The place is good! My ratings are for the employees and their customer service. We were just there Saturday and went to check out, I get it that people uses card a lot instead of cash but we had to buy the soda pop with cash since we forgot and it’s only a $1.27 so don’t want to run a card for that price. I gave the cashier $10.27 so my change should be $9.00 however it was our next stop which was 30 minutes away when I realized my change was short of $2. When my daughter took out the change which were wrapped by the receipt it was only $7 and so I called back and the lady on the phone said you will have to wait until tomorrow morning when they count their drawers to check if they are short or over $2 and they will call you back. And so I gave her my number and I haven’t heard until now. Of course it’s only $2 but that’s my money and it can make a difference for me. I’m starting to think that she didn’t rely the message or they just don’t care about their customer. Terrible customer service! I called to let them know about it and you know just a simple sorry and we’ll fix it or take care of it for you would be enough and be a good customer service but instead she said said I’ll have to wait..? I mean it’s my change and it was your mistake so why would I wait? Haven’t heard anything since yesterday morning when they said they will call, so I’ll probably be calling their corporate.

Look 4 a purse. 2 big for my taste & expensive. There is this chair I want for 299.00

Hello, how are you, thank you for responding but I want to let you know my discomfort at this time regarding one of your employees. I come from wanting to make a return and the treatment I have received has been horrible. I wanted to return one of the dog food. It turns out that my dog almost suffocated and I return it and the store manager said that she didn't care that my dog was suffocating, that was so terrible that they can have that type of staff, the comment she made is outrageous and I am a frequent customer of that store and from today on I will never I will buy from none of your stores again. You should train your staff to show more empathy with customers

Store was very clean. They've done some rearranging. Seem to have pretty good sales on the clearance.

I had a really bad experience at this store never recommend going there management sucks I went for a return because I purchased my dog some bones and it turned out when I gave my dog the bone my dog started choking and was unable to breath so I decided to return it and they denied it because it was open when I literally only used one and I explained to the cashier it was a choking hazard for my dog and the manager told the lady the she didn't care if my dog died but she would not accept the returned and I didn't do it for the money because it was $14.99 but still management shouldn't be talking like that to customers.

This is one of my wife's favorite stores. If we are in Grandview, we have to stop and check out the bargains.
