Lovely
little
place
in
Overland
Park.
I
wouldn’t
call
it
a
“learning
experience”
but
it
is
an
experience.
Lots
of
farm
animals
to
look
at,
goats
and
sheep
to
pet,
weirdly,
a
bobcat
pair
to
admire,
the
wild
animals
made
me
a
bit
uncomfortable,
especially
the
bald
eagle
who
seemed
stressed).
We
happened
to
go
the
first
time
during
October,
so
we
were
able
to
take
the
wagon
down
to
Pumpkin
Hallow.
Like
most
of
the
farm,
it
was
lawless,
depending
on
parents
to
police
their
kids.
We
were
able
to
keep
our
son
from
being
trampled
or
shoved
off
the
hay
pile,
but
I
recommend
keeping
a
weather
eye
out.
The
blacksmith
was
pretty
cool.
I
enjoyed
chatting
with
her.
In
general,
despite
parental
anxiety,
our
son
had
a
great
time,
and
we
would
definitely
return.
Outside
food
and
drink
are
not
allowed
into
the
farm,
but
there
are
picnic
tables
outside.
Your
ticket
is
good
for
the
entire
day
of
coming
and
going.
