I just ordered Quiznos on door dash. My food was not prepared correctly. So many things missing off our sandwiches. My veggie sandwich was supposed to have everything on it except black olives. It was missing mushrooms lettuce pickles tomato guacamole basically everything but the damn olives. Covered in olives. I spent 55$ on food I didn't want because they didn't make it right. Very very disappointed.

Ordered 12in mesquite chicken. Plenty of chicken but lettuce was slimy tomatoes were too. Like they were from yesterday. Ordered broccoli soup... It wasnt even remotely warm. Im so disapointed! What a waste of 20bucks

Stood in line waiting while they filled sauce bottles. Even though there was a line of people to place orders. I wanted to order an Italian minus the ham. They didn't have any extra meat. They wouldn't use one of the prepared packets to make my 2 sandwiches. Just don't understand why. They lost a sale and now have a very angry customer. 😡

Here for a volleyball tournament. I understand it’s Sunday, but 2 blocks from the convention center you’d think this place would be more prepared for events like this. Some of our party ordered online, which wasn’t ready for pick up and some ordered when they got to the sandwich shop. Had no tomatoes and other veggies. Workers were rude and to top it off, after walking back to the convention center after we ordered everything, one of the girls (player) opened her sandwich (12in) and pulled it apart to find a long hair stretch out of it. Had to throw it away. One star isn’t deserved at all.

Fast friendly service. Employees are polite and expedient. Food was delicious and hearty. Order was completed in a reasonable matter of time. Highly recommend coming to this location

I am not a big fan of hot/ toasted sub. I will order something else off the menu that don't need toasting.

The food is consistently good, but the location is a bit odd and doesn't really feel like a restaurant. Also, the plain water on the soda machine has been out for weeks and since I don't drink soda or lemonade I have to eat my sandwich with no drink to help the dryness that can happen with the bread. Good food but understaffed and inadequate equipment to service a reasonable number of lunch seekers.

The sandwich was delicious but the guy making them was moving like a sloth. We were the only customers in the place and he was more interested in talking to his coworker and making his own food before finishing our sandwiches. He let our sandwiches sit at the end of the oven for almost 5 mins before completing them.

The ingredients themselves are fresh, the food is good...but so far this store is at a 3 out of 3 on inaccuracy. Each time I've gone to the store it feels like they're training a new person. The employees are friendly, but they sure do not seem to know what ingredients go on their sandwiches. First chicken carbonara had no mushrooms, second one had no bacon. The first sandwich I got was a Turkey, Bacon, Guacamole...and they forgot the Guacamole. Someone really needs to step in and instill some kind of standards for accuracy and consistency.
