The ENT Physicians are so kind and laid back, they really make patients feel comfortable. They are very thorough and really spend time with their patients. The Dermatologists are so incredibly smart and knowledgeable. Overall I would highly recommend this practice!

I had extreme sore throat snd ear. my family doc got me in to see Lela Miller although dr Christensen came in to finish the procedure it was a very hard procedure I have a tiny mouth snd strong gag reflex snd they drained my tonsil snd nearby area. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their manner and description of what they were doing and they were serious about remedying my condition

This was one the best experiences I’ve had in a medical office before. The building and office were easy to find. It was a clean and welcoming environment. Before I could sit down after checking in, I was being called to the back. I was greeted by Ebony. She had an amazing personality. She was personable and took the time to talk to me outside of asking medical questions. After talking to her, I was sold on this office. Dr. Miller was just as great. She was in the room less than a minute after Ebony left. She took the time to listen to my symptoms and concerns. I didn’t feel rushed at all. She answered all of my questions and helped me better understand my options going forward. I feel comfortable and trusting of her recommendations. This experience was outstanding, and I recommend to anybody looking for an ENT.

Anyone who gives this clinic a bad review is out of their mind. I've been seeing Dr. Christensen at MMS for 5 years and he is the best in the city. He's helped correct things that other doctors screwed up in the past and is a great problem solver. He doesn't just write Rx to get you out the door like many do. Absolutely hands down wonderful. Staff is courteous, respectful of time (apologized for me waiting in a room for 5 minutes? :) ) and patient centric.

Midwest Medical Specialists will take your breath away! ... actually, they will do the exact opposite! I went to see them with significant issues regarding my nose breathing and they immediately recognized that I required surgery to fix it. Long story short, they took fantastic care of me, fixed my nose significantly, and provided absolutely stellar aftercare as well. If I had to do it all over again, I'd definitely choose to go see them.

I went to see Leila Miller because of my ears were infected. I was not there 15 minutes and she had it figured out. The bad part was, I was being treated for this ear infection for three months by this other doctor. I really like Leila and she really know's her stuff. When it comes to my ears I will be seeing her before I see anyone else.

My daughter was refused service to get her trachea exchanged out because she didn't have Photo ID. My daughter is 35yrs old severely disabled and has no reason for Photo ID and her insurance has paperwork that I'm her legal guardian and I sign everything but that rude respectionist would not listen all she wanted was my daughter photo ID. My daughter got out in this heat and overheated and her oxygen dropped to 82 and she didn't get her trach exchanged out. Horrible horrible place and don't try call they never answer phone I was on hold with them while I was walking into there office and respectionist was just sitting at her desk doing nothing . I was wanting let them know that stop light in front of there building is out and we where late because traffic was backed up for mile.
