Raw food, burnt tots, cant get refills, bugs started crawling on food. When i asked for ketchup I was brought packets while everyone else was given bottles. If i could give 0 stars or even negative i would. I spoke with manager about the issues and she said it was all because they are short staffed. When i turned to walk away my table of people saw the nasty look I received from the manager. Very unprofessional and not worth your time or money

I just ordered from door Dash so of course I will never get a credit or get the right food. But I was highly disappointed when this came. Not only is it the wrong Sauce there is barely any sauce on the wings and there was supposed to be cheese on the fries. It looks like they may be put a tablespoon on it. The food was ice cold. It’s not a far drive to my house. I will never order from them again. All of it went in the trash!

Got the 20 piece “with” sweet barbecue sauce and they only gave me 1 little container to pour over all 20. I pretty much paid $20 for some McDonald premium chicken nuggets at Best Buy they make their nuggets not hard to where you spend most the time crunching through each piece. Take out is a no go.

Can’t comment on the food. The service was so poor from the moment we walked in I decided to get wings elsewhere. I noticed right away there was no greeter to be found. However, I saw several waitresses hanging around near the bar. Just talking. Also noticed this location didn’t seem very clean. It didn’t even smell appealing upon entering. This was my 1st and last experience w/ this location. Based on my experience and the reviews of others, I’d say eat here at your own risk.

Sat at the takeout counter for 15 minutes. Several servers saw me standing and waiting. No staff was watching the desk. The phone rings and I thought they definitely have to come now. 2 minutes after that someone comes out and answers the phone and ignores me. I assumed they’d ring up my order or even at least acknowledge me. This particular location has gone down the tubes in both quality of personnel and food. Yay for cold wings and fries. Update: got to the car and my order wasn’t even right. Wrong flavor wings and no sauce on the side like requested. Not only that but they don’t give you utensils or napkins anymore. On the takeout bag it says available upon request. What a joke of a place.

I don't know if they are just short-staffed or if employees are just lazy, but there were plenty of empty, uncleaned tables (waiting to be cleaned after customers have already eaten and left) with new customers at the front, waiting to be seated for more than 20 minutes. Their ultimate nachos were filled with more chips than toppings and dip. (See photo) Very disappointed. I ordered the bacon smashed hatch chili burger with guacamole, which was an extra $2. The burger came out, and there was hardly any guacamole on it. Our fries came out cold. We asked for one of every dipping sauce, but our wings came out with 3 sauce cups, all of which were ranch. This is my first time here and also my last. Clearly, they do not value their food.

The service leaves a lot to be desired. The wait staff only cares enough to get a tip but doesn’t pay attention to if your table has received all their food. The kitchen makes food way out of order to where we all ate 5 minutes apart, my kids got their food last and only after I asked and appetizer didn’t show up until we were done eating. This is why I eat at Texas Road House where service is actually good.

If I give them less than one star, I would. The food is good. But our daughter got her food 10 minutes before my wife and myself. Plus, I emptied my drinks before my daughter got her food. Nobody bother to ask if I’d like to refill. Had to wait 20 minutes for that.

We ordered thru Uber Eats and we’re super disappointed. $45 bought 10 bones less wings, 8 onion rings, about a cup of cheese curds and approx 1 cup of potato wedges. I understand there aware higher prices for delivery through Uber but that was ridiculous. It was super disappointing.

I had an awesome first time here! We decided to go in on a whim. We were greeted by many friendly faces and were able to pick our own table. There was plenty of entertainment (TVS and app games) that kept us busy while we waited for our wings (which arrived to our table fast!)

BBQ wings were great! My son was not happy with the wrap, i was finished with my food before he even got his wings,

I was here the first time and I really liked it. I will definitely come again. The waitress was very friendly and had always a smile on her face. We ordered the Boneless Buffalo Wings with French fries. By the way - hot means hot, but I liked it. 😅 On some drinks you have a free refill, that's awesome, especially on hot days like today. According to my fiancé, the Budweiser was one of the best he ever had. A lot of TVs with different channels make this place to a very good sports bar.

Ordered online. Arrived 10 min after the pick up time, food wasn’t done. There were 3 hosts just standing around talking and scrolling on their phones. They were wouldn’t even leave the Togo area to greet guests at the host stand, they literally just yelled “it’s open seating” through the restaurant. Waited 15 min (so food 25 min late at this point) and finally got my meal. Went to my car and checked the bags. We were missing two items. Immediately went back in, there was no host at Togo and I stood there for almost 10 min before someone approached me. Then it took another 15 for our missing food to appear. By the time we finally got home with our food it was mostly cold. Three strikes ur out bdubs, you’ll be missed.

The food was really good and the price was not terribly expensive either. Only downside was there being one server working and was also the bartender. That being said, service was no bueno, took forever. Hopefully it was just a rough day for her and future visits will be better.

Great place for wings! Thus the name. But also I like the speedy friendly service and many options other than the chicken. There are plenty of TVs and places to sit. Foods really good and they “customize” wing orders so you can dip them for your liking.

Friend and I came here for wings. We experience both horrible service and food. Took forever to get someone to help us with our order and to get our food. Once the food arrived it was cold and tasted horrible. One order was supposed to be buffalo hot sauce and it came with rub (which was minimal). To top off the waitress knocked over our soda when she was dropping off our food. Did not apologize, asked us to move to a different table, we asked for replacement drinks and only received one after waiting for ever. We payed but didn’t really eat our food. We don’t plan going there aver again.

Well our visit started off good but didn't turn out well. We got seated fairly quickly and we informed our waitress Ash was running behind, so someone else took our drink orders. Not a big deal, but we understood people can get behind. Our drinks came out in a reasonable manner and our order was taken when the drinks came out. The appetizer came out quickly and that's where things stopped being good. I had to ask for forks to eat the appetizer and for napkins. Then my side came out but not my wings. Well we figured that is busy on a football Sunday, we expected a wait for food. The problem was, other patrons who sat down 10-15 minutes after us started getting their food and we haven't gotten anything else. All this time our waitress Ash was MIA. The restaurant had cleared out fairly empty and we still didn't have our food. When our waitress stopped by she asked if everything was alright and was about to walk away but I had to stop her and inquire about our wings. She left to go check on them and took almost 10 minutes to come back with our wings cold. At this point we lost our appetite and wanted to get boxes for our food and get our check. Well our waitress Ash was MIA again, so we asked the hostess to get us boxes. We sat for almost another 10 minutes until she showed up and had to ask for our check. When we got our check, we had a $9.00 charge for blue cheese dressing for our wings. Is marked for 6 dipping cups of blue cheese. We only got 4. I understand a small charge for blue cheese but $9 is ridiculous. We will not be returning for a while.

Always nice to have sports on. My fries were old and cold. I ordered the Bacon Cheese curd burger. Burger was good, but only 4 cheese curds on it. Bartender was not around a whole lot. I wasn't the only one sitting around and waiting. Place wasn't super busy.

Stopped in watch a game. Waitress was very attentive and the atmosphere was just what we were looking for. It wasn't packed but still had a nice crowd.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ FOOD POISONING!!!! I don't normally leave negative reviews but this was bad. Starting with the server, her general attitude was really bad. We all have bad days but this went way beyond that. She never filled drinks, got.our orders wrong and was lazy and mean when we tried very hard to be nice and give her the benefit of the doubt (I've waited in the past, it can be brutal) . The restaurant was not packed so there wasn't a justifiable reason I could see for the poor level of service we received. Next the food. The kids food was cold, the appetizer came out after we completed our entrees. The coup de gras is that we all got food poisoning that evening which is rare for us. We generally have pretty strong stomachs. I will not be going back. It appears that there is a culture of apathy both in the front and the back of the house making this place a major food safety concern.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. Unfortunately I have had several negative experiences at this restaurant. Service was very slow. My group(5 people) had two meals brought to the table and the remaining 3 didn't get delivered until 10-15 minutes later. Orders got mixed up causing a younger member get wings that were too spicy and effectively ruin their night. And there was the heavy odor of Marijuana throughout the entire dinning area. I would try other locations.

Buffalo Wild Wings Zona Rosa.... Went to watch the UFC Fights, as I usually do. But it was a daytime Event. Staff was energetic and courteous. Prices were decent. Shared some boneless Wings, and a couple sky high Beers. (Blue Moon 4 Me) The Atmosphere was festive like it always is during Sporting Events. Our Waitress even switched TV channels from Football to UFC to accommodate us. Great Time.

Have been going about once a month during lunch since the spring with my client. Staff is always very polite and attentive with refills. Our food has been tasty and prepared nicely every visit. The women's bathroom is also always very clean.

The food was good, but the service was an issue. I found out 15 minutes after I ordered that they were out of blue cheese to go with my wings and due to an allergy I can't use ranch. They then brought out my wife's entree but mine didn't come out. By the time my wife was half way through her meal we started to ask about mine. When the waitress didn't have an answer I asked her to cancel it. She then brought it out just as we were ready for the check and brought me a box. Granted they took my meal off the bill, but if I wanted take out I would have ordered it to go.

VERY slow service we waited almost an hour for our lunch then when we got it no one ever refilled our drinks. We ordered chips and guacamole and had to send it back because it was flavorless and was brown like it had been left out. Over all incredibly slow service. Once we finally got our wings they were good but order mild sauce you won’t get a drink refill.

My grandson loves Buffalo Wild Wings. Always buy him gift cards for Christmas and birthdays. He always wants to eat here. But, the food is good. Employees are very nice and helpful. They have cheese curds. Get the caramel sauce to dip them in. Really good!

We ordered our food online, to go when we arrived at the time the order was said to be ready, we had to wait 10 more minutes, when the employee brought it out to the To Go shelf, she didnt say our name, we had to go up and check to see if it was our order our food. Once at our hotel we found, 3 of our wing orders were boneless and dry rub when we ordered bone in and sauce. They were cold and hard and the rub on 1/2 the boneless wings. We ordered a salad and were given 1 small container of dressing. We wish we would have spent our money elsewhere.

Ordered twenty wings with large fries 2 celery and carrots and 1 blue cheese. Got: twenty cold chicken nuggets because they barely had any sauce. Cold and saggy fries, 1 celery with baby carrots and 2 blue cheese. It is disappointing because I eat out once a month and never expected the quality to be horrendous. I went home to reheat the fries, reheat the wings add barbecue sauce sauce to the wings since the wings had a minute amount of the Asian zing sauce. I waited for 26 minutes for the order because they were making it. How come the food is dead cold when they handed me the bag? I regret not reading the google reviews prior to ordering. All reviews speak of the same problems. To top it all off the box that had the wings was smeared with dry sauce which led me to believe the box has been used before. The place should close and open under new management. Please stay away. As paying customers we deserve better. Next month when I save money to order food again believe me it will not be from this dump.

I am so absolutely impressed with this Buffalo Wild Wings! They were so patient and understanding when I brought my nephew in. He is both gluten and dairy free so finding somewhere to eat is an absolute NIGHTMARE! They kindly printed off the allergen and preparation guide so we could ensure that he would be safe. Shortly after we ordered, the manager came over to ensure that they do everything in their power to accommodate patrons by having a separate fryer for gluten sensitive customers. I am seriously BLOWN AWAY by our experience today! Not only was the service great, but the food was nothing short of amazing, LIKE ALWAYS! I 10/10 recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings for great food and top notch customer service!
