This is the worst place ever. First of all it is in a very questionable area. Second, unlike what their advertising tells you, the do not have microwaves or refrigerators. The rooms are dirty. My daughter's sink has been broken for days and they won't fix it or give her a new room or anything. They just keep telling her they will send somebody right down but no one ever comes. For all this she pays $72 per night! Way, way too much for a dirty room with no refrigerator or microwave. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!!

Appeared to be a homeless encampment in the parking lot including barbecuing on shopping carts. Kids running all over the hallways and balconies. Big broken pool in the middle, no phone, microwave or fridge in the room. The room itself was REALLY worn out, dirty carpet, reeked of smoke. (I had asked for non-smoking.) I was STILL going to stay there out of a sense of adventure but my room didn't get wifi and THAT was a deal breaker for me. Front desk guy was nice though and said he'd try to find me a room with wifi but I had already been messing with it for a half hour so I declined since I had an appointment to keep. I could see paying maybe $30 for this camp-style accommodation, but not $74. I'm super sad for this crumbling place. I can tell that it use to be nice.

Not the best hotel. Stayed a night with my partner and the man at the front desk was very rude to us. We dismissed it and went to our room. We opened the door to be greeted with patched holes in the walls, folding chairs, tape on the walls, a long cord hanging down from the TV stretching across the wall and out by the door. Bathroom had tape over the faucet.. and someone else’s soap in the bathtub. We also found a USED wash cloth on the back of the door. Bed came with two swishy pillows and was on top of what looks like wood pallets? Only lights where the bathroom mirror as the room only had two plug ins.. one for the Tv and one for the bathroom. The ceiling is chipping off, and other residents could be heard outside arguing around my car. WiFi worked okay, the TV had a lag/ stutter. Found dead bugs all over the place Definitely don’t recommend this place. Would not be returning.

When I first booked the room we booked it because it said it came with breakfast and a pool. When we got there the receptionist was very rude and we found out that our room didn't come with a microwave or a fridge as they had a limited supply. The room had no lighting except for the bathroom area and was really hard to see. There were no lamps just a big window with curtains that led to a main busy noisy hallway behind the office. The bathroom tile floor was wet and the carpet closest to the bathroom was as well. Later we would realize that our room also didn't come with towels, washcloths, pillows, a clock, or a trashcan. We did end up getting some pillows finally from housekeeping. The housekeeper was the nicest person we met and the only reason we stayed. The pool was covered in a tarp and not maintained at all. You could hear frogs coming from it at night. I feel bad for staying there and not leaving and getting a refund as it was the worst hotel room I've ever been in. I went with my 3 year old and husband and I felt like I had let them down because I picked the hotel and I couldn't even put my daughters milk in a fridge. Good thing I packed a cooler. This was listed as poor but there needs to be a lower rating. The neighborhood was not good and I don't think it's a place I should have had my family. Will never be making that mistake again. My husband said thar there was mold under the sink so I made sure I took pictures of the room so you can see what it really looks like and not what they posted which was fake.

The manager is completely disgruntle and rude. I'd requested a late checkout since my ride wasn't able to get there til noon. She would only allow me to stay til 11:30. There was no lobby whatsoever and I had to wait outside. I'd went in to use the bathroom and the manager actually yelled at me! Said I couldn't use the restroom. I told her I was a customer and very pregnant, she told me she did not care it wasn't her problem! There were roaches all over the room, the worst I've ever seen in my life. There was a hot tub in my room but didn't work, I was told none of the jacuzzi rooms had working jets or leaked. But they advertise they have them. The place was very dirty. Gum was stuck on the floor and the regular shower and tub didn't drain all the way down even after sitting there all night. No remote, and once it was found and brought to me, still no television as no channels even came in. The pool outside is covered and filled with filth. I don't recommend going here, butaybe the health department should be informed of the conditions here.

There was one light in my room which was in the bathroom. My mini fridge had been removed. The desk had spilled water. The bathroom had water all over the ground. Loud tenants in other rooms were very disruptive all night long. But I guess if you're into that type of stuff.... This is definitely your place.

Took one look at the room and walked out. I didn’t even care about getting a refund I just needed to get out of there. The room had trash all over like someone had been staying in there. The sheets were filthy with stuff all over them. Shady people walking around, broken down cars in the parking lot. Stay away

I would not abandon a dog in the room they put us in. Drove 9 hours from Wisconsin just be traumatized. It's not a good first impression for my friends to visit Kansas City.

This place is very disgusting,,they have roaches in the rooms and the rooms stink!!!! I went into 3 rooms and found them all to be the exact same roach infested and nasty. The rooms don’t look like they are even cleaned correctly. The owner needs to gut these rooms and rebuild ASAP!!!

I'm not usually one to leave a review but this one has to be done. They didnt say nothing about the guest roaches id be sharing my room with! The room smells like mildew, curtains barely cover the floor to ceiling window, air conditioning sound like a dirtbike,the TV has to be every bit of 22 inches, my weirdly placed dresser is missing a drawer, thr wall socket has no cover. The BATHROOM is crazy its has a hanging vent a hole in the ceiling with dripping water. The back of the toilet doesn't even go with the toilet lastly outside my room smells strongly of urine. Long story short just sleep in the car..

The staff there was very much the heart and more so, the only obvious reason this hotel is still in business. Staff was warm, friendly, polite and appropriately accommodating. ... Management however, was an entirely different experience. For starters, many of the 'extended length stay' guests reported the manager herself, Terry, to be short, sharp and highly unwelcoming. Responses upon questioning guests as well as staff included but is not listed in entirety: Terry herself is reportedly known for; • profiling, conflict escalation, making guests feel uncomfortable. Over charging guests for damages in rooms that were preexisting to guests arrival. ..... ect. ext. ...

Rooms are gross plumbing isn't good. Stains on bedding and had to ask for pillows that were also gross. Had to change from the room I was initially given because it had previously flooded and still smelled awful and had stains all around the bottom of the walls and carpet. I spent a good majority of the time not at the motel and returned to find that my key didn't work and when the front desk employee saw me and what room I was at he said they locked my room because I supposedly took my money back. Thinking they were mistaken that I no longer wanted the room and me explaining that no that wasn't the case he called the woman, who I assume was the manager and was also the one working the front desk at the time of my check-in, so that we could straighten things out. But instead she proceeded to accuse me of stealing the money back after I'd given it to her saying it was on camera that I reached over the counter and grabbed the money after I'd given it to her. I told them that absolutely was not the case and if they would like to show me the footage of me doing so I would gladly leave the motel without issue she then said "we will go ahead and let you stay for the night" This seemed to me to be an obvious scam attempt but I stayed since it was late. There were no other issues other than recieving a knock on the door at just after 4 in the morning from a strange man that walked away when I opened the curtain and asked him what he wanted.

The legendary jacuzzi tub does exist I know it's one in room 108 but it doesn't work

I am disabled with a special Needs son we stayed at this hotel and we were eating Alive by bed bugs when we made a complaint they kicked us out and kept our money I plan on filing a lawsuit we had to throw all of our clothes and shoes away and was put on the streets with no money in the rain the owner tried to have me sign some sketchy note saying he would give me $160 back out of almost a thousand the note he had pre-reading said no further action would be taken so I would not sign it because I do indeed plan to file suit if they don't offer me some type of settlement I went to the hospital I have medical records and everything I have video of their employees and that they knowingly put me in a room with the city needs to close this

This place is sketchy. And scary. The guy behind the nasty window in the poorly lit square at check in was missing most of his teeth, was wobbling side to side, and I could smell the liquor, despite the tiny holes in the window. The first thing he said to me was "where is your car?" I pointed to it. There were several other shady people that looked homeless milling around the office. The guy took my card and my id and told me to pull my car forward so he could see it better. He then disappeared into the back. He returned without my card and id, gave me a slip of paper to fill out and said they were looking for my reservation. He left again. He then walked through the "office" and through a side door and disappeared behind another door. He returned and said they couldn't find my reservation and did I know how much the website was supposed to charge me. I got into my email and found my confirmation number and provided it to him. That did not seem to help. I booked though booking.com and they did not provide me with a total. The homeless looking drink man than disappeared AGAIN! Still I do not have my card or ID. He finally returns with my card and ID and basically tells me "there's no room at the inn" and that they couldn't figure out the reservation. I interrupt him and tell him we will find somewhere else. Meanwhile, my husband and hy son were waiting on the care. They both felt unsafe and my husband said he saw several interactions that looked like drug exchanges. Not safe. I now have put fraud alerts on my acct.

Booked a room here because it was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for…I didn’t even end up staying because first off from outside you can see broken glass on the windows, some of which were boarded up. There was clearly people living in this place and it was very sketchy looking. The building itself looks like it should be condemned, there’s cars with flat tires all in the parking lot, bullet proof glass separating you from the front desk person…you get the picture.

Terry the manager is rude, unprofessional and bitter at the world. How is this place even still running? I've had people walk straight in my room which was bug infested because the front desk gave them the wrong room key or something. Also another time I was staying there they gave me a key and I walked up to this room with my young daughter to see that it was occupied, putting myself and my daughter at danger. Hardly anything works in these rooms they are all falling apart and disgusting. It was a nightmare having to stay at this hotel. By far the worst one I've ever been to. Somebody needs to fire Terry, her trifling, no teeth having as needs to go work for some place that doesn't deal with people. Also no microwave no refrigerator and I was there for months. Not to mention one day when I left I went into my room to see none of my things were there front desk said that there was a mistake and they moved me rooms and the people that got my old room took my stuff all the way to the front desk and I had items stolen from me. Also no pool no breakfast like it says. And they gave me dirty towels most of the time and there was blood on my sheets when I first got in also. Your reply was a lie. Infact they offered me a free night after that happened but I stayed somewhere else. I spent a lot of time and money here trust me I know what's going on . I had to check if my last room was occupied before getting it cuz staff didn't "feel like it"... Not to mention if u drug test all ur trust Worthy and honest workers I believe they're all tweaking.. I have no reason to lie, my daughter and I are no longer homeless. That back handed apology while telling me I'm lying is also pretty unprofessional. Somebody lied to u and it wasn't me.

I still feel as if one star is being really generous. This was one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in lower priced hotels many times before. The bedframe is made out of two by fours, and The headboard was peeling and was just nasty looking. The two nightstands had lovely cigarette burns in them and the room still smelled of smoke as did the pillows if you happen to move your head on them at all. The bathroom tile have sewage seeping out from underneath it and the smell was so nasty we had to keep the door shut which was a huge disadvantage because that was really the only light we had for the bathroom area at all. The other lamp in the room was close to the door and did not provide enough light to see in the sink area because those lightbulbs were flickering and going out themselves. We were provided with two towels two hand towels and two bars of soap. The carpet was so nasty and sticky I didn’t dare place my bare feet on it. The tenants around us you could hear all night through the hallway riding the motorcycles up and down while we were trying to sleep. I highly suggest you do not stay here and find something else.

My husband and I reserved. A room here and it is atrocious and I'm being nice to say the least. The carpet was wet I don't know why, numerous of crumbs are on the floor, whoever was here before us their shaved hair was left in the sink. That is not okay yes as much as it is affordable for the night that doesn't give it an excuse for people who not doing their job. I do not recommend coming here. Do better! Especially when you guy got bad reviews and saying sorry isn't going to fix it don't just say it do it.

No microwave in the room, no iron, the room was average at best. Then I went to sleep, and when I got on that bed I did not want to get up in the morning. It's like they spent all of their money on awesome beds, but since I needed a good night's sleep, I guess that is a good thing.

Paid 75$ cause it was a Friday so weekend rate I guess for a room that had no phone furniture or anything else in it. The bathtub was disgusting and the picture on the TV didn't even come in clear. This was the worst hotel ever stayed in

Very disappointing. Poor facilities. Room needs a face-lift. Members of staff helpful and apologetic. Booked rhrougth booking.com. was given a half refund. No breakfast available. Suitable for back packers. Not good for families.

Stayed there for a couple days and I’m the midst of all that they found a dead body of a man. The rooms stink and aren’t properly maintained as well as the plumbing being so bad I couldn’t even use the bathroom. This is definitely a trap house motel instead of a business and they give paying customers a curfew of 11pm. Recommend to go to a different motel/hotel to stay.

This hotel was filthy I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any 1 it was roach and net infested when I left my room I accidentally left my Jordans shoes I called an informed the front desk they told me they would b at the front desk....they wasn't....an then the excuse they gave me is they're not responsible for things left in room....so if we like what u left and we keep it ...it's ur fault for leaving it.. crooks an thieves n no morals don't spend ur money with them it isn't worth it

Where should I start other then Mr.Pashel this is for you but from what I understand you don't care. I dedicated my time my love my life to this place of business I had the cleanest room in this place I helped any and everyone I could but I was fired for making a key to my best friends room when previously we stayed together then she got her own room which we still had keys to eacothers rooms and when she paid rent to me I was working the desk I reset both our keys. Other reason I was fired was I sold some 16 year old Xanax in the parking lot yet that day and time they said I did that I never left the office from the time I went in at 3 and got off at 11 I told Terri look at the cameras and she just yelled and cussed me. I absolutely love the people here but the way I was treated was absolutely not right. I was only trying to help make it a better place and I can 100% guarantee you there is no one who can say different. I have videos and pics and more but it doesn't matter all I wanted was to be treated with respect
