This was our first time at a Culver's. The food wasn't bad but wasn't outstanding either. I really wanted a hot dog, and they only have corn dogs, hamburgers, chicken, fish, salads, and various other food items. It just seems odd that they would have all of that and not have regular hot dogs. The store was clean, and the waitress was very friendly and pleasant. If you aren't a hot dog fan, then I recommend you give Culver's a try.

Love their chocolate custard. Wifey had flavor of the day turtle. Had carmel and pecans.

Cranberry bacon blue salad had no cranberries, no blue cheese and only a light "sprinkle" of bacon. The chicken was half the usual size. They were very generous on the lettuce which was overflowing bur at least seemed fresh. I order this salad on a regular basis so am familiar with the ingredients it's supposed to have. This one was a disappointment and did not measure up.

It has been years since I was at a Culver's so we decided to take mom for a burger. The location is bright and clean, people were friendly, food was good and reasonable. The burger was better than fast food quality, fountain drinks are self service with free refills and they bring the food out to where you are sitting so you don't have to stand around waiting.

Culvers, as a chain, has taken a dive in general quality over the past few years, but today's visit was good. The cashier, an older, retired woman, was particularly good--calm and patient with my teen son, who had had a difficult morning and struggled to articulate his order.

I love Culver's. I'm originally from Wisconsin. On Friday, from the time I walked in the door at 1 pm until I got my food was 40 minutes- 28 minutes from the time I placed my order. To add insult to injury, my double deluxe was cold, but at least the fries were hot. Certainly NOT my expected nor typical experience.

Has anyone ever had a bad experience at the State Line Culvers? I certainly haven't. Every time is delicious and efficient. The staff is always very friendly and willing to do whatever you ask to make the meal just a little more enjoyable. One of the best burger places not to mention frozen custard places on Stateline Road.

Always fresh and tastes great. My go to is the spicy chicken sandwich. One of the few places I know of that will take off the cost of items you hold from your food which.

The food was great. The service was spotty. Our order was missing a few items and our custards took a really long time and weren't what we ordered.

I’ve visited this location twice now. The food was very good, well prepared (especially the shakes), service was good to excellent and the ambience is okay. (Surely they aren’t responsible for the noisy mother and daughter acting out in the dining room who almost spoiled my second visit. I will try again.)

Very respectful restaurant. Fast, and clean, the workers here are amazing. Shout out to the crew that walks the food out in the cold and, takes orders by a window when it's cold, they still have a smile on their faces. Some restaurant employees will have a whole attitude having to take order in the cold. Trust me I've been to places like that.

I have visited this location for years but lately I have noticed the food comes out a lot faster like within 2 minutes of ordering thru the drive thru. It's not as hot when I get home as it used to be. Its making me think they are precooking the burgers. Visited the Lee's Summit location, I was good with waiting the 5-7 minutes for a hot burger when I got home with it.

Very nice place which was very busy on a saturday morning. We waited around 20 min for a party of four, which is fair. Prices are reasonable a you get a lot of food for your money. They offer a big variety of breakfast and Lunch options. Food was good but I thought the pancakes and the biscuits were a little dry and the gravy could have been a little more spiced.

It's not my favorite. The food seems dry. This day was a little off. We had a large party and were at three tables. When they came they kept giving us the wrong food. We kept telling them but they insisted they were right. Finally they realized their mistake and we got our order. I didn't finish the greasy onion rings not did I finish the dry chicken sandwich but I paid a pretty penny.

My wife went to pick up our online carryout order from here through the drive threw today, and they did not give her the ordered drink. Upon realizing they missed the drink, my wife called and asked if she could get the drink refunded or come pick it up from them. They told her they would not, and that she refused to take the drink from the employee at the drive threw- window. They said they could send us a coupon in the mail and hung up on her, which did not resolve the issue. Also found an approx. six inch long wavy grey hair in one of the fries containers.

I moved to Kansas City 5 years ago and was initially unimpressed with this Culver's compared to my hometown. However, the quality at this location has improved drastically. The food and customer service here is fantastic. The staff is friendly and food comes quickly every time.

The burgers and fries were good, and the order was accurate. The drive-through line was slow, taking close to 20 minutes between starting around 5 cars deep in line, then a long wait to receive our food in one of the 5ish holding parking spots, which were all occupied; no reason or apology for the wait was offered.

Compared to most "fast food" Culver's definitely has the edge of a more family oriented place to dine. My kiddos love having family night here.

Went here for a fundraiser event and the staff had this place running like a well oiled machine. Ordered quickly. Food arrived quickly... fresh and tasty. Great milkshake. Everyone had great attitudes keeping up with continuous stream of people inside and in the drive thru. Good job.

Welcome to the worst Culver’s in the Midwest. The State Line Culver’s is an embarrassment to the chain’s reputation, why they let these franchisees drag them down is a mystery. I’ve been to this location exactly three times and in each instance they got my order wrong, the last time was the most egregious. Since the first two times may have been to complicated for them I tried to simplify it…a double Butterburger, with cheddar cheese, bacon, tomato and ketchup mayonnaise. An order of fries no drink…..what I get is a double with who knows what kind of cheese. No bacon whatsoever, no ketchup or mayo. Having learned my lesson I checked the order before driving off, I had to drive back around and get in line again. I tried to be as polite as possible under the situation. I showed the gentleman at the window my receipt and told him it was wrong. I asked him to have them remake the whole order since I knew the fries were bound to be getting cold. They brought the supposedly remade order, I checked the burger, it now had two tiny strips of bacon and STILL no ketchup or mayo !! And the fries were obviously the same ones they gave me previously but missing about half of them. I’m a senior and decided it just wasn’t worth the aggravation, so I took the meal home and warmed it in the microwave….and you probably know how that suck. The irony of all this is I did a negative survey on Culver’s home page and someone supposedly Culver’s QC person contacted me via email offering apologies and coupons. All talk. I’ve never had any problems at other Culver’s, but if you can avoid this one I would !!

The flavor of the day,, Oreo Overload....The employee handed me the ice cream cone and the cone was messy, sloppy and dripping down the cone. It looked really horrible. I did not pay for it, did nor accept the cone and politely drove off. I have patronized Culver's for years. Bad experience. I was in there a month ago ordered the Culver's Deluxe Butter Burger and it was half cooked. I took it back to the counter. What is wrong with Culvers?

Great customer service. The elderly lady who took our order even stopped by our table to check and make sure our meal was wonderful.

First time I've ever been to a Culver's location and I was impressed. For a fast food restaraunt it was very nice and a step up from most places. Wife and I both had a custom made butter burger and fries and both agreed to food was delicious. Service was friendly and fast.

Whenever we travel we search for Culver's. We have never been disappointed. I love the Sourdough Melt and of course the frozen custard is a must. The cheese curds are always good and the onion rings as well.

Their service has been fantastic everytime I've been. Custard quality is not great compared to an Andy's Frozen Custard, but it's not bad. Food is about what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant.

The burger was great! You take a small bite and it seems like it grows in size and taste each and every bite in such away that I'll never forget to stop if I have the opportunity to!

Always a great experience. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to make sure we feel welcomed. Food is delivered quickly and correctly. Over the many years we have eaten there, one occasion of dissatisfaction comes to mind and the staff resolved it immediately.

The few times that I previously ate at Culver's were great! That's not the case on the late afternoon of 9/18/22. The clerk was impossible to understand at times...even with asking him to repeat 3 or 4 times! My sister couldn't make out what he was saying either. This happened twice! Obviously, the clerk didn't understand me, either as there were several errors of what was requested versus what was placed on our table...an extra order of fries, medium instead of small on the two orders of their custard, which was so thin on mine that I had to drink it with a straw...easily done, but not the proper format. Worse to me was that I asked for the flavor of the day, which shows generous amounts of fudge (and caramel?), plus cookie dough bites. Mine was almost completely white! I told him I expected it to have some resemblance to their photo and asked him to redo it. Twice, it came back looking the same. Finally on the third attempt they put a little hot fudge on the top and I gave up! I don't recall a time at any restaurant that was so horrible! Also the mushroom and swiss burger came to me with completely cold cheese and no mushrooms! They added a few mushrooms and heated it a bit, but cheese was still not melted significantly! Unbelievable circumstances and unbelievably bad food and service! Their clerk needs more English classes! Far below the standards I expect at a Culver's restaurant!

We dropped in for lunch with our two year old and were so impressed with how kind everyone was. The cashier who took our order was so patient with our toddler and encouraged him to choose his own meal. This location will be at the top of our list of places to visit again.

I love the food here, it's always fresh hot and made accurately. One of the best burgers, ever, from fast food. Order taker was a little short, as I was ordering for two, but it was a busy Friday night and the line moved fairly quickly. Good visit and great food as usual .

I found a one inch long piece of serrated plastic in my ice cream. It was a sharp, hard piece of plastic that I luckily felt on my tooth before I swallowed it. I called the restaurant to report it and they had no system in place to handle the issue. I had to text a picture to an employee’s personal phone. Then I was told I could not be refunded for the ice cream but only offered a coupon. I said wouldn’t be eating there again. They asked me to bring the plastic back to them, too. The whole thing was very scary and badly handled.
