We enjoyed an early dinner tonight. Jenna did a really great job taking care of all of our needs. My wife and mother-in-laws prime rib were cooked to perfection and they were huge. I had the sirloin and also cooked just right. They have their 17 secret spices on it and it was a bit peppery for my taste..still very good. I wish we had room for dessert.

Madison was our server tonight. She was very polite and attentive. I had the sirloin and grilled shrimp with the mashed potatoes and broccoli. Very nice. My Wife had the ribeye with shrimp and mixed vegetables and a dinner salad.

Decent food, but had to ask for everything else from wait staff (refills, reheat of meal that was undercooked, box,check). Not a good visit when your wait person checks on everyone around you BUT your table.. customer service is a thing of the past apparently.

Visited this restaurant a few weeks with a few friends. We were so impressed by the restaurant. The atmosphere is great and the service was amazing. They served fresh bread and butter at the beginning. French onion soup was one of my favorite of all time. I like the options of the steak. They made my well done stake perfectly and exactly the way I wanted.

Very disappointed in this service. Immediately got a server that barely could say anything the whole time. After we got our drinks and I got my salad, we didn't see him for over 30 minutes. After all of of our drinks were completely empty he came by with with ticket and then asked, "oh wait you guys haven't gotten your food yet?" I said no and asked for refills, and he comes back with two plates and only two refills because he forgot to fill up the other two. The food tasted microwaved and we didn't even get one of our appetizers. The waiter kept saying he got distracted or "thrown off" and that's why he kept forgetting to bring our food, drinks, and our appitizer. All of the servers are huddled in a corner chatting while service isn't being taken care of. Never coming back, worst service I've ever had in my life!

Valentine's dinner was better than expected! Stephen was an awesome server, he stopped by several times to make sure the food was to our liking, and made sure our drinks were full. I spoke to the manager about how good they were cleaning the tables with sanitizer between customers. We had call ahead seating, only waited a few minutes on a busy Saturday evening.

Let's start with the steak, flavorful, but a little over cooked. Half way through eating it was dry and well done. Backed potato, yummy but not enough sour cream. I had to ask for extra which I never got. The toss salad was fresh with lots of fresh tomatoes. The food was okay for the price $$. I might come back. The service was poor. Maybe she was new.

Fred was awesome! We celebrated my friends birthday here! The food was great! Thank you Fred for making our experience wonderful and memorable 😉

Our waitress Aislynn was one of the most outstanding waitresses we have ever had! I would recommend asking to sit in her section. She was on top of everything. Very quick to introduce herself to us and took our order promptly! Very sweet and friendly. Definitely will ask for her to be our waitress next time! The food was delicious and this location is one we go to often.

The food and drinks were great. Service was a little slow (they were busy), and there were a few hiccups with our order, but the manager came over (we didn't request one) and apologized and the team worked hard together to ensure we had a great meal and a good experience. Would definitely come back!

Perfect. I had the sirloin center cut steak with potatoes and vegetables with the new hard blueberry lavender lemonade. Seasoned just right the steak was seared on the outside and juicy on the inside. My mother had the steak filet mignon with sweet potatoes and asparagus along with the boozy cherry limeade without the booze. Couldn't have been any better. It may be my new favorite restaurant. Can't wait to come back.

Everything was great except the steak was not well done.. The waitress didn't bring out the bread until we asked for it and when we finished it we had to ask for it again.... didn't pick up our empty plates until she seen that we weren't leaving yet... so basically sat there drinking our drinks with all the done dishes drinks and out to go bag. Other then that loved the food and drinks..

I had the best experience today with this lovely server Dakota. He was such a delight and provided us excellent service. I will definitely be coming back

Our server was awesome! She was very attentive and got everything perfect! They did a great job cooking our steaks to perfection. The fresh vegetables and side salad were delicious.

Took my son there for his birthday. The food was delicious the service was great.

It was my Birthday and my wife suggested Outback Steakhouse, I haven’t been to one of their locations for a little while now, so I was all in to go there for dinner. I was bit disappointed by how sloppy the place looked, but it did allow me to get an understanding as to the lackluster attitude of our waiter. The steaks 🥩 were not cooked to our desired specifications, so they had to be taken back for some additional cooking. The waiter was very inattentive and the way he slid our salads unto the table of the booth where we were seated, reminded me of busy bars I had been to almost two decades ago.

Reliably good staff teamwork got our party seated, served and fed in a reasonable amount of time. The Alice Springs chicken, grilled shrimp, broccoli, the bread with butter and mixed veggies were all satisfying. The only down ticks were an overabundance of onion on the house salad and the sirloin (it's a bit expected) was a bit tough.

Amazing service, thank you James for coming back and serving us a mouth watering meal. Thanks to our server Jane for keeping tabs and everyone else who stopped by our table.

I feel like if the service was better this could have been a 4 or even a 5 star review. Took forever to get drink refills, food runners constantly running wrong food to the table. None the less. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and it wad goof a 7 out of 10. had a the 6 oz sirloin steak and it was really spicey had more kick than I was expecting and it was a dry rub of spice. Not explained in the menu. I love spicy food. When im in the mood for spicey food. Today was not quite the day. 5 out of 10. Ordered a alc drink it was rum, lemonade vodka and sprite. It was not overly sweet but tasted really good. 9.5 out if 10. Also ordered the dessert. It wad good but another item that was not described accurately on the menu to what was delivered to the table. 5 out of 10.

Food ok. Drinks ok. Service pretty good.

Our waiter was great and very accommodating to our toddler, but we were initially offered a high top which makes no sense with our two year old, and when we asked for a booth we ended up being sat at a table, walking by many vacant and clean booths along the way. It may have been an attempt to avoid double-seating a server, but it was a bit annoying to walk by so many empty booths. The food was the same delicious food with slightly Australian names you expect at Outback, and the service at the table was wonderful like I said earlier despite the Saturday dinner rush picking up shortly after we sat down. Also they put the name of the drink in some of the drinks apparently, which was funny and highlights how modern technology can be applied to very silly things. See photo.

The Outback Steakhouse provided us with a delightful experience. Despite a small delay, our cocktails and blooming shrimp appetizer were delicious. We ordered the Melbourne porterhouse and the bone-in New York strip for our main course, both of which were expertly seasoned and cooked to perfection. While the drinks were sweet, refills took longer than expected. Our server, Heather, provided exceptional service. Overall, Outback Steakhouse is a great choice for a satisfying meal.

We ordered takeout, and it was good. I am a heavy eater, and this is the 3rd sitting of me eating it. I ordered pork chops, broccholi, and salad. Bread came with it. It was more than enough. Typically, restaurants give you smaller portions, but these were well portioned. The pork chop juice was very well seasoned. I even dipped my broccoli in it. Overall, it is a great place to grab takeout as well as dine in.

Breeze was our server and she was AWESOME! The service was top notch from the hostess greeting us to the manager making accommodations for the item I ordered not being available. It was a great birthday dinner.

The manager Paul I believe his name was took very good care of me... I will definitely return because of this experience he provided, he went above and beyond!

Very poor attention, they give priority to take away orders and they literally forget about those of us who come to celebrate an event, we asked for a full menu, the salad waited 10 minutes for the dressing, small portions, the dessert they forgot, we asked and we waited 20 minutes But, they arrive and say they are busy, when the place is almost empty, I show them a photo of the dessert so that they see that it was not elaborated, something normal and hard as a stone from how frozen it was, ... really if you want to go eat Something delicious and that they charge you more than $ 100 there are better places!

Excellent service , above and beyond by the staff and Manger Gaylin My daughter and her husband chose to celebrate their 1 year wedding anniversary at Outback. My wife and I wanted to surprise them and pay the bill. I called the restaurant and was transferred to a manager. Gaylin was the mgr on duty and he was awesome. As I told him my plans he sprung into action, he wasn't able to find the table immediately so he picked the phone up and asked for more info. I was able to email him pictures of the couple and he and the hostess were able to quickly find them . They did an excellent job surprising them , wishing them a happy anniversary and making them feel incredibly special. I could tell from the noise it was a very busy Saturday night and the manager could have easily blown me off. He took the time and really helped make it a great evening for them. My daughter said the food was excellent and the service was top notch !! Hats off to a manager and crew that is willing to go the extra mile to make a young couples night memorable. Great job to the entire Outback crew! SPECIAL THANK YOU to Gaylin ! I appreciate the extra effort

Our food this time was just ok. The service was poor. They have lost my confidence in getting a great meal. Not sure when I will go back as there are other options in that area.

Jenna our server was perfect. Her timing from being seated to bringing the food, dessert, everything was perfect. Freindly but left us our privacy. I had to tell her manager how good she was. Cameron, the manager, and Jenna both started a month ago. It was a regular spot for us, always nice, but service has stepped up.

Normally no complaints. Food is always good however 1st time doing curbside pickup, waited 10 mins, and food was barely warm. Sad to say not worth the $21 I paid.
