    The Exercise Coach is great for personal training that zeros in on muscle growth. The facility is neat, clean, great equipment that challenges and amazing coaches that train the correct form for best results. Highly recommend!

    Disclosure: I am not an exercise fan. However, I look forward to my workouts at The Exercise Coach. All the coaches are positive and welcoming. I never regret my workouts. It is hard to believe but I actually look forward to working out. I am amazed at the strength I have gained in just two 20-minute workouts a week. I have been doing this for a year and look forward to many more workouts at the Exercise Coach! Thanks Sabrina and the team!!

    I love the exercise program at The Exercise Coach! My strength and stamina have already increased a lot, and I've only been coming for a few months. The coaches are fantastic, very upbuilding, and supportive. Sabrina, the owner, is amazing. This is the only program I have been able to stick with. Even though it takes only 20 minutes, it really works!

    Sabrina and her staff members are very knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging during my fitness journey. They listen and give appropriate feedback. The exercise plan works well and quickly. The machines are intuitive and give real time feedback for every repetition. I look forward to every workout and encounter w the trainers. They are the best!!

    Since I have joined I have dropped a dress size, increased my muscle mass and I have more energy now than I have had in several years. I can easily run up 3 flights of stairs! Not shabby for 60-something grandma!!! The staff is super supportive, I have signed up for another 6 months!! Grab your sneakers and bottle of water and come out to exercise for 20 minutes twice a week and I promise you won’t regret it!!!!

    I wish I could give even more stars to The Exercise Coach - Liberty. I'm so thankful I saw their ad offering two free sessions. I had never worked out in my life so I almost dreaded going. I was blessed to be naturally thin into my 60's - but those days are long gone. I eat healthier than most people; but, the weight just kept adding up. Also, my blood sugar levels were increasing. I absolutely knew it was time to do something for my looks and my health. I could never believe it when people would say they liked working out. But, by my second free session, I was SOLD! I bought a package and am going to renew it. I love going. I love the one-on-one inspirational coaching, the fact that we only need two 20-minute sessions per week to see results, the techno-advanced equipment that measures my increase in strength every time I work out, the fact that the equipment is so advanced it literally prevents people from "over-doing" it, the semi-privacy, the cleanliness and more. Last, but not least, I am thrilled to see and feel the improvement in my body. It isn't happening overnight - but it's happening. I see it and I feel it.
