    COVID Alert!! Please read prior to eating here. First off, we waited about 30 minutes to be seated during a weekday, no big deal. Half capacity, we understand. We ordered our food and waited another 20-30 minutes. Again, no problem. Our food came out, this is where problems begin. My wife along with our 2 kids out enjoying our night. They bring our food out and forgot to bring out a meal for one of our sons. Mistakes happen, we understood. I ordered ”The Boss” cheeseburger that comes topped with brisket. I grabbed a piece of brisket and it was cold. Tasted cold and cold to the touch. I pulled the bun off and touched the rest of the brisket and all of it was cold. Almost like the brisket was setting in a water bag and they slapped it on top without warming. I asked the waiter where my sons meal was and Informed him of my issue with the cold brisket. I purposely knocked the brisket off so it made a mess on the paper to see how they handled it. 1) give me a new order or 2) warm it back up. Yes, option 2. My sons chicken strips came out along with my sandwich. The chicken strips were soggy grease filled rubber. My brisket was warm, but now my bun, cheeseburger and fries were cold. I maned up and started eating the other now cold items. THIS IS WHERE COVID COMES INTO PLAY!!! I looked up and witnessed our waiter basically blowing his nose, wiping his mouth in the lobby. He continued to put his mask on and went right back to work helping other customers and delivering meals. Flash back to when we arrived.... he sat our napkins down on the table and spread the palm of his hand all over our napkins. I noticed this and instantly tossed out that first napkin. It wasn’t until the end when I witnessed how he was wiping his nose and mouth. Could this person intentionally be spreading germs? You be the judge. I asked for the manager ( Mindy) after I saw this and I formed her of the entire ordeal, including what we witnessed about our waiter. She apologized about “his hygiene “, and said she would talk to him. At this point, damage was done. She worked out our bill. You can read my reviews, I don’t complain and are usually very understanding. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted. My wife use to have me take her to this location almost weekly when she was pregnant. This location has gone down hill. The lady at the front was nice and Mindy did all she could within her power to make good of this experience. I’m very cautious with COVID. If I test positive, this location will be looked at. Corporate: YOU CAN VIEW THESE TAPES. 3/16/21 approx 7:30 pm. Time stamped and dated. Please don’t message back with a generic link asking for feedback. I’m not saying I’ll never eat at Chili’s again, just not the Kansas City Legends location. **Update to Chili's response. No, there was no mention of replacing the meal. In fact, we were told this is just how they are and one of the most returned items on the menu. ??

    Service and margaritas were great. Shrimp was undercooked so I brought it up. Not to complain or remove from tab but more of a heads up. Waitress said she would take a piece to the manager. Nothing was mentioned about it afterwards and the tab was paid. At least acknowledge the problem and assure me it wouldn't happen again. Disappointing

    Probably will never go back to this location. Signed in waited 10 minutes to be seated to never be. There was only three tables with customers at them. Caught staff sitting at a booth pointing at us but no one got up to seat us. Left sat in our car waiting for the text our table was ready to never receive a table. Never in my life have I ever had a bad experience at Chili’s, this was a first and last I will go to this location.

    The food was delicious. Did not like how the waiter seem to rush you to order. When we did order, she stated ladies first. What if the man was ordering for the couple or the man was ready and the lady not. She messed up my order anyway. She gave me chicken I asked for steak... They need to address this lady. Welcome to Chili's! May I share some specials with you? And then, any cocktails or any other refreshments today?

    We went for my husband's birthday, and it was pretty died in there. I thought it would be quick, but no. We watch other people come in, get silverware and drinks, and after 10 minutes of realizing, I said something to the hostess. She said, oh and moved around some papers. With the manager standing right there, I asked my family if they wanted to go somewhere else. He didn't bother to accommodate us. He said sorry and let us walk out the door. This is twice in 3 months we had horrible service from neglect of the servers.

    My server was great. She did an amazing job.... the atmosphere was comfortable. I would have given it 5.0 star rating, but the queso was clumpy and cold and the strawberry lemonade tasted like a weak version of Kool-Aid brand pink lemonade. It was very light pink in color and not a hint of strawberry in it.

    The food was good. Our server was great when we could find her. There was a funky smell, like their mop head needed changing. Or they needed to change the mop water more often.

    Food is always delicious, service is always on point, never have to wait too long to get a table, if there is a wait at all. Good atmosphere for a date night, family dinner, or good take out. Good meal deals also! Love this restaurant and will continue to highly recommend!

    I take Google reviews serious. And try and resolve the issue with the company before leaving a review if it's not great. Getting a table here was really fast. Server came over right away and was enthusiastic and cheerful. We got no plates to go with the chips and salsa so I had to go ask the hostess. One of the meals came out wrong with hair on it. We asked for an additional side of dressing that never came. At this point it was probably time to talk to a a manager. He came over and was really helpful and went through all of our issues and said that he would take care of the wrong order right away. Server came back repeated back the wrong order so we had to correct her again. Then we started looking at the bill and noticed that we were still charged for the wrong order even though we had to wait for the new order to come out and by then everyone was done eating. Server came back over. We tried to talk about taking the charge off because now that person wasn't going to be able to eat until we got home. She argued about it said that she would cancel the order. And I said " no this is what we need to do". She looked at me like I had no right to say anything about what needed to happen. I told her to go get the manager again. She spun around said something snarky to another server and left. Manager came over apologized again, the server never apologized. The manager was very helpful. When our order came out we paid, the server just dropped the food on our table and walked away. She really doesn't need to be in customer service.

    The food was good the wait time was good as well for a Saturday night. The problem came when we paid for our meal and the waitress took the cash and said she would be right back. I watched her walk to a table where friends of hers were siting, she and a couple other workers walked over and started talking to them when they came in, took there order then went into the back. At least 10 minutes past and I was stood and was about to ask for a manager when she came back out of the back with her friends starters and salads. She then when back in the back and I waited another few minutes and walked up to the bar to ask for a manager. She then got our cash and brought it to the table without an apology. The person working at the bar came over and apologized and said it was her fault that she had forgot to bring our change over but the waitress had never gone over there until right before she brought us the change. It should not take longer to get your change then it does to be seated and order and receive your food. We were done eating around 8 and did not leave until 830.

    Have not eaten at Chili's in a long time until now that is mostly a southwestern Applebee's, Had their Berry lemonade to drink and had a double bacon ranch Burger it was yummy that was big and meaty with bacon and ranch on it and like it better than the burgers at Applebee's the service was slow and was not busy and would go back there sometime later

    So the service was bad , they weren’t attentive at all!! The food took forever to get out. Hell I could’ve went home and cooked the food. We waited 2 hrs and didn’t receive some our food until we were ready to go. Then when finally our ticket it was overcharged. I wouldn’t recommend.

    Ordered two of their "Smokehouse Combo" plates and was incredibly disappointed. Spent over $50 and the street corn was horribly old (like the corn kernels were complete mush old), the dry rub ribs were just a bland brown color with no flavor, and they even forgot to put any dressing in the coleslaw so it was just raw cabbage and carrots. I don't know who was working in the kitchen that night, but they really don't know what they're doing at this location.

    My Husband and I had a gift card from Christmas to use and went to Chili's for dinner this past Saturday. We both had Texas Cheese Fries and Burgers. Our server was friendly and attentive even though she was very busy, but the food was mediocre at best. Later that night we both woke up with severe stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea that we can only attribute to this dinner. I am 37 weeks pregnant and also had contractions and was afraid I was going to have to be admitted to the hospital as a result. Chili's used to be one of our go-to places, but we had not been in some time until this weekend and needless to say, we will not be returning. I don't typically like to leave bad reviews, but I am sincerely hoping I can help someone else avoid a similar experience.

    Alex's Santa Fe Burger. Wife got the Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Birth were excellent. Burger had just the right amount of spice. Chicken Sandwich so large my wife only ate half. Friendly staff. Went shopping at the Legends area and then had a great lunch.

    Came for dinner with my mom and brother around 6:30pm. Quickly greeted and sat by a young male hostess. The server Megan came to greet us a few seconds after being sat. She did a great job taking the orders, giving refills and checking in. All three of us enjoyed our meals. This month $5 margaritas tasted so good very sweet.

    Decent food. Wasn't busy at all yet took a while for somebody to even seat us. Nobody came back by the table to see if we needed anything once the food was delivered to the table. Luckily you can pay at the table.

    On two different occasions and two different locations I have taken my kids to lunch for Chili's. The food has been sub-par, wait staff needs better training and the cleanliness needs attention. Wouldn't recommend at this time

    The food was great, compliments to the chef. BUT my order was shorted a lot. After a week of emailing I have no answers. so i probably won't be going back to a chili's again.

    I have to give full props to this Chili's. The food is always good and usually the service is solid. We used them for takeout several times and really can't think of a time we've been disappointed except the asparagus isn't always great. Usually that's seasonal though.

    This was my first time eating at chili's. I found it ok, but not as good as I expected, the Cajun chicken pasta I ordered was dry, not enough sauce, I didn't eat it. My nephew and great neice got chicken strips they enjoyed but over priced for a chicken strip meal. Fries were nothing to rave over. The service was good, I can give the young server 5 stars but the food barely a 3

    Based on multiple outings to the restaurant located at The Speeday/Legends. Food has always been pretty good, nothing I'd return back to the kitchen, and the service is, as for most places these days, all over the place due to no one staying all that long. I'll rereview once we are long out of this pandemic and see if normalcy changes anything.

    Quality control/check for delivery orders needs a whole overhaul. Three separate orders in 2 weeks all missing Sauces for wings. I guess this store doesn't like handing out their extra sauce cups and just pockets the money. When talking to the manager informed that it is hard to train someone who is constantly getting complaints. Idk about anybody else but that is the person you want to train the most. Manager blatantly said it wasn't his problem that I need to go through door dash. Sorry but its right there on YOUR receipt that items should be in the bag how do you not check that? Oh and the best line from the manager "If you hate it that bad why don't you just stop coming here." Man what a great way to handle and retain customers. Nothing but excuses and dismissive attitude.

    Chili’s is always a good choice for a quick dine-in meal. Service is usually prompt and food prep is consistent between visits. My go-to is the Big Bacon BBQ burger carnivore style: 2 beef patties (1lb total), extra cheese, extra bacon, no bun and no condiments added). I usually donate my side to someone else at the table, cuz they won’t substitute more meat in its place LOL.

    My wife, 9 month old daughter and I were at this Chili’s for dinner on Tuesday evening, 12/01/2021. We don’t go out much but when we do we want and easy experience with good service. I believe our waiters name was Dre (per the receipt). He was very polite, engaging, caring and all in all on top of everything. We had the easy experience we were hoping for. The food was fresh and was served pretty quick. Service again, was amazing. The manager who’s name I didn’t get came to our table multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. I will be calling the restaurant to see when Dre works and we will definitely be back. Thank you for the excellent experience!
