Poor
service
with
good
food.
I'll
headline
it
with
this
-
my
wife
and
I
got
1
cocktail
each,
1
appetizer
each,
and
1
entree
to
split.
At
the
end,
it
cost
about
$110
including
tax,
tip
and
whatnot.
Fine.
Good
dinner
is
expensive,
especially
now.
However,
our
chief
complaint
was
not
with
the
food,
which
was
worth
it,
for
the
most
part.
Our
problem
was
the
service,
or
lack
thereof.
You
are
probably
going
to
get
better
service
at
an
Applebee's.
Why
do
I
say
this?
We
made
a
reservation
for
7:30.
We
showed
up
at
7:25
to
a
large
line.
We
thought
"Maybe
these
people
have
reservations
as
well?"
So
we
stood
there.
15
minutes
later
not
a
single
restaurant
employee
had
talked
to
us.
So
I
ventured
to
the
bar.
I
talked
to
a
bar
tender
and
alerted
her
to
the
fact
that
we
had
reservations
and
that
no
one
had
talked
to
us.
She
made
one
of
the
wait
staff
aware
but
otherwise
nothing
happened.
I
would
like
to
point
out
that
at
this
time,
although
the
wait
area
was
overflowing
with
patrons,
the
tables
were
perhaps
half
full
at
most.
After
about
ten
more
minutes
we
finally
got
seated.
So
for
our
7:30
reservation
we
were
seated
at
about
8.
Service
was
good
but
very
slow
and
our
server
passed
our
table
several
times
while
we
were
trying
to
flag
her
down.
Overall,
food
was
good
and
drinks
were
good.
But
next
time
we
want
to
spend
over
$100
on
dinner
for
2
in
Kansas
City
we
will
definitely
not
be
coming
back
to
this
over-hyped
restaurant.
