Really liked being able to make an appointment. Was seen quickly. Receptionist very nice. The NP, Taylor Donohue, was fantastic. Great personality and great bedside manners. I was there for poison ivy. He had a great sense of humor and extremely knowledgeable! You have a winner with him!!

Went in as a walk-in (didn't pre book appointment in app) around 9am. Seen the doctor who sent me to X-ray, then back to see the doctor and was out about 11am. I'm pleased with that. It is especially convenient JCMG express care on Stadium has X-ray in the same building. Very pleased with the efficiency of care I received.

Best Urgent care experience i have had in town. The NP took time to hear my concerns, explained things well, and had an amazing bedside manner! Scheduling an appt was so easy online, wait time was minimal. I will be going to them over any other place in town now.

Very good express care appointment on 9-16-23. Office staff were professional and friendly. Technician taking vitals and swabbing for lab test did a great job. Physician / Practitioner was amazing. Highly recommend.

from the ladies at the desk to the nurse to the help my daughter received, it was a great experience. they were all so kind and helpful. we were in and out in a little over an hour. great experience!

We have had great experiences at JCMG Express Care. The NP Taylor is amazing and really listens. He is always swamped, but never makes us feel rushed when we are with him. We had an appointment and got in and out with in 45 mins, that is with waiting on test results...I am always pleased.

They got me in as quickly as possible and diagnosed what was wrong and prescribed medication and sent it to the pharmacy and then told me what to do in the meantime till I get my medication. It was quick and I was home by 10:30 am!

Walked in and only waited 35 minutes to be seen. NP Taylor Donahue was quick and thorough. The staff was friendly and quick! Great place to go when you need to be seen.
