Half-empty restaurant and we waited 40 minutes to be seated. Lots of employees but many standing around and no sense of urgency. Our waitress was pleasant, but not attentive. No refills offered until food came. We ordered as soon as we were seated. It took 27 minutes to get our food. The kitchen struggled to keep up with orders and several plates had to be remade due to errors. The food was decent but I wouldn’t recommend this location due to the poor service/management. The bathrooms smelled awful and weren’t very clean. Overall this location is poorly run. We saw several groups leave without being seated.

It has been a long time since I've had such slow service. There were very few people there on a Sunday and maybe that should have been our first hint. Everyone was very friendly. Just really slow. We waited about 30 minutes for our food. I took one bite of my French toast and yuck. Flipped the pieces over and they were totally burnt to a crisp. 😂 I ended up nibbling my kids food. A man, assuming some sort of manager, stopped by our table and saw my meal and said it wasn't up to his standards. He did offer to remake my plate but my kids were almost done eating. Had the waitress checked in, I would have said something. They did take my order off our ticket. Anyway, I found the whole thing comical because it was so bad. I would never go back or visit any Bob Evans in the future. Never heard of it and now I know why. 😂

I travel a lot and eat in many locations of Bob Evans! I ordered my favorite sirloin steak with eggs and homemade potatoes,also soup chicken noodle soup! I said very delicious! Service was good and fast! Clean and nice atmosphere!

This is the first time I ordered from Bob Evans. I got two chopped steak dinners with mac and cheese with green beans. Every dish was well cooked and not too salty. The portions were generous with 2 rolls. Good meal for a great price! I will try other items on the menu.

Our waitress was amazing. She was covering for two people and was running non stop, yet she took time to check on us in a timely manner, and was friendly and courteous. She was a long time employee, and I see why. They are very lucky to have her. I have been to a lit of places lately with poor service due to worker issues. She saved the day for them.

Hands down some of the best service I've ever experienced in any restaurant. We got Seated immediately and our server was very prompt to get us drinks and take our order. She got our appetizer out before the meal, just as we had requested and was checking in every 5 minutes to make sure our drinks were filled and that we didn't need anything. One thing I noticed that made this restaurant stand out from others was that everyone was always smiling. I never once saw any employee that didn't have a genuine smile on their face and you could really tell that they enjoyed their jobs. Coming into this restaurant, I had high expectations and they exceeded those by FAR! Definitely will be returning and will make sure to tell everyone I know!

Showed up to a nearly empty dining room with two servers at a non-busy 5pm and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. After 25 minutes of waiting, someone came in and got seated right away. When the guy finally came back we mentioned we'd been waiting 25 minutes and that someone got seated by someone else before us, and he was completely rude about it, no apologies, saying, "I'm just doing the best I can". Went to IHOP where I was seated immediately no issues. Can't comment on the food if the staff can't even do their jobs right from the front door

I've never heard of, let alone been to a Bob Evans. My first experience was good. Our server was friendly, food was good, took sometime to get our extra requests and the bill, but overall a good experience. My in-laws ate there four times in three days during our vacation and that says a lot about this location because my mother-in-law is SUPER picky about food.

Great service and great food. They seem understaffed, so be patient. You can tell they are trying their best. But yeah, the food is great. The honey butter chicken was delicious and the biscuits were so filling. I couldn't finish it all.

My sister and I went here for breakfast to celebrate our birthday. We were seated immediately, our order was taken quickly, and our food came out soon after. Both of our orders were correct and the food was hot, fresh and good. The servers interacted with us making the experience more memorable.

We came at 7:25pm for dinner. Waited for 15 minutes and asked the other party in the waiting area how long they've been waiting. They said 35 minutes. There was only one other small group set at a table and at least 4 other staff just doing their own thing. We all just waited at the "please wait to be seated" sign. Decided to go to Chili's next door. Immediately greeted and sat with an almost full dining area. -10 stars Bob Evans. 5 stars Chili's right next door.

As my family of 3 sat to be seated. They sat 1 lady by herself which we were fine. Then a couple, then another couple then a family of 3. ALL THAT CAME IN AFTER us. The disrespect was so clear that the family of 3 and the one of the couples actually said something. When I went up to ask for a manager they sent another waitress out. She said the girl seating people was new. I told her that I have a 12 year old that could see the number 3-the name and how long that person has been seating. After giving hearing the lame excuse the manager then comes up and asked what was the problem. Told him that you didn’t find it important enough to come out in the beginning, let her explain it. Of course my family left. The Crackle Barrel staff was beyond nice and food was great! Even met another family and we all talked and laughed 😄😄😄 about our Bob Evan’s experience.

We travel a lot and this restaurant had one of the best atmospheres and customer service I’ve seen in a while. We had Sam(Samuel) as our sever. It was completely packed yet very quiet and calm. My boyfriend and I ordered the Farmers Choice and sweet cream cold brew. It was amazing!

First time we’d ever been to Bob Evans and we kind of joked about it being a place for older people. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I would say Bob Evans is a little like a Denny’s, but with better food. The biscuits were perfect. Fresh and salty and crispy outside and soft like pillows inside. The gravy is brown not white like I’m used to. And to be honest I’m not sure it’s homemade. It wasn’t bad and with those delicious biscuits it was pretty good. The bacon was crispy and perfect and my over medium eggs were also cooked perfectly. The hash browns were a tad undercooked and had literally no salt, but that wasn’t all that bad. Overall we had a great breakfast and the price was fair. Only real complaint was it took almost a half hour to get our ticket and get paid.

The wait to be seated was a little longer than expected with not many people there, but the food was great! I had strawberry pancakes, eggs, bacon, and potatoes with a peach tea that was served in a glass mason jar. Our server was sweet and the overall atmosphere was just what I’ve been looking for, being that cozy, wholesome farm vibe. I love that they sell little candies/merchandise upfront! Can’t wait to come back to try some dinner & dessert!

We got breakfast & it was very good. Their French toast was delicious, it was sweet didn't even need syrup. The biscuits & gravy was so good, biscuits were light & fluffy, I got white gravy & it was perfect. Their menu looked yummy & healthier with more fresh fruit options. Server was very nice, attentive & quick.

We were visiting Kansas City from Texas for Easter weekend. We ordered a meal for 4. The package included ham, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, roll. Also got strawberry lemonade, macaroni and cheese, and mixed berry pie. We fed 6 with leftovers. Great food at great price. Definitely wood do again

I ordered the Honey Butter Chicken dinner togo. The flavors were DELICIOUS. Perfectly seasoned. I love this dish. I'm going for an in person meal this week. This hit the spot!

I’ve had outside of my mother’s kitchen and the cranberry relish with actual cranberries rather than the canned cranberry sauce was a very nice touch! And if biscuits are a thing for you, try these and maybe have some butter and clover honey on the inside. Delightful!

Great food, great service. Loved the drinks in mason jars, was a cute touch. Pancakes were fluffy, bacon was crisp, ham was perfect. Would definitely come back!

Food and service was awesome. I had not eaten here for years due to flavor and small portions. Waitress was very attentive. Got our food nice and hot and very flavorful. I had the roast, mashed potatoes and carrots. Rolls were delicious and hot as well. Didnt have room for pie but they looked good as well. Had to wait about ten minutes for seating. Well worth the wait. I'll be back.

We had the Thanksgiving turkey sandwich with some of the best dressing I’ve had outside of my mother’s kitchen and the cranberry relish with actual cranberries rather than the canned cranberry sauce was a very nice touch! The service still went fine but still pretty slow and we were there when it wasn't really that busy and the food was still good not much of a big selection on their menu and always like the older Bob Evans a lot better then what they are now.
