Terrible management, loud obnoxious neighbors with razor thin walls, brown grass and dying shrubs if you’re not a road-facing unit. Mouse droppings everywhere if you’re a first floor unit. Extremely overpriced for what you’re getting and absolutely no effort to even maintain this place year over year. Stay long enough and your rent will skyrocket and your quality of living will most definitely continue to decline. With so many rental options do yourself a favor and skip this apartment.

I have been a resident for 10 years without complaint. The property is in excellent condition and very well maintained. The units are truly luxury apartments with very nice upgrades and spacious garages. If you are looking for an upscale rental community this is the one in the KC metro.

Mansions at Canyon Creek is a beautiful property to live in and the staff here goes above and beyond. They are always available to assist with any queries or requests. The management team's was friendly and approachable, and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. Their genuine care for the well-being and satisfaction of residents is evident in every interaction. The place is also very clean and nice. I really recommend Mansions at Canyon Creek!

I'd like to share my most recent maintenance visit by Luke Poe. What stands out is how this occurred. One day last week, Luke responded to a service request to fix a leaking toilet. At the end of that fix, we casually ask Luke about another leak we've noticed from the ice maker in the refrigerator. After about 10 seconds of looking at the problem area, he new what had to be done, said he would order the part and return in a couple of days to resolve the issue. Within a short time, the part arrived, Luke was back to install it and we were back in business. In our experience, Luke has always conducted himself in a professional manner, both congenial and with the required knowledge. He is one of the best we have encountered with the "old school" demeanor. Keep this young man around as long as you can! Tenants of unit 1303.

First, its important to recognize how incredible the management and the community is. Susan is absolutely incredible. She did everything to make our move seamless and easy. Susan has gone above and beyond to make sure that we are happy with our apartment and our time here at The Mansions. The community is meticulously maintained and all of the neighbors are incredibly kind. As far as maintenance is concerned, Kael and Luke are a one of a kind. They are quick, efficient, and prompt to say the least. They make sure things are fixed and do not stop until the job is complete. On top of that, they are just good people. What is great about this place that is like none other, is that these were condo's (almost like town homes), that were then bought out by Hickock, the management company. So you're paying an incredibly fair price for essentially what is a fully blown house. I've never seen an apartment with the garage space and living space that these have. They are truly fantastic. I rented an apartment at Mansions for two years. It has a nice suburban setting away from traffic and noise. Each building sort of looks like a mansion with a lot of varying roof lines. There are a lot of trees. My apartment had an amazing view of a small pond with a fountain. The clientele of Mansions is a step above most apartment complexes; a lot of professional types make it their home. I never felt like I had to worry about safety. What I liked best of all though was the management staff. Susan and Dwight are very good to work with. They keep the grounds up and take care of issues when they arise. The few times when there was an issue with my apartment, Dwight took care of it quickly. It is a good place to live. I left because I bought a home, otherwise I would still live at the Mansions at Canyon Creek.

Being new to Canyon Creek, we’ve been very pleased with Luke’s performance in handling our maintenance needs. Most recently: Coming into cold weather the gas to our fireplace had not been set up. Luke worked with the gas company to make sure we had gas to our unit, got it primed and flowing. He is always friendly and efficient. A joy to have around.

On our second year here. Great community. We transferred to a larger unit as we wished to remain here. Susan Anderson made sure all went well with our concerns. Luke,Kale and Theo have been excellent fixing any issues we have had quickly. Nice quiet place to live .
