that or favorite dish, shrimp with lobster sauce, was very salty. Mine was hot but my husband's was cold. It must have had to sit while they made mine as a special order. We were there to celebrate his birthday, so he was very sad that his favorite dish was a disappointment. However, the waitress took it back without any issue and brought him some shrimp pad Thai instead. He said it was OK, and not so salty, but he was still not happy because it was not what he had been looking forward to. I expect they must have had a new cook. This is not an inexpensive place to eat, so he wanted it to be special. As it was, he watched me eat while waiting for his food, then I watched him eat, so it was not our normal excellent experience that we had hoped for. We'll probably try some place new next time we are on the Plaza.

    Everything was great and I was very happy with my Mongolian beef. The spring rolls were very good and the rest of our order was delicious as well. The last time I went to P.F Chang’s was in Korea and I think this one in KC is better. They have a good selection of Japanese beer. I read the reviews and I can also see excellent reviews and bad reviews. I am not sure why there is this contrast between very satisfied customers and very unhappy customers. It’s pretty uncommon to see that and it make me think that one of the chef is probably less skilled than others. This restaurant is one of the very rare one to update contents and post on Google maps and I think that a very good point. I didn’t know when I went, I would check their new meals before I order. The pictures are great. I went the 29th September for dinner and this team was very good from service to kitchen. (If you are the manager and you read that, please keep that in mind!)

    Food was made to perfection. You can tell the kitchen staff are passionate about what they do. The hosts and waitress were also very kind and welcoming.

    Such a pretty location and some very good menu items! Also some very good employees mobile I’m not sure who we had last night overall! I ordered a rising dragon and a dynamite roll. After about 45 minutes I still did not have my dynamite roll apparently they took it to another table? So I waited another 20 to 30 minutes for mine. We were sitting at a table of 12 everybody else was about done with their food by the time I got mine. Made sense that they removed this from my ticket. I ordered another drink while I waited which they probably should’ve comped as well – I used to work at restaurants I know how you have to take care of a customer. My bill was still $32 with two drinks! The drink was the size of a small water glass! And mostly filled with ice. I used a QR code to pay so limited their work. My recommendation is that you really take care of the customer in a big way when you make a mistake like that especially in a large group. Also when we originally arrived the hostess did not look very happy to see us said she had to talk to her manager about whether they could seat us-because they were short staffed. The restaurant was about 10-15% full and did not get busier. So, while I understand times are odd for employees, there are still some things you can do to really take care of your customers and it starts with a smile and immediate welcome. Thus the 2 stars.

    We were seated promptly. Food took a while to get to our table. Spicy chicken bowl wasn't spicy at all rather sweet like all other dishes. No flavor. Wagyu steak dish was very small portion. Beef was juicy. Mushrooms were really sweet. For that price point you can get 3 times the steal I don't think it was even 6oz. Disappointing experience. Had PF Chang in other states n countries way better experience. Appetizer shrim was nothing to be excited about

    It was my birthday we had reservations they said they would have a table set up for the occasion we got there they didn’t have the table set up then when they came to seat us the decorations 🤣🤣 and why did it take so long for the set up and it was literally a card but we get a table we have to have them sweep under it was food and trash under the table idk what to say it was an experience especially for all the hype people have given I definitely feel this isn’t an “upscale “restaurant the food wasn’t good green onions were monster huge only plus is the drinks were delicious though 🤷🏾‍♀️ I personally would not recommend.

    We loved it and will definitely go again. We got a variety of dishes so we were able to taste different things. I got the ginger chicken with broccoli and some chicken fried rice. I also tried the crispy honey shrimp. It all was hot, fresh and had just the right amount of seasonings. I also got the fire and ice dessert which was SOOO GOOD! Loved the ambiance of this place. Highly recommend!

    This is the same PF Changs you already know. If you have visited in the past, it was similar to all previous experiences. We had a fantastic waitress this time. She was attentive and kind. That makes the experience less stressful. The menu is QR code, so you might as well look at the menu before you leave home. So, the 4 stars is the portions are smaller and the price is up. We paid a lot for the size of food we got. So, this will have to be a special special occasion restaurant from here on out. It’s a nice place to go if you have never been.

    Yesterday I hiked Pikes Peak for an early birthday celebration. Tonight I climbed The Great Wall of Chocolate. Never was there a more perfect birthday treat!

    The food and drinks were great! It didn’t take too long to get seated, just waited for a table to be cleaned up. Our server was super sweet and answered questions regarding drink recommendations. I was very impressed with the lettuce wraps.

    Literally something wrong with everything we ordered. Flat sodas Super oily rice Beef n broccoli 🥦 extra crispy/ burnt and dry Orange chicken was so dry and yet somehow oily with an odd jello like sauce Egg roll appetizer was just 2 egg rolls that were just cut in half And lastly my Crabrangoon was just swimming in sweet chili sauce so they got all soggy and the cream cheese in the middle what little there was; had this odd curd like texture.

    We have been going to P.F. Chang’s for a long time. The taste is good but I don’t know if they changed the cook or administration but the last two times we’ve been there the food has been extremely greasy. We went yesterday and took left over food home. When I emptied the container of the left over rice, it had a lot of oil. We had shrimp and lobster sauce, dynamite, trim, shrimp, fried rice, Chicken, lettuce, wrap, wonton soup etc. This is a very honest and constructive. criticism. Such greasy food is very bad for people’s health.

    We went in and sat at the bar to order some food to go. The staff did not acknowledge us for several minutes. Once the “bartender” came back we each ordered a drink and the food to go. Which was fried rice and sushi. She said it would take 15 mins tops. We sat there for 35 mins on a Wednesday night. So, it was not overly busy. Anyway, the bar was dirty and sticky. The lamps were dusty and sticky and the behind the bar scene looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in days. I asked the “bartender” what was in a certain drink and she explained it was premade and she would have to ask. That was weird to me since you know, she’s a BARTENDER and the drink is on their menu. But she never returned with the answer, just the ticket for us to pay once the horribly cooked combo fried rice and sushi was done.

    We had kind of forgotten about P.F. Chang’s as a dining option and went to have an important conversation over lunch because it sounded good to the group. Food was better than we remembered and our server Jake was the perfect amount of attentive while still letting our party chat and get things done. He was prompt and wonderful!

    Great food. Very difficult to add your meal to PF Chang’s Rewards program. The directions instruct you to “Simply enter the 23 digit code at the bottom of your receipt. Receipt Code*”. After 2 recent meals at the KC PF Chang’s we found no 23 digit code on the receipt and had to ask wait staff to assist with getting the proper credit. The wait staff and the customers do not appreciate a difficult rewards program. Please improve. On a positive note, the food is always delicious.

    One of a great place in plaza area for lunch or dinner for Asian food after shopping :D Their fried rice and rice bowl are awesome There are some Dim sum dishes but not much. So if you expect to eat dim sum,this is not the place.

    Thank you for tonight’s dinning experience!!! The service at PF Changs tonight was incredible. Everything was on point. Our waiter Matt was top notch not to mention the general manager Andrew and staff being so friendly and personable. Top notch Service like we had tonight is hard to find these days what a great night.

    I like the food here. The coconut cooler is a must try. Fried rice with spice is really good with king pao chicken. The lettuce wraps and the shrimp appetizer is a try

    Wonderful, welcoming and knowledgeable servers! For me, that's the most important thing. Very affordable prices, most dishes are below 20 dollars. Food came out very quickly and was good. The only thing I didn't like is that rice didn't come on the side and because of that it soaked all the soy sauce and it was just too much for me.

    Food and service was amazing! The environment of the restaurant was so welcoming. Danielle was an amazing waitress and did the absolute best job possible to make us happy. We came from California and she made our experience worth it!

    We checked in for our 7:30 reservation at 7:15, stood there for over 10minutes and completely ignored after the hostess approached the desk, not once, but THREE DIFFERENT TIMES standing there waiting to be checked in. A waiter noticed us and asked if we had been helped, he proceeded to tell us "the hostess will get to you next" she did not. Finally when it's our turn I ask for a booth in the corner "that's not for your party, you will have to sit over here where I am taking you". I was beyond livid at this point. We get seated, still proceeded to wait over 5min for a waitress to come to our table, no apology for the wait NOTHING. The cherry on top, we are on a date and they want to use a QR code to scan their menu! The waitress didn't even know if prices were on the menu! Come on!! I do not want my face in my phone while I am on a date!! Needless to say we got up and left and i don't know that I will ever return. Sure glad we used our gift card across the street at Cheesecake Factory

    It was busy so we ate at the bar. Our waitress didn't have a problem with wearing a mask while waiting on us. The food was good. The service from the bartender was great and we enjoyed it.

    Have been going here for years when we come to town. Stopped in on Sunday night and received good service from our waitress but the kitchen was off. Our lettuce wraps were good. The food portions have decreased tremendously. There used to be enough to take home for another meal. They’ve increased prices and cut down portions which doesn’t make it worth the visit. We ordered egg rolls with our meal and they didn’t come out until the end of the meal even though every-time our waitress went by she said they should be right up. Very, very expensive meal for average food and small portions. Probably won’t be coming back. So sad after being a patron for so many years.

    Me and wife just love this place. Dynamite shrimp and kungpao chicken are our favorites here. We also love banana spring rolls for dessert. The presentation was also bang on when we ordered on Valentines Day.

    Nice place great food but this time it took forever to get the food the place was not busy at all ... we came at 11:45 was right before lunch received the food around 12:30

    Our experience was much better than the last time we went there a few years ago. The food was excellent. I got the Changs spicy chicken. Our Server Abe was amazing. Very attentive and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be going back soon.
