Amazing atmosphere!!!! Super busy. Fast service. Food was scrumptious. Had date night tonight with my hubby and had the pleasure of meeting GM Jerome. He was absolutely AMAZING, went above and beyond. Made our night extra special. Can't wait to go back.

A MUST! This place is great for special occasions. I went for my birthday, and the staff all got me a card signed with their names. Our server was great. His name was Anthony and if I could thank him again, I would. The food is amazing but make sure you go with empty stomachs because it’s extremely rich anyone and everyone should go!

First time at Maggiano's, excellent experience all around! We had Hallie serving us for lunch and she did fantastic, kept our drinks and bread coming during our visit. Had a visit by the manager. I had the grilled salmon salad and my parents had the chicken parmesan. They said it was the best they have ever had and the portion size was much larger than they expected. It was also not over done. My Salad was delicious and I would totally order it again!

Perfect place for a classy yet casual date night. Has a great bar, with a very welcoming bartender. If you like and know pasta/spaghetti, you will appreciate the food more! Con- I think every table should have a table cover/cloth. We were given a table without one and it didn’t look so appealing.

Excellent service. The food came out at appropriate times and spacing. Our food was prepared perfectly with large portions and piping hot.

Blown away by the taste of the pasta! Chicken was tender, the sauce made my taste buds jump in delight! New to the area, this is officially my fav favorite place to eat! Great serving sizes, with an option to double your meal for about half!

This place far exceeds the available 5 stars. Service was excellent from the moment we walked in till the moment we left. Our waiter Carlos deserves a raise!!! He was personable , polite and attentive. He wasn't even phased when the Seahorse souvenir my grandson was squeezing with all his might burst....spewing orbies all around. I hope the owner knows what an asset Carlos is to this company.

Awesome food and service. Only complaint I had was in some of the dishes it was too creamy or too much cheese. Next time , may be , I will have to let them know to use less.

Birthday party reservation of 20+ people: f you’ve never been to Maggiano's Little Italy in Overland Park Kansas, you need to go! For large parties, lunch, dinner etc. By far THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER experienced in a restaurant in now several occasions. Jerome the general manager runs a fantastic restaurant with amazing staff! My party reservation exceeded by almost 10 people (whoopsie 🤭), and even during dinner rush, they added more tables as needed. Our waiter Reid, was amazing! I first experienced their outstanding customer service in August 2023. I knew then where I was having my birthday dinner. Huge shout out to Jerome and staff. They did that!

I really wanted to give them 5 stars, as the service was great and so was the food. However, when I placed a reservation, it asked if we were celebrating anything, and I put our anniversary, but, when we got to the restaurant, we were placed in the middle of four tables with very large parties. Normally, this would have been fine, but it was awkward, loud, and my chair was repeatedly kicked by staff and guests passing by, making me move seats. The food was great, and the service was great too. They even gave us some roses to celebrate, which was thoughtful. We were just disappointed by the choice of seating for us, as this was for our first visit, when the bar area was gorgeous for a ten year anniversary seating and didn’t appear to be busy when we left.

Aaaahhhh. You know that satisfying feeling you get after you completely fill up on a feast with your family? That's what this experience felt like! My wife and I decided to do something amazing for our anniversary and we booked a day here just for the occasion. We got in really quickly which was super nice. We ordered the appetizer sapling dish, eggplant parmesan, fettuccine Alfredo, chicken parmesan, mashed potatoes, and topped it off with the desert sampler! From the appetizers I loved the fried zucchini so much! It was crispy on the outside and melted like a sauce in my mouth. It was surprisingly my favorite food of the night, which is saying something! The flavor of the chicken parmesan was perfect and so was the spaghetti it was served on. I ate some of the chicken with the mashed potatoes and the garlic added a powerful blast of flavor that just blew me away, it was so delicious! With good portion sizes it also meant more for later too! I'm not a fish person but the calamari was alright too. The breading was light and just barely crispy and the fishy flavor wasn't overpowering, so all together it was pretty good. The fried mozzarella was like crispy pillows filled with cheese, super satisfying to bite into and I like that it felt thicker than my normal cheese stick too. I tried it with the ranch, marinara, and the salsa. I love the power behind that salsa too, strong flavors but they work so well! The Alfredo was creamy and cheesy, as I ate it, it seemed like there were some small chunks of cheese that hadn't fully melted, but they dissolve like cheesy bombs in my mouth! And of course we can't forget these delicious desserts! Let's start from my least favorite. My least favorite of the night really surprised me! It was the New York style cheesecake. Personally it was too bitter for my taste. Maybe there was too much chocolate in the base or maybe that amazingly creamy cheese wasn't quite enough for me to balance the bitterness with the sweetness. Next was the creme brulee. It was perfectly cooked, I'm just of the opinion that it's too plain. It was just barely sweet with a nice crispy candied top, cooked perfectly just like everything else. If you like creme brulee I'd definitely recommend trying it! The tiramisu was so fantastic, I was in awe of just how smooth it was. I could cut through the whole cake with a spoon like it was my mashed potatoes! The flavor of the alcohol gives it a nice little kick but not too strong, delicious! The warm apple crostada was absolutely amazing as well! It was beautifully crispy and the flavors of the pastry with the cinnamon apple insides and the little bit of ice cream on top, it was like they took the best apple pie I have ever had and fit all the flavor of the entire pie into a pastry a tenth of the size, another gold winner here! And finally was the butter cake. This was my first experience with butter cake and I'll be honest, the mellow sweetness combined with the soft but firm cake was perfect! All in all I'd highly recommend eating here, the staff was friendly and fun to be around as well. Thank you for the amazing service Andi! (Sorry if I spelled it wrong!)

This is my second locale for dining at Maggiano's. The Vegas location was excellent; KC was superb. The chicken marsala was perfectly prepared, and the moscato mojito was just as I remembered. The Alaskan cod was reported very tasty. The wait time was a bit longer than average, even with a low patronage at lunch. However, perfection cannot be rushed. The ambience was the same as Vegas-- excellent Frank Sinatra. MLI is one of my favorite places to dine; I can't wait to try them in more cities. It really is fine dining for an affordable price.

Wow, wow, wow! This was only my 2nd time visiting; however, it has easily become my favorite place. Not only was the food and the drinks to die for, the customer service from Emily was impeccable. She literally went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect entree and drink based on my likes and dislikes. She was so professional, sweet, and kind. She was very personable and likeable. I won't hesitate to request to be seated in her section on my next visit. Simply a 10/10! Money well spent!

Ahh such a fabulous place with delicious food. I pass by this restaurant all the time without realizing it. It brunch gathering. Staff was awesome.

It was my birthday yesterday and my husband took me here. We ordered from the take out / curbside entrance where we were waited on by the manager Bo. He made our experience wonderful! He was friendly and courteous. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who loves great Italian food. The food was fantastic! Thank Bo! Your awesome!

I went for the first time here. The food is good. Ambiance is also good. I got squids in the Bombalina starter which I didn’t know. But I like it.

Very nice restaurant. Comfortable ambiance. Friendly and attentive service. Great food, huge portions! Delicious bread, I could make a meal on it! Good prices.

We ordered carry out and while the food tasted pretty good they just didn't give us much for our money. We bought two family meals (each meant for two people) to get a large variety for two adults and 3 kids under age 5. Other than the chicken Alfredo, the portion sizes were kinda small. Especially given we spent around $100 after taxes. For carry out Italian. I'm torn because the people that work here do an excellent job and are very professional. The food tastes pretty good. And the restaurant seems very clean (I have also dined-in here). My only real problem with this place is the cost versus quantity. I feel like I got 50-75% of what I paid for. With these prices we will only be able to eat here once every year or two. I don't know that there is much they can do about the price as they need to make a certain profit margin to be successful. I do wish them well though.

This time around the waitress’ service was top notch. Same bar area but the knowledge on alcohol was lot better. Probably one of the best casual bar areas in op. However, the food came out with a fabric strand in it. Shrimp scampi is one of their best dishes

Wonderful restaurant to bring friends and family! The food was terrific, pasta was al dente and the salads were crisp and fresh! Our server Rider was attentive and informative about the dishes we had questions about. Clean area inside and out with other beautiful places surrounding Maggiano’s!

We had a wonderful date night at Maggiano’s! I had the cod and it was AMAZING! My wife had the house specialty pasta and it was to die for! Sam was our waiter and he was awesome! Highly recommend!

To start we had the Bombalina appetizer (5) includes Fried Mozzarella, Fried Zucchini, Bruchetta & Calimari. My main dish was Parmesean crusted Cod with Calabrian Honey(5), flavorful with a fair serving of angel hair pasta. Although this place is classy, clean and the food is excellent I personally think it was a bit overpriced, hence the lost star.

Good service, delicious pasta. The signature barrel-aged bourbon and amaretto cocktail was way to sweet, but Manhattan was fine. And if your particular Android and apps do not pick up the QR code on the receipt for payment just ask them to pay normally.

This my new favorite Italian restaurant. Everything was delicious. The service was great. We had reservations for Friday night at 7:40 pm so seated on time. The service was very good. I was pleased with the entire experience. I look forward to returning

Awesome!! Best Italian food I believe I've had. Great service and great Happy Hour. The to-go deals for $5.00 with a meal are awesome had to take advantage of that. Really great atmosphere too...very nice place.

Had a great first time dining experience here! Seating was comfortable and our server Alex, was great. The Chocolate cake was huge and decadent. The Calamari was extremely tender and lightly breaded. Both of our meals were absolutely amazing. I especially enjoyed the Shrimp Linguine in almost spicey sauce. We will definitely be back.

Went in with a friend and waited 10 minutes for someone to come over and even greet us let alone take a drink order! Meanwhile there were multiple servers walking around helping other tables, I even made eye contact with a few, and still no one came over. My friend and I decided at the 10 minute mark to leave. They were definitely not very busy and they didn't appear to be understaffed. I spoke to, who I believe was a manager, on my way out and although she apologized didn't seem very concerned about the lack of service.

I like the Shrimp Alfredo. Will definitely go back and try the others!

Tonight I came in with my family for my birthday. Sandy was our server. She was awesome. She got us everything in a timely matter, was so friendly. Food was excellent. Sandy even made sure I got a special birthday treat. It was a wonderful evening.

My husband and I enjoy eating here, AMAZING food and great atmosphere. Lastnight we enjoyed it even more because our server, Donovan was totally the best. He has a great smile and bent over backwards to give us a great experience. His manners, thoughtfulness was awesome. Maggiano's don't let him go, he is terrific... everyone has been great there. Definitely will be back for more..

We visited for lunch on a Friday. Our server was a delight and the food was delicious! I enjoyed the Cannelloni Florentine (photo attached). My husband has a gluten allergy and enjoyed the Rigatoni "D" with gluten free penne pasta with no issues afterward. Server was very helpful to make our experience enjoyable and safe for my husband. Portion sizes were good and loved the options for $5 take-home pasta entrees. Topped it off with creme brulee for dessert!

First time here. Reminds me of a little more expensive upscale Olive Garden. I ordered basically the same thing that I order at Olive Garden, which was the chicken parmesan. It came with 2 giant fried chicken patties, and spaghetti noodles with red sauce. As far as the main course meal, I got much fuller than the other place and taste maybe a little better. My wife and kids ordered the chicken Alfredo, and they loved it but couldn’t finished it all and had to get take home boxes. Breadsticks, the other place definitely taste better. The bread sticks here remind me of cheesecake breadsticks, but not as hard. Our server Katy was on point. I never had to ask for a refill on our drinks and refill on the bread. She was very good, just wish I remembered her last name. The only thing I didn’t like which could of been my fault was the wait time. My family arrived at 6:15 pm and they told us our table wouldn’t be ready until 8:45. They texted us at 8:30 to take our seats.

Our food was delicious. The pasta was cooked to a perfect al dente. Super creamy and garlickly! It was nice for a romantic dinner, although it was quite dark and we had a difficult time reading the menus. Overall we had a great date night and are likely to return again.

Such a great experience! We had a very late dinner, but the service and food were still amazing! I am very appreciative of their gluten free noodles options - they were so good! They let me piece together a chicken dish with their white wine garlic truffle sauce; it checked ALL the boxes. Husband ordered Pork Osso Bucco and has raved about it for weeks.

Everything from the food to the service was wonderful here. Love the atmosphere. There are lots of options to choose from on the menu. I had the chicken picatta, which was to die for. I also got the dessert sampler to share so I could get a bite of each of the desserts. Will definitely be going back asap!

First time visiting from Canada. Rigatoni D was awesome, as was the steak and mash. Chicken a bit dry in the pasta but still awesome overall. Pomegranate martini good but way too much sugar. Very good prices and yummy food. Awesome service and thank you Bryan!!

My husband and I went here to celebrate our third wedding anniversary. This might seem like not a big deal, but we actually had our wedding reception at Maggianos in Colorado and this was the first time we could visit another one since being married. We made a reservation in advance and told them in the reservation it was our anniversary. Upon arrival at our scheduled time we still had to wait 30 minutes before we could be seated and when we were seated the server only asked our drink order, nothing about celebrating special occasions, and then she disappeared for 20 or so minutes. This wouldn't normally bother us but we already had to wait a while for our table, and then on top of that the restaurant was no busier than any other restaurant on a Thursday night and yet we only saw our server a handful of times. Time went on and still no mention was made of our anniversary. At the end of dinner we ordered dessert and told the server we were going to get the cake because it's the one we shared on our wedding and it was our 3rd anniversary that day. She said, "Congratulations." with a half smile and then brought us our cake. They did not give us our dessert for free which is fine, restaurants aren't required to give us free food for an anniversary but that seems rather customary. Someone a few tables down was there for their birthday and they got dessert with a special candle and everything. The food was great, the service was okay, we probably will not go back again in the future.

This place is great. Nice portions (for the most part, read further) and they have a $5 take home menu for any entree purchase. My 7 year old had the spaghetti and loved it. The lasagna is very good. My husband had the cod, it was good too, but he was still hungry (small portion). They also have a good brunch. Took my mom here for mother's day awhile back for that. Recommend, but make reservations esp on the weekends.

I’ve never in my life had the wonderful treatment i experienced like I experienced here. They made me my sister feel like princesses on our birthday and the food was AMAZING!! If you want to be treated like a queen or king on your birthday, set a reservation at Maggiano’s, I don’t remember my servers name, but she was so nice and so sweet!! and the other servers were really nice and the experience was 10 out of 10!!
