Come here to eat! Just do yourself a favor and enjoy the tasty food, great service, and relaxing atmosphere! I went with the seasonal Irish Rolls and a piece of Chocolate Cake. Best decision I’ve made in a restaurant!! If you want mediocre and overpriced food, go to Applebee’s. If you want food that will make your taste buds sing, go to Nick and Jake’s!

Took a day trip to Parkville and decided to grab lunch at Nick & Jake's based on their reviews. They did not disappoint. The food and service were excellent. One of the owners even came up to check on me and make sure I enjoyed the meal. I had today's Swordfish special with the chocolate brownie for dessert. I can definitely highly recommend this place and will stop in again the next time I'm in Parkville.

Nick & Jake’s never disappoints. Service is excellent and they cater to my keto desires. When I ordered my burger last time (no bun, extra patty, extra cheese, extra bacon), the server said “Oh, I remember you!” LOL. That made my day.

My manager took me to this restaurant for lunch and it was the best choice ever!!! I absolutely loved the artwork on the board. The ghost was super cute!!! It is a great sport bar with TVs all over the restaurant. Our server was super friendly and sweet. We ordered the Mama’s meatball and it was amazing!!!! Who can say no to Mama’s meatball!!!??? It didn’t disappoint. Will be back again!!

Always a treat! We have a large party & rarely place a reservation. Seating here is quick & the service is wonderful. The food is delicious & they are even able to cater to our food allergies! Great atmosphere as well!

Great Food ~ Great Service! As a customer of this location since the week they opened, I can say, as this restaurant has performed through many, many times, challenges, employees and patrons, they have evolved time and time again as the "Go To" establishment Parkvillians have relied-on and continue to rely-on. Thank You Nick & Jake's for striving to become the Social Bistro of our community...

Bruschetta appetizer was amazing! Love the sweet balsamic syrup against the funk of the goat cheese and the acidity of the tomatoes! Definitely going to try recreating this at home! My husband's french dip sandwich was delicious too; we dug in too quickly for photos!

When you have the best people and staff to share dinner with, it just doesn't make sense to go anywhere else. The flavors of the exquisite foods compliment the experience you have. This is only my second time back, but the waitress never missed a beat and definitely complimented our experience and read our minds like she was super woman.(And she had sooooooo much patience)I would definitely suggest friends and family for this experience. The kids were distracted by snacks and fun family games. The kind of games that draws you away from your phone....which is the best. (If you take the time to really know the game you're playing with your kid, you'd realize how much you may have missed out on your childhood thats trying to grow up too fast)Sometimes when you're in the moment, you don't realize how much you're missing with just going old school. Maybe it's not the food, maybe it's the experience? Or maybe it is the food and not the experience...what do you think? You have to go at least 3 times or more, just so I can see what I've missed. 😃 😊 ❤️ (I'm going to go again, sooner than you know..so let me know your experience) Better yet, when you go, invite me. Maybe it's me but I doubt it. 😆 I'm ready for a challenge though. I do want to thank the AMAZING STAFF for being supportive like every other establishment SHOULD be when it comes to breast-feeding. We weren't ever questioned/felt reprimanded/wronged.... we just felt like friends and family having a meal & making the biggest difference to our society. These are our people, this is an establishment we can stand behind.

It's what you'd expect from your typical family-friendly bar and grill; Good service and decent food. Their menu consists of your standards menu favorites mixed with a few Kansas City delicacies. But, no matter what you eat, you'll probably leave with a food baby. After having the Smokey Chicken Pasta, there was no room for dessert. It is a popular restaurant in Parkville. So don't be surprised if you are put on a waiting list. The environment is loud and full of energy, ideal for celebrations or just a casual meal out.

I love this place. The food never disappoints, and every server I've had is attentive without being overly so. On the bar side, the crowd is always a seeming HS reunion of the worst people in your class, but it's fun watching the guys and gals hit on one another with varying degrees of success. The restaurant side is relaxed and more family oriented - and again, always with excellent service.

Food- 5⭐️ Ambiance- 5⭐️ Prices/value- 5⭐️ Cleanliness-5⭐️ Service 10⭐️ I was visiting with my friend who lives in Parkville. She suggested Nick & Jake’s for dinner. What a great recommendation! The restaurant is very nice inside and outside. It’s also pretty big. They had originally sat us on the bar side where everyone was watching basketball. We asked to be moved to the dining room side where it was a little more quiet. They immediately brought out a snack plate of grapes and crackers for my friend’s young daughter. I thought that was a great idea! Eric was our waiter. He was GREAT! We ordered the shrimp macaroni and cheese and the potstickers as an appetizer. They were both very good! He recommended the grilled salmon dinner for me and it was a huge hit! I ate every bite! My daughter had the salmon BLT; and my friend split a fried chicken salad with her daughter because she said the salads are HUGE! Sure enough, even though they had split it, neither one of them could finish their half of their salad. My daughter was also unable to eat half of her sandwich and fries. We were able to finish the mac and cheese. 😋 I had a delicious glass of Sauvignon Blanc and my daughter had a strawberry Basil lemonade. My friend had ordered a chicken pot pie to go, but I think the waiter forgot to put the order in so we had to wait a while for it to be done. They gave it to her at no charge, so that was nice of them. I would definitely come back here again. Everything was top notch!

Came here for dinner on St. Patrick’s day. Was told an hour and a half wait but it was only about 45. We got the corned beef and cabbage and the corned beef appetizer. It was amazing!!! Very flavorful in all the items. We also got the carrot cake and it was sooo good. It’s pricey but the size you get is a lot to eat some there and to take home.

I am a bit disappointed with my order today. I got chicken fingers and feel like they have not been fried properly. When I tried them before, they were juicy, tender and tasty. Not this time unfortunately :(. I wish I have looked at them before buying to go.

Not at all what I expected, and that wasn't bad whatsoever. I've always been under the impression that N&J's was a sports bar, but I was surprised when it had more of a relaxed steak house vibe. We were sat instantly, and our server Ian (Wonderful) immediately greeted us and recommended some specials for us. Went with the 12oz surf & turf special, and it was delicious. The cuts were delicious, and the cajun sauce on the steak/shrimp was fantastic. Definitely coming back soon!

This is a great classy restaurant. Tons of great items on the menu. Very nice for sit down or to go. I tend to get the same thing and Ian on their to-go staff has made a point to learn my name and remember my order. Appreciate the great service for my needy order! Thanks Ian and team!

Waiter was on top of my refills. Food was exceptional. Great atmosphere and could see the managers constantly checking on everything in the restaurant. Worth every penny and a great date location.

I love Nick and Jake’s food and menu. There really isn’t anything that I have tried that I have been disappointed with. My favorite is the Ahi Tuna and the Asian Chicken Salad. I like the Steak Soup, Bruschetta, Smoky Chicken Pasta, Carrot Cake. If you are close or in the area I recommend you go and try it out.

Mostly it has a old classic look to it that I've been to this place before but it's been over a year that I was set by the bar had the French dip it was good mostly it was prime rib what they have on their menu the french fries did needed a cook a little bit more and service was still good.

Always a winner! Impeccable service!! Relaxed and fun atmosphere, especially the large open bar. Consistent, perfectly prepared, food with a few options not seen at other restaurants. My 'go-to' choice for a very positive experience.

It's a tradition for us to stop in after we land from MCI. I love this place. The food, the service especially Chase and everything else. Everything we have ordered comes out delicious. Reubens sandwich, chicken pot pie, cran bisque, chicken and waffles, and burgers are a few things we've had.

👍👍 After years of trying wings across the midwest, I finally found a place that appreciates true Buffalo style wings. The outside was crispy, the meat was tender and juicy and pulled from the bone as it should. The meat didn’t “fall off” the bone but it pulled nicely from the bone as it should. The sea...
