We decided to have breakfast at Spectators since we were staying in Sheraton hotel for a conference. When we arrived, the place was not busy so it took about 10 minutes for someone to notice we were at the hostess station. Upon seeing us, it was another 5 minute wait before we were seated. We were sat at a booth for our breakfast. So we waited another ten minutes before our waitress came over. We ordered our juice and breakfast items. As we were in conversation, we finally received our juice. Usually, the waitress would ask if we needed straws are not, oh not not this place. We asked three different waitresses for a straw. I know we were ignored plenty of times due to the way we were dressed. Finally, after begging for a straw we received one. Once our food arrived (chicken waffles), it was not what I dreamed of. The waitress delivered our items and said "have a nice day". I was like, hmmm...that means she will not be back to our table to check on us. Boy, was I right. The chicken was semi-burned without any flavoring. The item I enjoyed the most were the potatoes. Here is the kicker part - a customer of a different race was seated next to us and he was dressed almost like we were. He received top-notch service. The waitress immediately acknowledged him and read him the entire menu and all. I was like 'wow'. Kind of sad that we received the service that we did. Never judge anyone by their appearance, you never know who the person is.

Overall they’re pretty good. The atmosphere, I feel, is a bit confusing. It’s “Spectators” and is trendily decorated with sports memorabilia and art, but the rest of the ambiance is upper-scale. Like I said, overall lovely place to grab a beer, just a bit pricey.

For a hotel restaurant and pub the food was actually pretty good as I enjoyed a barbeque pulled pork sandwich....as pictured, the sauce was wonderful and the sweet potato. My waiter was excellent and very attentive. Enjoyable experience

Overall the food was good and we only waited 10 mins for food after ordering. We had 4 adults and 2 kids under five. It’s not a good place to take little kids, but we went there for convenience at dinner time while staying in the hotel. The waitress was nice but very soft spoken. It was clean. The beef tip taco and loaded tots were great.

It is one of the best hotel restaurants I have ate at. The food is good and the staff are excellent! From management to the servers they hustled and went out of their way to be accommodating. With so many conferences and people to accommodate they really did a great job!

Can’t comment on food since we sat at a table for nearly 20 minutes with zero acknowledgment from the girl who was standing behind the bar, leaving only to serve the two tables on either side of us. She avoided eye contact with me the entire time. What looked to be a manager stood with her back to me chatting with a person at the bar the whole time we sat there. My kids were so hungry that we got up and left. On the way out, I told the manager we were leaving because we had received no service and she shrugged and said, “oh, sorry about that.” Shame we are staying at this hotel for a conference.

Overall a good hotel restaurant. Nothing more, nothing less.

Very disappointing place. The food is not very good and is priced way too high for what you get. Service was quite slow. The spinach dip was ok, the potato skins were pretty good. The gumbo came out cold, nearly refrigerator cold.

My Friend group would do happy hour here after work because it was close to most of our offices. It's reasonable priced cocktails for crown center, though we are now on the hunt for a new bar as they recently stopped validating the parking when you bought stuff there. A tab of $78 should be more of a value for the business than the $12 dollars we had to pay for parking for 2 hours. Then again they probably don't care about local business, it is in a hotel 🤷‍♂️

Had the omelet and Cuban sandwich while staying at the hotel which was surprisingly good. For a hotel restaurant it's better than I expected and would go back again. Ate with a friend and they had similar thoughts. Service was prompt and atmosphere is calm.

Closed at least hour earlier than Fri-Sat hours advertised by the hotel. Thanks!

The drinks were fine. However, the room with the bar has a weird smell. It reminds me of a bathroom, you can smell the moisture. If you’re sensitive to smells, have a backup option.

Your mandarin orange in your salad has been sitting all day it is fermented when I ate it. Your salad peas has is sour as it has gone bad, you are in a sheraton buisness hotel. Have some food standards and integrity instead of using old FERMENTED CANNED MANDARIN ORANGE!! BEEN SITTING AROUND SO LONG IT HAS BEEN FERMENTED!!!

We went here last night. The place was busy with no enough servers. They took forever to get out order, way too long to bring waters, and the food was barely like warm by the time we got it. Never refilled our water, didn’t bring plates after being asked since the kids shared a meal. They took way too long to bring the check. It was seriously ridiculous. We had gone once before and it was pretty good but it was awful last night.

Nice bar and food was good. Service was a little slow, but I was also there at a busy time.

IF YOU ARE FROM OUTA TOWN, DO NOT EAT HERE FOR KC BBQ. The coleslaw with the onions- excellent. The fries- hot n fresh. The ribs and burnt ends- horrible, tasted a couple days old, reheated, dry, and hard to swallow. With only 4 other customers in the place, why did it take 35min to bring out the old meat. If you order the gooey cake for dessert expect another 20min.wait.

Service was good and fast, then I was the only person at the bar 2 in the afternoon. Food wasn't bad at all, little on the pricey side.

Horrible service my son and I sat at a table for 15 minutes and no one even ask us what we would like to drink. Not even a hello.
